My appointment was on Friday, a day before someone called me and confirmed the date and time and my attendance for the appointment. However on Friday when I went to see the doctor the office was closed. Even the guard was surprised why I'm there, because they were painting the office.

This is a SCAM. PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I booked an online video appointment with a GI doctor in Merida. They took my money , the appointment never happened. The doctor told me he does not charge via Top Doctors, that he has no idea of this appointment and that he DOES NOT do telemedicine. There is no place for me to call, and the only number I can dial in asks me for a mail box code and then it hangs up. I am reporting this site as a scam and Fraud and raising a fraud claim with my bank. Please go directly to the doctor, this site is a total SCAM.
