Love their products! Bought them for the first time a couple of years ago un Tlaquepaque and i’m obsessed since. Came for my refill. Super friendly staff, they offered us cold water as it was hot outside and we walked. You can try all products! Exc value and beautiful store. They have a Spa but were completely booked for Nov!

Made this appt weeks ago. I live here in the city. Got stuck in traffic. Told them I would be 7 minutes late, they said don’t worry it’s not a problem. They said as long as it wasn’t 15 min late . I wound up being 10 min late after sitting in 30 - 40 of traffic. Then when I arrived told me they wouldn’t give me the service I booked , and would cut my time AFTER I verified yet AGAIN upon arrival or wouldn’t be a problem. Asked me to fill out a lengthy form- THEN told me I wouldn’t be able to receive my service. Back and forth. Tried to show me I had to be there ahead of time - no previous information on any of this. I opted fo leave and told them I would not be coming back. Then I kept getting texted - Arguing with me. They were in the wrong and couldn’t admit it , wouldn’t do anything about it. The women running this are absolutely horrible at customer service . And after taking a look in person at the space , the staff and how I was treated - I can say without a doubt, there are far better services offering organic products for the same or less of a price I’ve experienced here without hassle or bad service.

La calidad de los productos abeja Reyna es excelente, me gustaría que el serum fuera poco menos grasoso o hacer otro más ligero, doy 4 estrellas porque compré crema facial de día en formato pequeño para viaje, necesitaba 3 me vendieron 1 que estaba en su almacén y la de exhibición, pero al llegar a casa y abrirla me doy cuenta que le faltaba producto al envase, la otra que me llevé estaba llena, como otras veces que he comprado.

Muy recomendable, personal amable y los productos son los mejores. Ya los había probado y cuando visité la tienda me encontré con excelente atención, muchas promociones y que puedo llevar a rellenar mis envases. Espero pronto tengan más sucursales. 😊

Está muy bonita la tienda, los productos tienen mucha calidad. Recomiendo mucho el shampoo de botella color negro. El servicio no es malo pero fueron algo despistadas o desatentas al momento de atenderme.
