I was at Ultra today with my daughter and son. I was in there for about 45 minutes getting the makeup I needed. While I was there I got asked more than 10 times if I was ok or if I needed anything. While I got followed pretty much the whole time I was in there. I spend more $200 in Ulta. I understand when an employee is trying to see if need help but when you do it more than 10x It felt like harassment

I love that I can try on before I buy. You can't beat that really. I know the makeup can be pricey but it can last quite some time. So it's definitely worth buying especially the bulk shampoo and conditioner I guess it's not really bulk. It's just a large amount I guess? Either way the staff is friendly and helpful. I really like this place for their high quality makeup. Better than dollar store for me personally. Cuz with the dollar store you never know what you get. Sometimes it could be something that might end up giving you cancer someday. You always have to be careful with talc products too just a warning. I personally prefer the brands that don't test on animals. I think it's sad when cosmetic companies do their Rando testing on poor creatures. After all their sweet and innocent and don't deserve that. This place has a very large amount of options that don't test their products on sweet innocent creatures especially those poor beagles. Anyways I like the place you might want to give it a shot. I know it's a big Corporation I know it's not a local business but it is a good place to go to for makeup.

Just wanted to say that Melanie is super helpful, I asked her several questions for different beauty needs and she provided phenomenal service! I am very happy with the products she recommended! Hope she gets a raise

I found some great products and on a whim, got my haircut. I'm very pleased with the results. Very attentive staff

Pretty storefront. Security inside. An ordeal picking up an online order. Hopefully just a fluke. Of course I’ll be back - Ulta has some good deals.

I love this store as for the workers walking around pretending to shop, stalking you around the store and following you is the WORST FEELING!! I can't believe how important it is to follow paying customers around vs. Helping customers.

When is Ulta Santa Fe going to employ new stylists. Cannot get appointment online or call the store. They only have 2 stylists and only openings are 2 days end of May and lucky if I can get in June. Otherwise the store and staff are wonderful

I would give this store 0 stars if I could! No one ever answers the phone so what is the point of curbside service. When you do go inside the store, I feel like I’m being stalked. Not everyone needs to steal from you and it is beyond ridiculous. I will order elsewhere!
