We absolutely loved our experience at this museum! I wish we had this in the DFW area! The bubble area was just the coolest thing, even us the adults had so much fun! I do recommend that they do a bit of improvement to the outside part, it lacked the love the inside had! Would definitely recommend this place to any families visiting the area with small children!

Although somewhat small compared to others in the nation, when it comes to indoor square footage, this museum packs a lot of punch. Its open floor plan makes it roomy and a bit more tolerable when it gets crowded. The giant "legos" are very hard to pull apart, making it challenging for kids. But it's pretty great, and also has camps and special events.

This place is like heaven for kids. They have added alot of new stuff. They also had a fairy doing hair stuff for free. It's totally worth it. My kids love going. And it's a great place for bday parties. I only wish they'd allow.more time in the party room.

Very welcoming employees stationed regularly throughout to oversee safety/cleanup/converse. The water/bubble stations were clearly hits with everyone of all ages and had optional aprons to protect clothing. There’s something for most everyone, but I’d say the primary target audience is the 8 and under crowd. Plenty of picnic tables outside as well as an indoor family break room.

We were in Santa Fe for one night and learned that kids are free from 4-6pm on Thursdays. We decided to check out the museum. Had to get on a waiting list when we arrived at 438 pm. but only waited 10 minutes. My K and 2nd grader had a blast! Lots of fun/interactive exhibits. Would go back and highly recommend.

Very clean and well maintained, super friendly staff and hand sanitizers on site for cleanliness and prevention. They have everything from water games to gardens & a terrarium as well as a hydroponic setup. They have multiple types of games for kids and a neat little gift shop that has a little of everything. The staff was great! Especially the newly hired woman, she was very nice and really neat to converse with!

This was really fun for the kids, but I think my husband and I, me more than him, got into the different playing with the kids. We probably could have been there for a couple of hours! My 7 year old's favorite part was the play gym. My 3 year old's favorite part was the water table!

When we planned our vacation to NM, we found a "10 best" list for families with kids, and SF Children's Museum was on it. It said "for kids of all ages". The official Museum website said for kids up to 12. We brought 5 of our kids and paid $59 for all of us to enter. We left after 10 minutes. We were the last allowed to enter as they'd hit capacity, and there were several families with littles waiting, so we didn't mind leaving. This museum seemed to be a hit with all the pre-school and younger children. We don't give our kids phones and such, so they typically enjoy children's museums and science centers. Even our youngest, who is 8, was too old to really enjoy it. So we found an app that turned several city landmarks into a walking tour scavenger hunt, and we had tons of fun out in Sante Fe. I wouldn't recommend if your child is elementary aged and up. As far as the staff, all that we interacted with were very kind.

Love this place for the niece and nephew it's awesome my niece threw her baby girls first bday party here and it was awesome fun for the kids and lots of space to eat and just have a great time they have a great gift shop and lots of different things for the kids to play on and with and also learn from it was an awesome experience and great time with friends and family .The employees are also very helpful and attentive. You can rent out the museum for a few hours and have the whole place to yourself, which I also thought was super cool . 😎

This place is small for a children's museum, but is almost better because of its size. When we visited, the outdoor area was closed for renovations (totally fine, it was broiling outside), so my son played inside. I liked that I could see almost all the areas from a central location, but did notice there was a lack of seating for adults. Definitely a place where you chase the kids around rather than hang back and relax. The staff was also super accommodating of my son's needs and, when the toddler area was slow, allowed us to play in there with the toys that are more developmentally appropriate for him even though he was technically too old to be in there. It did, however, have high ceilings and an open concept that made the noise of dozens of kids and adults reverberate. Not the most overwhelming place I have been, but definitely consider headphones if you or a family member has auditory sensitivities.

Cute place lots of fun things for the kids to do explore and learn. It small and quaint which made it comfortable for me to let my 2 kids do there own thing and me go back and forth or sit back and observe.

We visited the museum during the week. Our 3 granddaughters had a blast, Our 6 year old loved the bubbles, Our 4 year old loved the general store, and the vets office, and our 2 year old loved the slide. Would have loved to buy them children t-shirts,but the museum store had nothing. Please bring some in as I was not the only one looking for them.

We've been to plenty children's museums and Santa Fe is one of the best we've experienced yet. The details are really what shows they have the children in mind first. By for the best 2 and under play area. The yuck bucket was great to see. There was plenty to do for our 3 yr old as well. She was very busy for several hours. Hope the outdoor renovation is done by the time we return! Highly recommend for young families.

The most kind and accommodating staff to children of different needs. We are so happy to have been able to experience this museum today and our son had an absolute blast! Loved the focus on pretend and hands on play based learning with limited electronic play. Absolutely amazing.

We visited this museum for the first time this weekend since it was a blue star museum this summer and absolutely loved it! The outside part of the museum was our favorite, with lots of natural places for the kids to play and explore. The big sand play area and the play hut were big hits with our kids. They also enjoyed everything on the inside as well. The staff was very friendly and the place was clean. We definitely want to come back soon!

We took our grandson to the museum and really enjoyed it. We stayed 2 and a half hours. We could have stayed much longer but needed to get home for a nap. The tickets are reasonable so families can go back again and again.

My son had such a blast and it was a day full of adventure and fun! He learned so much about plants too, it was great! Highly recommended!

These kids had such a great time! We explored all that there we to do. The grown ups were worn out before the children. The staff brought out the snakes and the children were very engaged and thrilled. It was a fabulous time!

We had fun, but it was incredibly crowded since they had school groups there. Perhaps school visitors can come on Tuesdays? Too chaotic and too many people to fully enjoy. Also, I was sad to see GMO seeds for sale. Please 🙏 reach out to organic and local companies and I'm sure they would be happy to provide seed for sale. The ones you have destroy our soil and pollute. The last recommendation is to train the workers on how to speak gently and appropriately to the visitors, .

I took my 2 year old grand daughters and they absolutely loved it. There was so many activities for them to enjoy. They explored and seemed to enjoy the water activities the most. I plan to take them back so they can enjoy and learn at the same time.

My child and extended family had a lot of fun here. A nominal price to teach your child and have fun at the same time. With many different age appropriate, learning activities for kids, and adults can have fun too. The exhibit is 50 50; half indoors and half outdoors. Water, little plastic sharks or boats and other cool learning activities. You'll have funa and then get some food nearby.

The best Children's Museum we've been to! There are cool things to do inside, but even more cool stuff outside. We're just in town for a visit, but we will probably come back tomorrow for more. My 3.5 year old loved it!
