    I gave the shop in Santa Fe one star because first of all I did see where I couldn’t put the time I wanted the items delivered. So when I called at 1:30 to request it be deliver by 3 the gentleman said they could not it would be delivered before 5. At 4:45 I called because the 12 chocolate strawberry I ordered had not been delivered yet. The gentleman said he would contact the driver to see where they were at. My sister was already closing and as she was leaving the driver showed up handed her the package and was very rude about it. My sister goes home at 3:30 and she stayed hoping that her package would arrive at least by 4:30. The package did not arrive till 5:05 I won’t recommend this store to anyone. It is so annoying when they say your package will arrive before 5 and it get there after 5. If they were short handed the gentleman should have said something. I can’t read minds. For the price I paid for these strawberries I expected the service from this company to be much better. Mrs.Berna Pacheco.

    My online order was slightly messed up missing a mug and snowman but the manager Harold called me to make it better the next day. When picking up my replacement arrangement I was a few minutes late and almost missed their closing but luckily the very nice lady closing up had waited a few extra minutes in her car for my hopeful arrival. She didn’t have to do that but they both went the extra mile to make sure this experience was better. Because of them I will continue to use edible arrangements plus they are good even if they are a little pricy

    I placed my order over the phone for a 12-piece chocolate-dipped fruit box. From the second the phone was answered, I received excellent customer service - the gentleman was patient and let me know all of the yummy options for my order. Pick up was a breeze and the chocolate-covered fruit (strawberries, apples, and bananas) was DELICIOUS!

    I have been a recipient of Edible Arrangements and have always been happy. I have also ordered a few times but my recent Mother's Day order was a miss and completely wrong. When I called the shop to explain I received the wrong order I was placed on hold bounced around between two people and then told that they were very busy and the girl arranging the orders was sure she produced the arrangement I originally selected. I told the manager I was willing to email a photo showing that I received the wrong order. I was told that they would refund the difference of what I received versus what I paid for and can use a discount in the future. My frustration is this was a Mother's Day gift for my mom and I selected and paid for the arrangement I wanted for her not whatever the store decided to give me. Instead of offering to take pack the wrong item and replacing it with the correct one I was passed a quick portion of a refund which is still pending and a discount to ensure I have to buy from them again. No, I won't unfortunately. The other issue is that half of the strawberries in the order were old and mushy. I'm not sure why their quality of work has gone down. They use to be the best. Very sad to have such a lame experience especially for the price paid.

    Hours are not correct online nor is the website working correctly. It allows you to place an order even if the store is closed. I placed a same day delivery, and received an email confirmation my gift would be delivered the day I requested. I found out the next day my order was never delivered. When I called to request my next day delivery refund, they weren’t able to do it. They said it’s been that way for 5 years. I order from Edible Arrangements all around the country and never has it been that way. They offer next day free delivery online always. When I asked for customer service number they were not able to provide one. I had to cancel my order altogether, We are not able to support a business who doesn’t care about their customers, still waiting for the refund to post. After reading the other reviews about the quality of the arrangements, sounds like we made the right choice not to go through with our order.

    I’m not sure of the guys name that was able to help me on the phone day before yesterday. He was so sweet and so patient to help me pick out a gift for my moms birthday. I live out of state and it was so nice to have all of my questions answered so quickly.

    How about ruining Valentine's Day? I placed my order well ahead. I paid for it. I called to make sure it would be delivered. I was told it was on the delivery truck. When it didn't get delivered, I called to ask why. I was left on hold on the phone for 15 minutes. I was then told by the manager that the ticket order was lost. The excuse was they had 400 orders. I say, if you can't deliver on the orders, don't take them. Stop taking orders when it becomes overwhelming. Valentine's Day was ruined for two people due to this franchise's current incompetence. I've ordered there for years. Never again.

    Perfect gift for any occasion! I have had consistent results when ordering for different states and locations. Fresh fruit and arrangements exactly as ordered! (I ask the recipient to send me a picture of the arrangement when they thank me.) Now...how do I get friends to send me one for my birthday?
