    staff is nice, foods are okay. no kettle in the rooms, it has also a nice garden where you can eat and drink

    It is beautiful, but the service it's not so good, they leave us waiting on the airport for an hour and the transportation never showed up!! The staff doesn't have a really good communication so it's kinda messy. The room were clean, comfy and great.

    For the first time I had a bad experience with a Marriott hotel. At the time of my check out I expressed to the manager my discomfort on many issue with my room. Consequently, she asked me to fill a form with all the complaints which I did.

    The service is not bad. Not everything in the room was functional including the treadmill and the area smells like sewer all the time Don't buy from there inside store, it's more expensive then Disneyland

    Great! Staff is so nice, rooms are very comfortable, the garden is beautiful. I came here with my husband who is on a business trip, and I am enjoying myself a lot Highly recommended

    Staff was excellent. Rooms are very dated, but clean. No elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, get ready to haul it upstairs. No microwave or coffee maker in rooms. Not the worst place in Toluca, by far. But it could be better. The courtyard area is beautiful

    very badly treated. they could not find my reservation and then it was their mistake. I had to call the booking to solve the problem otherwise I would have left without a room

    The service at this hotel is phenomenal. They have a great team of dedicated team members The director of Food and Beverage (Carlos?) was especially great at his job.
