Restrooms are ignored, unclean and no toilet paper in both restrooms.. Good service for drinks but concern about sanitary machines...put on my "avoid" list.

I just ordered 1 single drink and all of the employees were just talking to friends inside and wasting time ,,after several minutes of ignoring my order when I asked they finally make my coffee My only question for owners is this a business or chatting place. I will never come back to this location Poor service

I rarely come this Starbucks & when I do I usually regret it. The drive though is terrible, you will be there 30min. Even though everyone was pulling out of the drive though because of the long wait I decided to stick with it. I was there for so long! Mind you, I have been to other Starbucks with more cars lined up going by so much faster.

There was no one at the drive thru at 9pm and waited for at least 8 mins before anyone said hello. Once I got to the window to pay I saw my drink ready but still made me wait an extra 5 minutes in the drive thru while the girls were playing around.

very bad customer service. went in there for some drinks and the workers just stared at me and ignored me for about 15 minutes. they never ended up taking my order and they weren’t busy at all! no customers but me were there!

This Starbucks, located on Broadway and Stowell in Santa Maria, CA, is a popular & busy spot. The store is clean and has a nice seating area, inside & outside, to enjoy your coffee. Their multi-tasking baristas always take the time to say Hi as you enter. The store has a nice refrigerated display filled with delicious options for snacks, meals or drinks. The variety of sales items are neatly displayed in various areas. Your order is quickly taken and any questions are patiently answered with a friendly smile. You don't have to wait long for your order. The drink is quickly made and it's always delicious. For those who are on the go, this Starbucks has a drive-thru. Very convenient and the line is never long. I had a tie-dye Frappuccino. It was Yummilicious!!😋👍

The day is 4/27/23 it was the closing team Service was just ugh ok so I went through drive thru asked for a chocolate cookie crumble frap and a mango dragon fruit with water not lemonade got my order and it was all wrong I got a mocha choc cookie crumble I didn’t want mocha in it then the mango dragonfruit had lemonade in it so we went back to get it corrected the girl seemed irritated that we went back so I got the cookie crumble frappe corrected but the mango dragon fruit doesn’t even taste nor look like how it’s supposed to I was just so done after that I didn’t even want to go back the third time we didn’t even drink it cause it was horrible if I can give it 0 stars I would ! not coming back to this place 👎

I hate corporate chains... it was the only open coffee choice on July 4th... the food is industrialized, processed, garbage. Their coffee and almond milk taste bitter af. They no longer make any sweeteners accessible, and if you ask for sugar you will also have to ask for a stirring stick cause apparently it's not intuitively obvious that one would need to stir the sugar into the drink.

Went there last night and requested 2 drinks with no oat milk and no whip (can’t have any dairy) and the drink caused great discomfort and I threw up my drink this morning. IVE NEVER HAD THIS EXPERIENCE except at this Starbucks. Honestly the WORST. It was so bad that I took the time to actually write this .

It gets very crowded and the hours are good, the service is 4 stars and the drinks are 5 stars.

I’d love to give them a good review but I really can’t. I love the pink drink and I’ll always get that but I know how it’s supposed to taste and the way they make it everytime isn’t how it’s supposed to taste it taste so like watered down and more like milk than sweet… I feel as though maybe someone trained them wrong on how to make it because it’s everytime I go there it taste the same.. I always get the pink drink so I know how it’s supposed to taste and that just ain’t it. I hope you can retrain your people to make it better because you will start to lose business over this.

They messed up on my order three times and they forgot to close the lid on my hot order and the coffee stain never came off my car. Very disappointed.

App says in-store is open until 11 but they closed and locked up before 10pm. Also I tried to call before arriving but the phone number wasn't working, so wasted trip. Thanks.

Went to the Starbucks in the JC Penney shopping center and saw this by their order register. Thought this was very cool, especially to post here. Very friendly staff and coffee was delicious as usual

Great location, plenty of parking, friendly service, quiet place to enjoy a coffee a sandwich and work on your laptop. Good cookies for the kids. Clean bathrooms. :)

I love Starbucks but this place always messes up my drinks. Last time I came here I ordered a mocha cookie crumble and it tasted way too strong. I’ve had it several times at other locations and it has never tasted that bad. I decided to come here again for a peppermint mocha (hot), which I’ve ordered before from other locations, again it tasted terrible. Besides my coffee being cold, it made my head hurt. I never leave bad reviews but I am tired of spending $10 on coffee that does not taste how it's supposed to.

I don't usually come to this Starbucks because they are always messing up my order, but this one visit I was hoping for the best. After this visit, I will NEVER bring my money to this place ever again. Not only did they mess up my order, as I expected they would, but they had chocolate syrup leaking from the side of the cup that smeared all over my luxury interior, the banana bread that I ordered was served COLD STILL IN THE PACKAGING, which I've NEVER seen served that way at any Starbucks, and Lastly, the barista was cursing and giggling to her fellow workers in the back, which I can now see why my visit was a mess as my interior. Nothing can change my mind on never coming here again.

I ordered tow large drinks one was good the other I have to say I have no idea what it was and on top of that the staff never let me know when my order was ready, I was really disappointed.

Beyond busy, accidentally came in the 30 minutes before the high school starts. Honestly, it's the busiest I've seen a Starbucks outside Disneyland. Wish the staff would have poured the water into my reusable cup and saved the plastic but all in all, home run
