My go to order is black drip coffee & it was fantastic. Shopkeeper was busy, but gracious / friendly. They serve Onyx coffee (from Arkansas); typically, you may want ‘local’ flavors, but as a NM (now living in Austin, formerly NYC), I embrace an ‘import’ to source great taste. Also, stopping in still supports a local trying to serve the best. bravo. Similar to Cafe Grumpy or Culture Coffee in NYC; Cafe Medici or Houndstooth in Austin.

Sky coffee is located in the Santa Fe Railyard area and it's not easy to find unless you've been there before. You order your beverage at a walk-up window and when it's ready, you can sit out on the small patio, or take it with you. I had a cappuccino which was really good. I'm very particular about my coffee drinks and this place nailed it!

Hey Sky Coffee. It would be great if you would just be the type of folks that would adjust your business practices and say either "we don't do pour overs anymore" or " we offer pour-overs and you can get one here anytime even on busy Saturdays" but as a former cafe owner myself, I understand that things are not always that cut and dried. if you really have to discontinue pour-overs on Saturdays, could you at least brew something more interesting than a blend? Speaking for myself and probably others who make your shop a destination on long road trips and come all the way off of the interstate to get coffee consistent with the high standard that we have come to expect from years of purchasing tasty coffee from you. Thanks.

We have been to this coffee shop many times. Honestly we never had any issues with their coffee or tea or their staff. I’m not sure why some people had such bad experiences there. All I can say is that we enjoy their coffee and, to us, their staff were always friendly and good at their job. Today we went there towards the end of their business hours. So I could expect that their bakery items would not be the freshest. Still, it was perfectly good. We will be back when we are in the neighborhood.

Great coffee spot. The barista woman was a bit short in speech. A dollar more for a cup than most places. Nice views atmosphere.

I don’t know what this guy Jonah’s problem is. I moved to Santa Fe from New York a couple years ago and honestly feel like the coffee is excellent, the environment is calm and the people are warm. It reminds me of neighborhood spots I used to have in Brooklyn. You can work, space out, or just sit in the sun, it’s chill. Having the manager’s presence is actually really great, I feel like I’m walking into a personable environment and engaging with interesting people in my community. Both the regular customers and employees. And while they have the main space closed on Farmer’s market days as a way of efficiently managing the large crowd, I think it’s absolutely fair for the employees to allow some people inside that they are comfortable with, it’s a long exhausting day for them. This IS the best coffee shop in Santa Fe period.

My fiance and I visited Sky Coffee during our stay in Santa Fe, NM. We found out about Sky from a local who suggested them. We were super excited when we arrived and found out they were serving Onyx coffee (one of our favorite roasters). We got a pour over, espresso, and cold brew. The pour over was so nice, very sweet and fruity (I tried their ethiopian they were serving from Onyx). The espresso was so delicious!! The clarity in the espresso was insane, and the mouthfeel (texture) was also so nice. The cold brew was probably my favorite thing that we got though. I say this because cold brew is one of those drinks that a lot of shops struggle with. But Sky Coffee mastered their cold brew!!! It was full of flavor and complexity...probably the best cold brew I have ever had! Love this place, we can't wait to visit again!

I pass by this place nearly everyday and often wonder why it's hardly ever busy. I stopped in for a bite and now know why it's hardly busy. The interior is a stark white. I was blinded and nearly ended up with a migraine. So bright that my interior pic didn't come out cause the highlights were blown away. The service help is uninterested, aloof, not helpful. I bought the tiniest pastry. Pathetic employee didn't even know what it was and called it "something". Not much choice. Literally half the size of a deck of cards and half as thick. The aftertaste of this snack left a taste in my mouth that made me think it was made from margarine or some other poor quality oil. It cost way too much and service person didn't even say a word after asking for payment. Vibe was awful and I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Sky coffee...only thing related to sky is it's sky high prices. Not returning not recommended.

Good coffee but you’ll be waiting a while for your order. The baristas will literally stand there and talk about life with each other for several minutes while customers wait around for their orders. If we’re paying for the “experience”, it’s not exactly the experience we’re looking for.

If you're a coffee aficionado looking for the perfect blend of quality and expertise, Sky Coffee is the place for you. The baristas are true professionals who take pride in their craft and always go the extra mile to ensure that every cup of coffee is a masterpiece. It's rare to find such a high level of skill and knowledge in Santa Fe, but Sky Coffee sets the bar for what a truly artisan coffee experience should be. The cafe has great natural lighting making it a great place to work. If you're looking for a craft coffee experience in Santa Fe, Sky Coffee might be the only shop worth considering.

Branded by the one and only Jason Munn, this small but charming coffee shop is one of my favorite spots in the railyard area. A little bit pricey but not unexpected for the downtown area of Santa Fe. Cute products if you want a souvenir and the cappuccino was spectacular.

The coffee was excellent! I got the pour over and while it took a little time, it was worth it and delicious! Both of the people working were friendly and working hard! Definitely recommend this coffee shop, especially if you’re taking the train :)

Just picked randomly waiting for a nearby store to open. Man after 2 days of awful airport and motel coffee, I got their “reg” coffee black with a lemon poppy muffin, and finishing off a mouthful of that muffin with that coffee was an exceptional flavor experience. The coffee is perfect .. idk what varietal or how they brew it, but this is the perfect black coffee

The coffee here is always excellent! They also offer a selection of Whoo’s Donuts and the people watching from the patio can’t be beat.

Had a delicious and refreshing iced coffee with half and half and stevia. This is a great spot to enjoy coffee and then visit the farmers market next door. Definitely recommend and we will be returning in the near future.

We had a great quality latte with properly textured foam and incredibly flavorful matcha latte on our most recent visit but all of their menu is fantastic. The location is cool and walkable and the outdoor seating makes for a nice place to sit and relax.

Just had a cup of the most incredible coffee. If you are in Santa Fe you must have a cup of this fabulous coffee. On a scale of 1 to 10 this place rates 100.

The girl that worked there acted like she hated her job. I ordered a hot chocolate and it was pretty but it was disgusting. I really wanted my money back but had to catch the train back. Never will return. The prices are outrageous.
