Loved staying here! Check in was a breeze and the staff provided lots of helpful info about the area and things to do. Room was beautiful and equipped with everything you could need on vacation. It was super clean too! Parking was good and we never had trouble finding a spot. Location was awesome- within walking distance of so many great spots! We requested more towels and received them less than a minute later which was great. Will definitely stay here again if in the area!

Great rooms, different styles from most around the US. Great facility just remember, bring the smaller to move vehicles because this isn't like most resorts where parking is bountiful and roomy. This is a smaller resort and if you require a lower level room, reserve early. Easy walks to the main square and there you can enjoy food, shops, snacks, shopping, history and drinks. Great place to be on the weekends to see all the street vendor show what they are made of. Delicious food and great sights, also remember support to the support the true locals of this region and buy some of the pottery and jewelry.

We had a great time. The rooms were clean and well stocked. It was quiet and close enough to everything to enjoy walking Santa Fe. We will be returning.

Nice place to stay close to town, walking distance to most everything. Oh but just know, no pool or spa, all gravel driveway so caution if you're on motorcycles. They did give me a place to park 1 bike on the front patio. Not easy to get in and out. Lovely hosts working here. Pretty quiet for close to town. Eclectic area, close to a Sprouts walking distance. A few harmless homeless but otherwise chill.

We're not able to use the living room couch bed as an extremely heavy table in the middle of the living room. Was not able to determine if the mattress in the living room will support human weight or not. Murphy beds were a more effective option in the timeshare units. Two steps getting down into the unit one-step getting down to the bedroom. World market paint white stripe on the steps to highlight the steps. Approximately 6 units are shared two tables and a BBQ in each common patio. Two other units had the tables in use the entire visit so we never used the patio. Units are a little dark and claustrophobic if you can't get outside. Expanding the common areas would help. Multiple interior lighting options. Staff at the desk or very nice and relatively helpful, plans were to stay in town in the tourist area. Exterior areas were clean. a little more experience with pruning is needed. Parking areas are tight so make sure you back in. Office is closed between 10:30 and 6 a.m. as are the laundry ice machine and soda machine.. this complex has no indoor common area for guest s.

A very small WorldMark Resort but a short walking distance into the historic downtown of Santa Fe, New Mexico. Plan on the rooms being smaller than normal.

Decent hotel with your own small kitchen and they have laundry room as well.

Great WorldMark staff! It is a short walk to the plaza and all the restaurants you want to visit. Is close to main roads so you can get out to the wilderness quickly. It may be the smallest WorldMark and there is no pool but you're not staying here or in Santa Fe for that. There are only about 30 rooms and parking is tight and that's ok. You're in Santa Fe to explore and eat and this place was perfect for us. Coming back for sure. Please don't come here and expect a resort. It's an adults trip for sure.

Visiting Sta Fe for the first time and we are so grateful to stayed in WorldMark Sta Fe for 4 nights! The studio room is clean with a small kitchen facility, laundry facility and close to shops and walking distance to downtown Sta Fe... The staff are friendly and nice.

Beautiful property! Being smaller than most WorldMark properties gives it intimacy. Guests actually visit. Two wonderful patios with gas grills. Staff is so helpful. It's also only a 15 minute walk to the Plaza. During Santa Fe Indian Market, 3rd weekend in August, this is the place to be.

Wonderful location. Easy to get to. Lots of fun places here in Santa Fe. Comfortable beds and the interior design is so beautiful. We're spending four nights and have thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing experience for a week long stay! Perfect location and amenities. Some recent reviews mention lack of breakfast, no water, etc....the drinking water is just fine and there's no breakfast because this isn't a hotel, it's a vacation rental. Most negative reviews seem to be from people who don't adequately research things prior to booking. Perfect for those who want even more than a hotel has for making meals. The staff all has gone above and beyond. We will return :) this is a gem

My husband and I so enjoyed this cozy hotel. One of Wyndham best hotels by far. The room was spacious, full kitchen set up large bathroom with tub and a fire place . Now that was perfect for the cooler weather. The hotel was situated within walking distance to great restaurants and artifacts. Joann welcomed us with open arms a map of local restaurants and even suggested places based on our wants . Would definitely stay here again .

As others have mentioned, this place is an absolute gem of a find! It's not a hotel in the traditional sense, the property is actually composed of time shares units that are rented to guests. The staff is wonderfully accommodating and I felt as if I was practically family by the time I left. The decor is very reminiscent of the area and the furniture and bed was very functional and comfortable. I enjoyed having the kitchenette although, admittedly, Santa Fe has so many great places to eat I didn't use it too often during my stay, especially since the plaza is an easy walk from the property. I thought the best part was a gas fireplace which was lovely to sit in front of and read on chilly evenings when I didn't have other plans. A set of pocket doors separated the living area from the bedroom which I really appreciated. Laundry facilities are available attached to the office, and they are very nice (and free!). I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone!

Just on the north side of historic city center, easy to walk to shops and museums. Room was very clean and location is quite. We hope to return.

We checked in late night and found out that they did not even provide the basic necessity like water. When asked if we can use tap water for drinking which is pretty common, they said it will not be safe for drinking. We had to search for places that were open late in the night to get water bottles despite being tired from the travel. Learnt that there was no breakfast and no free Wifi which are again pretty common and expected when staying at the hotel. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

First five minutes of check in, there are no drinking water bottles provided, we're told tap water is not safe to drink because of the old water pipes cleaning, there's no water filter installed for providing drinking water, Vending machine for emergency water takes only cash, there are more rooms here than the available free parking spots, there's no free WiFi, this wasn't mentioned at the time of non refundable online booking, the staff is nice but this place is at least 200 years old. I'll add more details as I see more red flags. But I highly recommend staying somewhere else.

Unique WorldMark location. This was a acquired location for WorldMark. The design of the exterior and the interior of the units are not standard cookie cutter plans, this is not a bad thing. Cleanliness of the interior of the unit and service was better than average WorldMark locations. Parking can be a challenge during peak occupancy.

The room was very small and did not have a full kitchen or washer and dryer like we are accustomed too. Appliances were the size found in a small camp trailer... Only two burners on the stove. Would be comfortable for two adults but not four!

We were given a wonderful room not some worn out off the beaten path room. The reason I mention this is because I have a Service Animal (dog). He is very important to me. We were treated as first class occupance from day one. The room was very comfortable, it had everything we needed. We made an extra effort to keep everything as spotless and fresh as when we arrived. We were very thankful for everything and everyone that helped us have a wonderful experience. Thank you World Mart.

Clean, comfortable, conveniently located. Felt like I was right at home, except maybe better because it was so nice. Had a stove top, dishwasher, and could even do laundry on-site.

As far as WorldMark goes, it's not the fanciest. But, it fits nicely with it's surroundings. We did find a bed bug in one of our 2 rooms. They had a company come in and spray the same day. Couldn't move us, as they were fully booked. But, those things can be in any hotel, so we don't hold that against them. Otherwise a pleasant stay with nice accommodations.
