The amazing view on top of this terrace is accompanied by good food and excellent service! A must visit… We were not hungry when we came in, but the food parade (and a sprit) worked its magic to open up our stomachs. We had a pastor-style fish with hand-made tortillas that was very good. Just beware of their sauces, as they are hot! Coffee, desert and music are the perfect complement.

It is a nice and spacious restaurant. the menu has many gourmet dishes with Mexican flavors. They especially have dishes with seafood and fish. the prices are high but the flavors are worth it. the music is very good but they could lower the volume. It is difficult to speak and listen but otherwise very attentive to customers.

Great food and a perfect view, this place has it all. You should try the guacamole norteño it’s really delicious. We had short ribs with adobo which were absolutely amazing, but they were a little bit spicy for me. Make sure you leave room for dessert, my favorite was lemon pie.

Wonderful unpretentious local joint with fabulous views from the rooftop. The street corn was bomb (I got it deconstructed because no grasshoppers for me. I ordered a second round it was so delicious and so were the margaritas and the churros

Went in for lunch on a lovely Sunday. The restaurant is beautiful, and the terrace overlooking the 'Monumento a la Revolución' is really nice. Cocktails were good. You can never go wrong with a 'Cantarito'. The food was very good, we had the best 'Gringas de Camarones' we tried on our trip.

Definitely worth going here if you’re looking for great food with an amazing view. The ambience is perfect, making it the ideal date night spot. So glad we spent time here on our visit to CDMX.

Came here with friends to celebrate my birthday and it was such a fun choice. Great ambiance, gorgeous view, delicious drinks and food that tastes heavenly. You can tell everything is made with top quality ingredients. I will definitely come back!

The restaurant is very nice and has amazing views even from the inside. The staff is friendly and really lets you enjoy your time there. They have a very cool bar cart experience, but really the best part other than the view was the marlin empanadas & fish taco! Both really tasty, and if you want some good cocktails and food I recommend it, but remember to make a reservation!

Easily one of the best rooftop dining experiences of my life. The staff are very accommodating. The ambience is world class. The food is spectacular. The cocktails are delicious. Definitely try the beet root salad. Ribeye and bone marrow sopa was very decadent. The tempura fish taco was amazing. But also the views made everything come together perfectly.

We had the best margaritas clasicas in Mexico. Also the food was delicious, generous portions and with a detailed presentation. The service was kind, fast and readily available. Ambience and view of the Revolución monument is great for sunsets. Make sure you are outside directly in front of the plaza.

The roof top dining was well thought out. We went for brunch and the decor was so interesting from the flooring to the roof. The food was good too

This was a great place for dinner. Sitting outside on the terrace was comfortable and had great views. I enjoyed a margarita and passion fruit mezcalita and coworkers enjoyed their mocktails. The crab taco and octopus tostada were great. All of the ingredients tasted very fresh and each dish had a beautiful presentation. The chocolate cake for dessert was delicious.

The service was extremely disappointing. The staff is overall very snobby. Our server misheard what I ordered, kept arguing with me and kept saying that i never said what i said. I’ve been working in the customer service almost my whole life and something that you don’t do with a client is to argue. The least he could’ve said was: sorry for the misunderstanding i really heard something else. Moreover, he kept talking and laughing about the situation and my comments with his colleagues with no secrecy. On the other hand, food, cocktails and the view were great.

This spot made our trip! Everything was utter perfection and the staff was unbelievably helpful and attentive! Will be coming again for sure. Thank you for such a fantastic night. The best Quesabirria tacos of our life!

One of the best restaurants with sea food in Mexico city, location, price, flavor and service make this an excellent option. Recommend the shrimp tacos and the pumpkin flower quesadillas are simply delicious

Would have been a 5 star all around because there is an excellent view and the food was really good. We had the grilled pulpo and bone marrow tacos. However we did not get to enjoy the view at all despite making reservations, we were placed on the back side that overlooked nothing but a bunch of buildings. We asked to sit at the bar of which there were many open seats however were not accommodated. Highly disappointed.

Great food with a beautiful view. We didn’t have a reservation, but they were able to seat us at the bar. It was perfect. The view was fantastic. We mentioned that it was our anniversary, and they served our dessert with a special touch. I highly recommend this restaurant when you’re in Mexico City.

It wasn’t my first time in Terraza Cha Cha. My first time was so incredible and food was amazing! This time it was the opposite. We got sat on a corner table, even though when I made the reservations I asked for a table on the terrace, when we mentioned this, they told us that they had no availability on the terrace. Our server then greeted us and took our order. My dad ordered Cochinita Pibil and I shared the Pulpo Arrebatado with my mom a long with the Strawberry Salad. My dads Cochinita was cold, we told another server, which then took the plate, gave it to our server and our server took it back to the kitchen. Minutes later, the server comes back with the plate holding it with a towel, because it was hot and placed it in front of my dad. Never addressed the situation or apologized for the inconvenience. To me it was very unprofessional from the server and manager, whom saw the entire ordeal. My octopus was also cold, but my mom and decided it was ok to eat like that. The salad had great flavor but it had too much dressing. Finally we order the Nata cake with ice cream. Ice cream was incredibly delicious, cake was dry. I would give terraza cha cha cha another chance, just because the first time I went, I had a great time.

As we walked in, the hostess was so friendly and helpful. The second hostess on the restaurant floor was also so attentive. The waiter was so patient and explained the menu thoroughly to us. The food was one of the best we had on our entire stay and so was the cantarito drink (highly recommend). And don’t get me started on the view. I wish I can give more stars than just 5.

It is an amazing place, with an excellent view of the monument to the Mexican revolution, the best day to visit is on Monday because there are tables available, in any case, do not forget to make a reservation, the food is very good, the service is excellent, and I recommend you ask for the octopus dish, it is delicious. $500-600 MXN mexican pesos per person approx.

OMG the best food, view and attention we had in Mexico City, I highly recommend it if you are looking for a nice place to try Mexican food while in vacation.

Came here for a drink late at night as we were staying about a block and a half away. Nothing spectacular, a pretty solid place with a great view. There were a lot of happening rooftops in this area, we wanted a quieter spot and this fit that bill. The one thing I would bemoan about this place is the sangria. Definitely did NOT enjoy that, but everything else was pretty solid. Reasonable prices for the location and view.

What a fantastic atmosphere and view! Everything was magical. The staff were very attentive, the food was tasty, and the presentation of the plates were attractive. We watched the view change as the sunset. Can’t wait to return!

Independence Day was a blast! This place was very accommodating. Visiting from FL, we were able to reserve a seat for this event. The staff were super friendly and helpful with sending our wire to reserve. When we arrived were kindly greeted at the lower level, given a shot of mezcal or tequila then put in the elevator to start the party. Once we got in the restaurant l, they rush to set us up our own table on the balcony and gave us the entire run down. Super super fantastic customer service. The band came in later in the evening and supplied us all with great music and energy to celebrate the independence. Definitely recommend visiting this place. Awesome views of the Revolution Monument. 5 stars in my book. Also, the food and tequila was great.

The views at this restaurant are amazing. It's a great rooftop bar to just sit and a half a slow paced, relaxing meal overlooking part of the business district of CDMX. The service was slower than all the other restaurants we went to in the city, even with the 5+ waiters walking around. That did make it seem like a more (US) Americanized restaurant, and the food was definitely portioned as such, but it was still a great spot and the prices will never be as expensive as USA. I'll still be coming back here next time. (The empanada in the picture was my share of the appetizer. Not the size of one order)

This place is amazing!! Food is great! Drinks are on top! Service is friendly and knowledgeable. Plus the view of the monument gives a great ambience. I will definitely go back Make sure to make reservation when going on busy hours or arrive early.

The most incredible food I had in a very long time. Service excellent, food excellent, wow! Do make a reservation to avoid disappointments. After a splendid meal, desserts will just blow your head!

Wonderful views, super attentive service and the food was delicious too! Our favorite dishes were the grilled octopus, fish ceviche, pulled pork taco and beef quesadilla. I did not enjoy the octopus tostada very much. One of the dishes we ordered came with a side of grasshopper. Never had it before and was surprised to find that they are a pretty tasty morsel to put on top of the guacamole we ordered. They were cunchy and goes well with beer. :-) Price was as expected for such a venue. We had a great time dining there!

The ambiance of this place is nice. I really hoped the price would match the taste of food, but it did not. It’s not gonna break the bank but there are definitely better selections for fractions of the cost you’d find here. If ambiance and decent meal is what you’re looking for then definitely give this place at this a once over.

It’s hard to beat this view. I really enjoyed the beef brisket (Carne en su jugo). The portion is large enough for you be very full and to take home leftovers. The service was very swift, almost too fast as I wanted to keep enjoying the view for longer.

Although don’t know the names of the things I eat, but all food are pretty good. Service is good too. Deserts are: Brazo De Nata, Tarta De Guayaba.

This is a great place, food is good a lil bit price but the view is the main thing in here. The best thing you can do is make a reservation before you arrive just to have the table outside the main dinner room

View is amazing. Food was just okay. Seafood I’d steer clear from here….Drinks were great tho!
