Termine llamando a fedex y pedir.mi paquete de regreso, nunca mas vuelbo a usar este servicio al.menos no internacional, que bueno seria que tuvieran el mismo nivel de customer service que ofrece fedex aqui en USA.

    (Note: this review is in English for the foreign nationals who send stuff to Mexico City.) This place is horrible! I cannot believe how inefficient and disrespectful this office is. First, even though I paid for PRIORITY shipment, it has taken over two weeks for my packages to move through the FedEx/customs offices. Next, the FedEx customs searched my packages (fine, I guess they have to) BUT they literally STOLE items out of my packages and THEN charged me for "import fees" for items I never received. Plus, my personal items were DIRTY inside the box when I received them. (I know what was in the packages because I packed the boxes when I was still in the US and sent them to my new address in Mexico.) It is heartbreaking the lies the agents will tell, how corrupt they are, and then how they will still try to extort money afterward. I WARN YOU, DO NOT SEND YOUR PACKAGES THROUGH FEDEX. Use DHL or some other service. (Also, ignore whatever replies FedEx agents respond to my post because I have contacted the customs agents and the customer service and all of them have ignore my messages. They know they were wrong!) Update: I have told what happened to several Mexican friends, and they sadly agree it is a "known" problem of customs agents stealing items. 🤬
