Waiting for the medicine 5 hours not even offering to lay down on any bed. I had to go to pharmacy my own to get Medicine and injected at the pharmacy. Later I went to different clinic where they diagnosed that my tubes were not only blocked but also completely ruined. Ingenes also told me I had endometriosis which wasn’t true. False diagnose to give an excuse of not being successful of any IVF that I went through 3times. I had an open cut surgery and it wasn’t found any sign of endometriosis. They are full of s*** but wanting your money.

They treat you like cows in a barn, all 3rd. Would country service as usual, don't spec them to respect timings and fee that they offer or promise. Very bad treat.

En Junio del año pasado hice mi cita para ir a Ingenes Tijuana.... Pague por un paquete que incluía radiografías, análisis de sangre, consulta médica en persona y por internet, y al mismo tiempo me dijeron no había tiempo de caducidad para usarlo porque entendían que había pandemia. La primera cita me atendió un doctor vía telefónica en la cual me dijo que al siguiente día alguien de su equipo se comunicaría conmigo para darme seguimiento... Cosa que nunca sucedió. Mi esposo y yo decidimos no ir el año pasado por que no estábamos seguros del procedimiento en tiempos de Covid. En Junio re este año decidimos retomar lo pendiente y cuando llame para reagendar me dijeron que ya no tenía validez lo que había pagado porque ya había vencido... Les dije que ellos me dijeron que no había tiempo de vencimiento y me salieron con que siempre si, que mucha gente si asistió a sus citas aún con pandemia. Ok... Pagué por el mismo paquete otra vez..... Bendecida soy porque justo ese mes salí embarazada naturalmente y llame para cancelar mi cita y pedí reembolso porque osea tienes que pagar anticipado. Mismo que según lo harían en 15 días. Hoy 5 de Octubre sigo sin recibir ningún reembolso. Una persona llamada Diego Morales da la cara por ellos jugandome el dedo en la boca que en 2 días queda, luego que en 3 y así se han pasado los meses y nada aún. No recomiendo en lo absoluto está clinica por este tipo de incidentes. Gracias a Dios no pagué por ningún tratamiento que baratos no son... Estamos hablando de más de 150mil pesos... Imagínense si no me quieren regresar lo poquito que pague por el paquete de citas, que pasaría si estuviera reclamando está cantidad?? Piensen 2 veces antes de escoger está clínica y busquen más opciones.. Son ESTAFA!!
