Is this really a Marriott Hotel?? The structure is nice, but the hotel needs a better management and customer care in order to reach the level of service that we are used to with Marriott hotels. Very old and bad quality coffee machine in the room; 1 bag of tea for 4 people; we call the service for baggage and it doesn't come; etc. etc.

As a Marriott Titanium member, I have been to hundreds of Marriott hotels, but this one, I would say one of the worst. They didn’t allow you to charge to the room because we redeemed the room with points, and the buffet was terrible taste with no service, and still the waitress chose 20% tips without asking me, I asked them to correct it and asked the front desk to complain about the poor service, and the front desk only called the restaurant supervisor came to explain, in Spanish, to the front desk staff, not to me. I asked if I can talk to the manager, the staff kept changing topic, and said will refund me the tips! Ridiculous, I was complaining of the way how they charge you and why I can’t charge to the room, not asking for refund! The second day we went to the breakfast buffet, I saw a familiar dish, the chicken thighs (the only meat from last night) , it looks like they gave chicken thighs a shower, because last night was grilled style, this morning, exact same looking but in the sources. Just one word to describe the restaurant here: Disgusting!

Stayed one night for a layover. Used Marriott points, hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Deluxe king; though dated was very clean with a very comfortable bed, large tv, super fast WiFi and great AC. The only downside is the restrooms are very small with odd outward opening doors making it a tight fit. Water pressure was low. But this property worked for our overnight stay. Walkable to convenient store and some 24 hour tacos. Beautiful lobby and bar area with billiards.

Service is great, location is fantastic, all bedrooms come with stand up showers and hot water oh and a TV. The AC works great! My only thing would that they don’t have a fridge nor microwave but other than that, I would say I highly recommend it here! It’s safe! It’s close to everything ! If your thinking of enjoying time at the bar or food court, don’t waste your time, it’s always empty and boring…

After booking with the app for a specific room type, at check in they tried claiming my room type was not available and tried placing me somewhere else. Using the excuse of multiple groups staying with them, Yazmin and Adamaris were adamant that there were no rooms of my type. Due to a glitch in the app, when I was booking, it switched from my 4 person to 1 person. Instead of trying to remedy the situation, they wanted to do roll away beds for a cheaper room that I didn’t pay for and make the stay miserable for me and my guests. It wasn’t until Mariana was involved with the next shift front desk person Alejandra that we were put in the room we prepaid our rate for. While talking with them, they had a rude attitude, talking rudely about me, the guest, as if I couldn’t hear them within earshot. They claimed there was no manager on duty and laughed at us when we walked away. To say that this is the worst service I’ve ever received at a Marriott is not even the worst part about this experience. I still have to stay my entire stay and doubt it would get any better. I will update but for anyone wanting to stay here, I would stay away. They don’t understand in English or Spanish or feel like wanting to resolve any issues and treat rewards guests like pests. The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

It is slightly further out of the center of CDMX (which reflects in the price). However, the staff is so kind and helpful: they helped us sort out issues with a tour we booked for the wrong date. Yasmin at reception was very patient with me when I arrived very late on my first night, and was most helpful with check in and out. The rooms are tidy, our bed was huge and very comfortable. The room was not very bright, but that did not bother us as we spent most of our time discovering Mexico City. All in all a great experience, I hope to come back.

We stayed for three nights at this hotel while we were visiting Mexico City. It is very close to the metro station which made sightseeing very convenient. The buffet for breakfast is pretty good. The rooms are nice and they have a serviceable gym. While location itself is not close to any real attractions, it is very easy to get where you need to go using the metro, which is less than a 10 minute walk away. Maybe for an American who has not lived in Mexico City the location might seem unsafe, but it really isn’t. It is just an a normal Mexican neighborhood. You have convenient stores close by, a 24 hour taco restaurant a few minutes walk away and a quesadilla stand across the street. What more can you ask for?

Okay. We were sent there after our flight was cancelled. The staff was a bit overwhelmed but polite. The room had a light around the TV and we weee told to turn it off requires removing the key card from power slot. Which would have turned off the AC. We found the plug for the light finally and unplugged it. There was still lines drawn on the shower from the water faucet. Also the water pressure is sooo low.

I booked on a high floor but didn't get such. The rooms are very nice. Shower could use a little maintenance.

Centrally located business Hotel with reasonably prices in CDMX and not in the traffic congested areas of Polanco / Reforma. Clean rooms and a very friendly staff. Highly recommended if you are staying in CDMX.

Very poor loyalty recognition, it seems as though the senior management of this property aren’t really interested in their Marriott affiliation

Cost more than estimate. Nice for conference. Lovely view. No fridge or microwave. Odd: threw away our food. Hot tub would be refreshing. Piano a nice touch but unmaintained.

Very dated hotel. Can see the age in the shower fixture, wallpaper and carpet. Doesn't have an inroom fridge. Connected room sound proofing was very poor. Woken up by my neighbour a couple of times even though I'm a deep sleeper. Tacubaya interchange was 10 mins walk away but the area feels rough at night, not recommended for tourists who plan to take public transport Lovely housekeeping staff though, would have given less stars if not for them.

Fine basic hotel but stay was terrible due to noise. Was a dance event for 3 days straight that had several sources of extremely loud music playing till 6 am and would literally shake the room. Asked for a room change or if something could be done but was not given any support or options. Was placed in a first floor room before I arrived and was NOT told that this event would be happening or to expect noise. I understand it is part of the hotels business to host these events but they should be clear to guests and at minimum the most basic expectation for staying at a Marriott hotel is too be able too sleep

Overall a very good price/performance in this mega-City where hotel prices usually are very high. Their backoffice did create a bit of confusion but the reception saved the day. In general RECOMMEND this hotel.

I got to start by saying the manager is not doing his job. I got 5 rooms and in one of them there was bedbugs, my sister got a bug bite we reported and they receptionist offered to switch us rooms but by the time they decided and let us know we were almost leaving. The manager said that he could not do anything about it, I am a Marriott member and I was expecting at least an apology from the manager but he was acting very defensive and said he would not return any money. I got to say the bellboy was so kind and the rest of the staff. The location was ok, it’s close to the World Trade Center in Mexico.

The bedroom had a four panel window view of the inside of the hotel. No outdoor view. The bathroom was nice but the shower sprayed outside of the glass door so the water leaked all over the floor. The front desk staff were rude and it always seemed like we were disrupting them when we had a question. No refrigerator in the bedroom and the room service food was all American greasy cheesy food.

Older property. In need of a renovation... That being said if you're here for business there's TONs of space to work in lots of public areas. Rooms are a good size, but again dated. Not a lot outside of the hotel but safe to walk around.

If you get a west-facing room, you can see a small house across the street that's light blue with a red roof, and watch their five cats chase each other all afternoon. Best hotel view in weeks.

This place is great. Nice big rooms and beautiful environment. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this location if you are in the area. Worth the stay. And bring the whole family.

The shower was cramped and awkward with the door hitting the bathroom door. The water pressure was incredibly weak in the shower, but too strong in the sink, making a mess. The only window in the room faced into the hotel hallways so people could see you. The sheer curtains were on the inside so the only way to close the full curtains was to open them up completely and expose yourself before being able to close them again. Parking required talking to the attendant and getting a new ticket each time, which was annoying and a waste of time. The bed linens didn't fully cover the comforters - I hope they get washed each time? No power outlet on one side of the bed. LED strip lighting was falling down and made it too bright as it's not supposed to be seen directly.

This is a basic hotel. Service is not the best, upon arrival noticed that the room did not even have refrigerator. It is quite expensive taking into consideration the location and that breakfast was not included. Rooms are quite small, bathroom even worst and the WC wad even loose. The room given was next to service rooms that had loud machines that were making loud noises at all times. Not the best experience.

Great service. they remembered that I asked for a mini-fridge in my last stay, and had it brought to my room ahead of time. New smart TVs at least in the suites (no Netflix though). Location is decent for safety, with a mall 5 minutes away. Some furniture might seem old. 24 hr gym. Would stay again

Service was good, the young bartender guy was very nice and attentive. The drinks were good but the pizza and wings we ordered were so bad. Didn't really finish the food, we ate as much as we can but the margherita pizza was so bland no flavor the wings were so dry and too much buffalo sauce.

Room was super spacious and clean in general. 2 bottled waters were provided but no slippers. Basic amenities were found but still enough. Wifi is strong; staff were polite and offered help actively. The only improvement I could think of is the rather weak water flow from the shower.

Horrible horrible horrible. From the moment we stepped foot here, Maria at front desk was beyond annoying and rude. We kept telling her please talk Spanish we are having a hard time understanding you and she refused. We are Mexican American and are fluent in Spanish. Made check in unpleasant. After check in we proceeded to the elevator, the elevator got stuck. No apology from manager or anyone. So please do not use the middle elevator. When we were in the Lobby waiting for Uber we saw it got stuck again. So please avoid middle elevator. When we tried doing laundry the washer didn’t rinse properly; Maria only said sorry I’m not sure how to use these washers and gave me tokens to wash again . After the second wash was complete, same problem, we had to squeeze each piece of clothing one by one to put in dryer. Dryers didn’t work either on the first try so we asked to buy 2 tokens more and front desk refused and said I had to buy full service which was 4 tokens I refused, since I didn’t need the extra 2. I complained again and finally Maria gave in and gave me another 2 tokens. I started washing at 6:30 ended close to 11. Maria knowing they didn’t work didn’t even put a “not working sign”. When other guest came in I had to tell them the situation since I was there for 4 hours. Then the next night at 10:30pm when we were sleeping Maria said we had a charge left and had to pay it, total amount was $20 pesos which in US dollars was about $1.50 . That was ridiculous the call could have waited. My brother asked to speak to manager and never got a visit or a call back. Mind you we were here 4 days. I do have to say that Brandon at the restaurant was amazing so was a Jose at the Bistro. Choose any other courtyard Marriott location but not this one.
