Terrible experience! I had the unfortunate be in this hotel in four different times, (July, August, September and October - 2019) from all of them the problems were the same: - once, they lost one of my shirts in the laundry - the WiFi does not work, and when it works it is slow (if you need to work from the hotel forget it) - few options for eat in the hotel restaurant, most of the time they didn't have available the opption that I chosed, when they did it, the taste was very bad and did not worth the price (many times they brought me wrongly orders) - if you don't speak Spanish don't stay in that hotel! There is only one girl at night in the reception that speaks English! The others many don't - the breakfast is simple, there are few options of food - the gym should not be called of "gym". There is only a treadmill, a bicycle and some insignificant free weights. I stayed there with a couple of 10 coworkers in all the times, and all of them had the same or different issues from mine (Advise: the Hyatt hotel is nearby and has the same values and taxes for a quality so much better)

Didn't meet my expectations. I've stayed in other City Express and I'm not satisfied with this one. There's no extractor in the bathroom, the pillows aren't very comfortable, there are some left-undone details, the windows don't have the said double glass. It looks nice, breakfast is good and the amenities are business oriented.

Well located in the Santa Fe area. Excellent attention by staff. Good for short stays. Breakfast is ok, but available space is quite insufficient when the hotel is on high occupancy.

Worst hotel experience in my life. Front desk staff doesn’t respect their own corporate reservations system so they didn’t respect my confirmed reservation arguing “maintenance” problems with my room type. Staff wasn’t professional handling their fault and were more interested in me cancelling than helping to finding a solution. Finally I did another reservation across the street for the same price.

Compared to other city express hotel locations, the staff at this hotel's service wasn't professional. I asked for a key of the safety box in my room twice and a staff said they will send someone up to my room but no one came after all. Very basic breakfast. Weak water pressure for shower :( An hour drive to historic center. I don't recommend this hotel for tourists

Great location, really in the Middle of all the important spots, I arrive at the hotel at night and there wasn't enough personel around to help. Getting to the lobby was a little confusing, the hallways doesnt have enough light so you cant see were are you going really well. Despiste all that, the breakfast is good and the accomodation its quite and confortable. I really recommended!!

The rooms are small, don't have closed or Drawer So you need to keep your clothes on your luggage. A part of that the hotel it's great. Good service, good attention.

Negative points to this hotel.. disgusting people, small rooms and no oven in room, no proper service. someone barged in my room, they do not keep record of payment or customer residing in hotel. cheap people, no respect to customers, never book this hotel. no porter to take luggages also. no security in this hotel. very insecure hotel. i dont want to give any stars also.. black star to this hotel...

Great hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast could have been better. Really dirty and slow service. But rooms and staff get a perfect 10!
