Absolutely fantastic. The day before I left for a 2-week Christmas trip to Mexico City, I began showing signs of diverticulitis. I found Clinimed Clínica de Corta Estancia with a Google search, and was able to make an appointment for that same morning. Dr. Gonzalez did all she could for me, and then acted as an advocate to get me more specialized care. She sought out clinics that were open during holiday hours, did her best to find English speaking staff. She set up appointments for me, and then gave me her personal number to text her if I had any issues. She was really responsive to all the messages I sent. She was very kind, and really put me at ease. Thank you Dr. Gonzalez for literally the best medical care I have ever had.

Expats living in Mexico all you need to know: They speak better English than I do which makes it really easy to communicate my healthcare needs. They legitimately go the extra mile for you. My doctor even was nice enough to locate the pharmacy my medication was at and deliver my prescription to my apartment within 30 minutes of our virtual appointment. If you are a busy person there is no better clinic in all of Mexico City. These are now the only doctors I will see going forward. Very knowledge and I trust their expertise

Great service. Very quick and efficient and thorough, personalized service. The staff and doctor are all extremely friendly. Particularly as an expat with sufficient Spanish, I'm not yet 100% comfortable exploring matters of my health in Spanish. This has been a wonderful option for those few and between moments when I need a bit more concerted medical attention.

They were super kind and immediately recommended a full regimen of medicine and useful extras that are already, a day later, helping me feel better. Amazing experience visiting Dr. Paulina here. I had a bad stomach bug / acidity issues since arriving in CDMX and the Dr listened patiently to all the details, examined thoroughly and gave me appropriate medication that has now helped me. Everything you would expect from a great doc. On top of that, the doc is even approachable via whatsapp for post consultation communication. Everyone at the clinic spoke English too!! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for medical assistance in CDMX.

I was recently in Mexico City and needed a doctor urgently but was worried about my Spanish not being good enough to explain what was wrong. I was able to make a virtual appointment with an amazing doctor (Dr Paulina!) who made me feel safe, was able to diagnose me, and also have prescriptions and medicines from a pharmacy delivered to my door same day. She followed up with me daily on WhatsApp and made me feel supported and cared for. If you are English-speaking and need an amazing medical resource, I highly recommend working with this service. Dr Paulina Gonzalez was incredibly reassuring and caring - I was very ill suddenly in Mexico City and it was fairly worrying. She was thorough, empathetic and practical, and kept in touch with me for days afterwards as I travelled onwards (at my insistence - she was not so keen) until I was definitely on the improve. The ability to book online was also convenient and reassuring as I had been very ill overnight - and knowing I had an appointment the next morning helped me stay calm and get through it. This clinic is about 10 minutes by Uber out of the city centre. It's small and tucked away on one of the upper levels of the building complex - but the staff are reassuring and lovely. An excellent resource for those visiting Mexico and needing to see an English speaking doctor.

The morning after I sprained my ankle I was able to get an appointment with Dr. Paulina a couple of hours later via Zoom. She spoke excellent English and was able to send me care instructions and a prescription via email within 10 minutes of concluding our call. All for only $60 USD. I am very grateful for having found her and saving me the trouble of going to a doctors office or hospital, especially with my sore ankle!

it was a very nice experience for a time when i was in a lot of pain. given that my spanish is intermediate, it was nice to have a patient and kind english-speaking doctor to talk about medical issues with. they diagnosed and got me meds that got me feeling better the next day.

My husband wasn’t feeling well while we were visiting Mexico City from Canada. After delaying seeing a doctor for as long as we could (cause who wants to see a doctor when they are travelling?!), I booked an appointment at this clinic. I made the booking online and got an appointment time within the next 60 minutes. When we arrived, Dr Paulina Gonzales saw my husband right away. She was amazing and took her time assessing my husband’s symptoms and explaining the medications he needed to take. She even followed up with us several times to make sure he was getting better. I would definitely go back here.

Dr. Gonzalez was excellent in treating me. I visited her clinic while on vacation in Mexico City. I was still recovering from pneumonia while visiting her clinic, and experience breathing issues and other pain. She saw me for about 25 minutes and prescribed medication that had me feel so much better that same day. You can tell that she truly cares about her patients. I am disappointed in my HMO in the U.S. because they only are transactional (your are just a number), but with Dr. Gonzales she treats you as a patient with care, and even offered me to reach out to her if I would have felt worse. The visit to her clinic made my vacation so much better because I felt so much better. Thank you Dr. Gonzalez!

After being ill for two weeks, I finally decided to see a doctor. I’m so glad I decided to schedule at CliniMed. I showed up on a Monday afternoon and was seen immediately by Dr. Trujillo who has to be one of the sweetest most caring doctors I’ve been to. She spoke perfect English and had a great bedside manner, fully treating my problem and giving crystal clear instructions for further at-home care. 10/10 all around great experience, and all for 60 bucks! Need this kind of quality affordable medical care in the US, damn.

Excellent service, great English and they seem like very capable doctors. I got an appointment in 90 minutes when I had bad stomach problems. It was such a good experience and I felt that the doctor knew what he was doing that I signed up for a 6-month membership. If you're from another country don't hesitate. Capable people with good English and they are not rushed. In my experience they do a thorough job.

Had a bad stomach pain while traveling here and found out about this place (and so glad that I did). The location is easy to get to, their website is easy to navigate with transparent pricing, and the booking is fast and easy. Dr. Romero treated me right away and prescribed me the medicine. You take the prescription and can go to any pharmacy (there's one within 10 minutes walk from the clinic too) to pick up your medicine right away (separate costs). The whole process was straight forward (frankly much easier than the States) and I am glad that they have the English-speaking medical services available for emergency situation like this. The doctors office was clean, the staff kind, and I felt the doctor understood my symptoms and hopefully I’ll be on the mend and better able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. This place gave us an appointment for a time that did not exist. We spent 45 minutes in a taxi - with fevers - to arrive at a closed building. Rodrigo contacted us to apologize and gave us new appointment times for the next day and an Uber voucher. The Uber voucher did not work. We arrived the next day for our 8am appointment and were told the doctor was unavailable until 9. This was very upsetting because we are both very ill and dragged ourselves out of bed early to make our appointment. This place gives you the run around and is completely unreliable. When you are sick you are at your most vulnerable and we did not need the stress of fruitless appointments and taxi rides to nowhere. Once we were finally seen, Dra. Paulina Gonzalez Hernandez was thorough, patient, and lovely.

Very nice clinic. I scheduled my appointment online on their website. I was seen promptly on time. The doctor was very attentive, prescribed me the treatment . I paid 70 US dollars for the consultation.

My daughter was isolating in Mexico City after a positive antigen test the day of return travel to the US. I made an appointment with Clinimed Group online for a remote doctor visit and obtain a declaration of recovery, so she could travel. Isaac was in constant communication with me as we organized the remote appointment and Dr Romero completed the necessary documentation. We were able to travel the next day thanks to the great service! As a foreign visitor to Mexico City, I highly recommend making an online appt with Clinimed if you need services of a doctor - so easy!

Highly recommend this private clinic to anyone foreign (English speaking) traveling internationally to Mexico City. I came as an urgent care patient due to stomach pains. Dr P González asks the right questions to come to a diagnosis. She genuinely cares about her patients and their long term care, offering support even after your visit. I was easily able to make a next day appointment online. It was easy to find the place. The building is safe and clean. Appointment times are respected and there is almost no wait time! Following the appointment, there is a pharmacy right at the corner of the block.
