Went here with my roommates. We’ve been on a daily search for the best tacos in CDMX. And our review of El Borrego is that: It has above average sudadero and el pastor (sudadero is pictured below), and their Longaniza is excellent. Coke in a glass bottle is a plus. Weak sauce game is holding them back as they only carry two flavours 🤷🏽

Amazing place!! Their special is "pastor" but they also have other meats. My wife loves the "tongue" tacos. They are open 24/7 and it is a nice place to eat. They don't sell any alcoholic drinks. They offer desserts, tacos, tortas, and it is mostly a drive in place but they also have tables and chairs for "walk-in" people or if you want to get out of your car. The parking lot is big, it has a place where you can park under a roof as well and they serve food really really fast! They offer delivery as well at no cost and it is their own delivery service so you're supporting the business directly.

While food isn't the best here I still think it's a great experience to eat in a taco drive thru! There are only a few choices on the menu, and I think it's a bit expensive for those small corn tortilla tacos, los tacos al pastor are tasty but not as I thought it would be, coming from the Netflix show, I actually preferred suadero or cabeza. It opens 24 hours so it's great to come here at any time. I think it's busier at midnight, but they don't keep you waiting long.

A wonderful and some what gross introduction to unusual tacos. Brain, tongue, head and other parts that you normally wouldn't have. It is an experience and a half. For the adventurous ones well worth the trip. How did the brain taste? Hmmm...you'll have to go try it to find out 😉

Awesome, delicious tacos! The "A&W" version for tacos--they can even being them to your car! Especially good after going to a "Lucha Libre" match. A lit-up Jesus Christ on the cross couldn't go missing!

Very popular place to come have tacos. Had suadero tacos they were delicious and also tried to tried the cabeza taco (cheek tacos) both were amazing!!! This place is open 24hrs a day. You drive in and they bring you the tacos to your car or you can eat at their standing bar outside. They’re prices are extremely fair, 8 tacos for 2 people and drinks less than 150 pesos.

Nice tacos, friendly and super efficient yet attentive staff! They have tables in the restaurant but many people chose to eat in the car at the parking lot. The staff takes the order and brings the food to your car.. Look at how they run to bring their food.

Not good enough on this visit. Bite size tacos. Did not have CILANTRO and salsa was scarce. Only Cash. Service was good. Food taste less than average, reason for 2 stars. Review is for this location only and first time visit. Way better places around the city.

Good spot for late night quick tacos. CASH only - super hot salsas so ask for it on the side to put your own amount. Tacos were served super fast and inexpensive. Good if your In the area, I wouldn’t make my way to get here. I was 3 blocks from walking from my hotel.
