I want to start by saying this is a nice facility and a great place to exercise and workout. The staff and management are very polite and create a welcoming environment. The facility is kept clean and you can frequently see the staff and management walking around cleaning. I signed a contract for a year and if I’m honest I wish I hadn’t. It had nothing to do with the facility itself, mainly due to the price. For a year contract it cost me nearly $50 a month, and as time went on this price became a burden. My biggest complaint is they do not offer any sort of contract cancellation options, once you sign the paper you are locked in until the contract is up. I gave 4 stars mainly due to the pricing and no cancellation options. Other than that this is a great place to attend if you are able to afford the monthly cost and don’t plan on leaving within your contract term.

5 star until I met one of their employees, or at least he acts like one. As in, he was in the “employee’s only” room. The guy closed the door in my face and made sure it was closed all the way by grabbing it and pulling it shut and holding it after I just scanned my tag right after him.

When I cancelled my membership, I was informed that I would hear back in about 2 days if any further information would be required. After 20 days I finally heard back from Kait "the manager". Although she admits that "corporate took longer than expected to get back to her" and that "it's not her fault because it's the busiest time of the year for her" somehow this is my fault as the customer. I'm now being asked to pay an additional month of services, for which I don't use. I've escalated to their corporate, and Trey "the manager". The SERVICE of this facility is flawed, I expect Santa Fe will see that soon and be as fed up as me, and that this gym will close.

Nice gym, not very big and has a decent selection of weights and equipment. Very clean and the other clients have been pretty respectful. Not a lot of douchey gym bros hogging all the equipment. Only reason 4 stars instead of 5, is that there needs to be a way to be able to pay a "drop in" fee when someone is not in the office, that way the client that has the membership does not get into trouble and I get to go work out with my mom and help her. Also would be nice to have someone there to answer questions after hours for those of us who like to work out later in the evening.

Great little gym. Has everything I need. 24 hour, so I can go when it's not too crowded.

Been going to Anytime for years, and this is one of the best locations I've been to.

Love this gym! It's always clean and the equipment is well taken care of. The trainers and management are great and knowledgeable. I really don't think that those that don't have time to train should be rating the gym negatively, as the gym cannot be the one at fault in this scenario! I have been a member now for almost 6 months and have never felt healthier!

Facility is always clean, equipment is in good order and the variety of equipment is good. 24/7 availability is really nice as well.

Pretty great gym overall and I attend four times a week! My only problem with this gym is that if you go in the evening there is a long wait time on the squat racks so they should add more squat racks.

Worst customer service. If u need help or have a question better hope someone is in office or your out of luck. Great equipment and always nice clean environment. Needs be more people to help your new clients.

I’ve been going as a guest with my Brother in Law for a week now and decided to get my own membership! It’s such a nice gym, a little small but lots to do! And everyone is so nice and motivating, highly suggest!

The gym manager, Justin was very kind, polite, and personable while remaining professional and he made the experience of joining easy yo do and he explained everything very well! 10/10 would recommend!

Even though I haven’t started working out yet it looks like a nice place to go to, good fitness area, pleasant and peaceful atmosphere, Justin is very good at what he does, knowledgeable and friendly, I recommend to anyone who is looking for a great work out go to Anytime Fitness and enjoy it.

Clean, nice and cool temperature wise, the machines were all in working order.
