The owners did not allow us to sit with our dog in the tables that are on the street.

I love this place! My boyfriend and I have been breakfasting here like 2x monthly since we moved nearby. Everything we have ever ordered has been excellent! The tlayudas are delicious. The chilaquiles are divine. Best breakfast in Santa Maria la Ribera in my opinion. Give it a try, you won’t regret it. :)

Excellent oaxaca style mexican food at a reasonable price. Red mole enchiladas were tasty. Black chicken mole was good too. The fried crickets are tasty if you are adventurous. Tlayudas were very good also. The place is small so we had to wait a few minutes for a table. Service was good and the food was as authentic as it gets. Fyi I beleive it was cash only.

Good food and quick service. I don't give them 5 stars because they invade the sidewalk.

I hope this place stays this way. Authentic and flavourful Oaxacan cuisine, at very reasonable prices. You will know how good it is from the queue inside.

I thought it was good. I was surprised to find the tlayuda con tasajo to be folded over. I remember them in Oaxaca city being open faced at the big central market… the salsas were delicious and very spicy 🔥

Try the horchata it has melon and nuts, it is incredible. The mole and tlayudas are amazing and you can also buy products from Oaxaca. Only downside it is cash only and they invade the sidewalk but everything else is amazing from the food to the quick and excellent service.

👍👍 Don’t let the line outside fool you! Restaurant has a lot of seating, waited only about 15 minutes outside. Sat down and enjoyed a great authentic meal. Everything I tried was so delicious! Enjoyed a little of everything from enfrijoladas ( similar to enchiladas but in beans instead of a red or gree...

👍👍 They're open and busy all day and night so food is always fresh! Many options to choose from when it comes to tacos. I had to try the eyeball taco and the brain 🧠 taco. I decided to try em kinda plain so that I could really taste the eyeball and brain but they provide many fixings to add and custom...

👍👍 As a tourist, I first notice the line of locals waiting for a table before looking up the reviews of the restaurant. After reading all the positive reviews we decided to try it out. Definitely worth the 10 minute wait to get a table. The staff was super efficient and on top of providing fast serv...
