"CHECK YOUR DONUTS" On 12/27/21 @ 7am: Purchased 4 Old Fasioned plain Donuts that were inedible. Hard, and hollow and were falling apart. Someone there does not know how to make Donuts.

Customer service is very poor. Ordered coffee and donuts, employee rudely said I would have to add my own sweetener. Normally they make the coffee with the cream and sweetener. Not logged in under own name into cash register logged as Irene so can't even complain to management. Employee picture attached very very rude and unprofessional.

Growing up in Massachusetts I love this place in Santa fe...Especially cause it is open wicked early!

I Visit this location 15 times per month.Absolutely wonderful during the morning and day. But showing up at night is a different story…. If it’s Not Closed Early , ordering anything more than a donut is a problem and highly offends the kids working! Beware!!!

Donuts was old. Not much to choose to make a dozen. Will try once again.

We just need another one in a better location so it would be easier to get out if the parking lot. And also a drive through would be nice

Had no issues here. Right off one of the main roads. I had one of the cherry donuts. It. Was. EXCELLENT. I also thought the bathroom was clean, you need a code to get in which might help the situation. The staff were helpful, I had no issues. They were friendly and served me in a quick and competent manner. I would recommend this dunkin. Burada durdum ve güzel bir Dunkin olduğunu düşündüm. Tuvalet çok temiz olup ve donut iyi oldu. I’ve been to MANY dunkin shops across the US but this one so far has been the most efficient, I’m impressed. They were polite and handled the orders fast. Outstanding!

Great tasty donuts and other yummy stuff. The cashier could have been friendlier but it is what it is. There's a few tables if you want to eat in but it's not too big so space is limited. Other than that it's a good place to grab a tasty breakfast.

The man at the register was awesome but they should really fix how they run online orders and instore. They put them all in the same area and call out names for the online orders. We had no idea and because my husband shares the same name with an online order, we ended up with the wrong order and the lady behind the counter had a super rude dry tine when I told her something was missing or the order wasn't ours. She asked me "what do you mean your order is wrong" and I had to explain to her she called out my husband's name so I took the order. She put the wrong order back for someone else to pick up even though I had touched on the food to discover it was wrong. We had to talk to another staff to figure out where our order was and she started talking over us from her station. He walked away from us I could tell she runs the show there and a lack of customer service is the norm. All of the tables were dirty, a mop bucket of dirty water was sitting just next to our table, When the loud lady had to take a break, she left a child about ten years old to clean tables and serce food. I understand small town mentality having children in the work place but not alone. Quite sad.

Every time I order from this location, my order is wrong. It's hard to hear and speak over the plastic shield. The parking lot is terrible too. Dunkin needs to build another one more south of Santa Fe. Food is good though.

Donuts are always good. There was a line but they got us out quickly. The only downside is that the parking is not great. There is very limited parking and the parking lot is narrow.

Lately this location has gone downhill. The workers seem to not care about customer service. After asking for chocolate glazed donuts, and the worker giving us glazed, we corrected her and she still continued to give us regular glazed donuts. Same thing happened with munchkins as well. We really need a new location in Santa Fe because the once loved and adored Dunkin has gone down the drain.

Alright lemme break this down. I pulled up wanting a glazed donut and a caramel iced latte dawg. That’s it. This girl, I’m assuming she’s new, had just finished helping her little crush who’s built and shaped like rice gum. She watched him saunter out that damn store and completely spaced out my entire order. She tried to give me a matcha latte and it took 15 minutes to get my order right after. You’re probably thinking, “why does this person have the time to trash a Dunkin’ Donuts employee?” Cause she didn’t just mess up my order, but my beloved mum and friends too. Justice, hope she learns to multitask though.

Like the place, the girls working there do a good customer service, smile to u and welcome u and serve u good but the guy with theme he is mad at u like he is going to give u the donuts for free!!! He did it to me more than two times!! Next time i remember his name and i put it here in the comments so u guys can recognize him !!

I’ve had nothing but amazing service and they ALWAYS make my coffee exactly how I love it. They’re super friendly with me. I do wish that the brand would have more security measures bc my hubs had to help handle an aggressive homeless man who was bullying a worker cleaning outside

Lots of employees, so service is fast. Some are very nice! Don't worry about long lines, they go down fast. Small amount of seating, so best to go when it's slower if you want to sit. Also, a small amount of parking spaces. Be careful when going in and out. HUGE perk, they have the BEST variety of goodies I have seen at any Dunkin in the whole country!

It's a doughnut shop... I'll take 6 jelly and 6 creme Bavarians and 12 assorted glazed, pink Homer Simpson style. Small black coffee and 25 doughnut wholes. This place always has it fresh and ready to go. I've only had to end a conversation, they were so quick with the service. Thank you 😊

Dunkiin doughnuts is a fixture to Santa Fe! It's been around a very long g time. It's run bu the same woman for over 40 years. Now her daughters help out. Hardworking ladies with great personalities and always good energy when you walk in.

The food was delicious and the employees were very friendly and attentive I would recommend it to others for sure

We wanted a monster energy refresher they didn't have any so they recommend a different refresher that tasted no different than water and my stuffed donut didn't have flavor either and my cake donut was soggy. I won't come here again I don't know why the reviews are so hi.

Went In and they had no donuts and they had a very small display case which tells me they dont have much of a selection anyway. Stood there for 10 minutes they were too busy with other things the drive thru and what else I dont know I was the only one standing there so.....wont go back

Quick and polite staff, and beautifully fresh donuts as expected! My family had a great breakfast. Be aware, at this particular location you must be a paying customer to use the restroom, but you can ask the staff for the code.

The overworked employees are doing the best they can to keep this corporate ship sailing. There's a seating area but there's a sign that says maximum 1 hour stay for customers and all of the electrical outlets are covered up in a way to make them inaccessible. Not. very. welcoming.

So many options now, I had no clue. We got a Charlie, 3 donuts, stuffed bagels with cream cheese, hash browns, apple juice, and a refresher drink all for under 15. And that is impressive to say the least. Fast service for how busy the place is. I wasn’t a fan of the refresher and the hash browns were burnt but otherwise I was impressed.

My family and I are at Dunkin daily.. even twice a day sometimes. Absolutely love the owners and the morning crew is fantastic. Food is always great and hot in the morning, donuts are fresh! But when I come anytime after 3 it’s a different story unfortunately. Have gotten a few cold sandwiches and hard tasting coffee rolls. Hopefully they can work on that.

Would give 0 stars if it was possible. Probably the worst place to work Irene is so rude and degrading no wonder why there's always a help wanted sign outside. Do better!

The doughnuts are usually very fresh. Last time in the afternoon, they weren't. But I love our Dunkin donuts!

Went to get some coffees and because they got the order wrong, one of the workers made a comment when she was walking away. It was rude of her because it was their mistake, when I was very specific on how I wanted the coffee.

I made an order through the app and waited 25 minutes. I had asked Jaque for help and she was very rude with me and instead of helping me she brushed me off a young lady asked me what I ordered and come to find out my ticket never printed. I understand things happen but Jaque didn’t have to brush me off and be rude with me. I come here

This is the only Dunkin location in Santa Fe so it's always busy and I get that, but I'm a frequent customer and us the app for my orders. So I have how I like my drink, its not too difficult a drink either, it's saved to the app as a favorite, same amount of cream, sweetener and expresso shot. But everytime it's made different, wouldn't you think it would be made the same each time ordered because the instructions are there?? Kinda of frustrating because it's a saved order, just gotta do better. I tip each time, and I'd tip better if get what I ordered consistently. Just do better please. Thanks

When I got to this Dunkin’ there was a line out the door and I understand why. This location is great! I got a mobile order of ten assorted munchkins and an iced tea and I regret not getting more but I didn’t have time to wait in line. I’ve never had the variety of munchkins that I got. Usually it’s basic glazed, chocolate glazed, jelly filled and other boring flavors. The order I got at this location had custard filled and what tasted like apple cinnamon as well as one or two that I wasn’t sure of but tasted great. I’m still thinking about those munchkins and hope to visit again to get more.

We stopped by here this afternoon, first time at this location. This after mediocre donuts from local super markets. That said, had many errands to run, so set the box of a dozen we chose in the trunk. When we finally got home we opened them and started feasting. OMG! Best donuts in town, just like I remember as a kid. All fresh and moist. Out of the way for us, but whenever we're near downtown we will stop now that we know they are excellent, $9.99 a dozen, great price! By the way the Maple bars were filled, Wow!

Every time I’ve visited this location, the iced coffee has been on point!! 😍 The staff is super nice & always fast.
