😠 Very bad online experience! I bought a HDD on the 2nd of march, indicated delivery was 48 hrs... When I heard nothing for 2 days cancelled the order and received a confirmation of cancelling on the 4th of March.. on the 6th I received a credit note... nothing else.. when I did not receive my money b...

    Very bad online experience! I bought a HDD on the 2nd of march, indicated delivery was 48 hrs... When I heard nothing for 2 days cancelled the order and received a confirmation of cancelling on the 4th of March.. on the 6th I received a credit note... nothing else.. when I did not receive my money back I asked them when and they told me I had te return a signed copy of the credit note before the would give me my money back... So i needed to sign for something that I had not received... I signed stating that i did not receive anything yet... that was 2 weeks ago... I still have no refund after 3 weeks!!! Very unreliable imho.

    Very very poor customer service. Ordered a freezer which arrived damaged. They said the damage was barely imperceptible despite it being a dent and chip right on the middle front of the freezer. Now they have just stopped communicating, ignoring emails. Disgusted by their attitude. Update: after two weeks of not communicating they offered to collect the damaged freezer but I have insisted that they refund my money first (or at time of collection) as their lack of communication does not build trust. They had gone back into silence because of this until today when their response to this review says please contact us. Erm...I have been contacting you but you don't reply.

    Ordered here, because they said they could send it next day, while other stores had better choice and free delivery, but next week. Seems that I've made a mistake, it's already "next week" and my package has not been sent even. They are keep saying that they are planning to send soon, but who knows when is this "soon" happens. The store does not have their own transport, they use other transport companies. That means that they only need to pack items and give it to transport company, that's it! Do they have one men for it who works one hour per day so it takes so long to handle all orders? Or they have thousands orders per day? Then don't confuse people with promises to deliver it fast! Anyway, I regret I made an order here, the winter will end sooner than I receive the heater.

    I see that I am not alone in expressing my frustration with the customer service team. We were hoping to find a reliable source for audio equipment for our organization in central Portugal, but website inventories aren't accurate, and communication with people here was very unclear and unprofessional. Poor way to gain and keep clients.

    Scalpers. They sold the PlayStation 5 (regular price at the time €499.99) for €1199.00 (!) on Black Friday (!!) and otherwise for €849.99 (!), the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition (regular price at the time €399.99) for €798.99 (!), and the Xbox Series X (regular price at the time €499.99) for €899.90 (!), then lowered to €758.24 when it was available at Worten for €499.99 (!).
