(DO NOT BUY FROM THEM) Terrible experience, I had the dog for one day at home and she got very sick. Showing symptoms of parvo virus, she spent almost one week in the vets. She didn’t get to return home, past away the 5 day at the vet hospital. The company gave me every excuse that she ate a plant at my home and that it may have been my fault for her death. Still to this day I have not received my money back. I may also include she want very cheap either, $1400. USD to be exact, with their so called discount. This wasn’t a very fun experience for me, I got very attached to the dog and was very sad and upsetting that she couldn’t be her with me now.

It is sad to be pets inside a box.

Thanks so much for providing great service. I was completely satisfied of their service. I just bought cute and healthy Border collie puppy in this store. The guarantee of the store is more than enough. The puppy wasn't in this store but Guadalajara. So the staff took air plane to Guadalajara and came back with my puppy in one day. After I had really bad experience about ordering a dog in the +Kota ( I wait 2 months to get puppy but couldn't get it and the deposit is not refundable in +Kota and they say different information in each store! ). After all the bad experience in another store, I feel so confidence buying dog with Petland. The owner has a lot of knowledge about animals and a connection to get what you want. Some of the review says very negative way that they treat animals like a products. But this is business and the animals are their product. All the store is the same. The most important things are to be clear all the information and sincerity. If they could clean better the animal cage it could be even better.
