We are new to the area and just happened upon R & R Furniture in Santa Maria when we were walking from Home Depot over to Walmart to get our shopping done. We peeked in and met Peter, great, kind, and super patient with us, he instantly won over my 82 yr old mom and so thoroughly impressed my husband, that I started seriously shopping for our livingroom. Well now here we are, lounging on our lovely sofa and really appreciating the incredible delivery men, Issac and Johnny. They were on time, strong, happy to help, and all together making our shopping experience AMAZING!!!! We even have money left over for the rest of the house, seriously, the prices were unbelievable!!! Thank you from VERY happy newcomers!!!

We had a great experience with R and R and with the sales rep Erick. He helped us find just the right living room and bedroom sets. We were able to hold our delivery until our new house was ready and everything arrived exactly when we expected. Everything looks great! We will definitely be back!

We bought a couch and 5 piece dining set from R&R, and we couldn’t be happier! The furniture is great quality at a great value, and the service we received from their staff was fantastic. The person who helped us the most, Peter, went above and beyond in helping us, and never made us feel pressured to buy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for furniture at all price ranges.

Nice staff, terrible business. Bought a couch in November, said it would be delivered in January. Called every month after January and always said it would be delivered next month, after 6 months of waiting finally cancelled order because they did not know when it would be delivered. Went to a retailer near by and we are having our new couch delivered under a week. Update- 2 days after I cancelled my order, they called and said they made lots of phone calls and yelled at alot of people and said my couch would be delivered in 3 days...why didn't this happen in the first 4 months of us waiting?

Absolutely received the best customer service here. AJ was extremely helpful and followed through on everything that was promised. Sale prices were great and the furniture is of great quality. After buying a sofa set, coffee table and side table, I went back a couple of weeks later to buy a dining room set. Will definitely recommend R&R to friends and will be purchasing more furniture, etc. in the future.

I purchased a recliner from the salesman Jorge Mares. He is a great salesman and I would recommend working with him. I was concerned that after the first night I had it that I received quite a few bites on my body. The manager convinced me that it wasn't because of the recliner and that there weren't any bed bugs. I returned the recliner and they gave me a store credit.

I walked into their store in Santa Maria not ever hearing of them before. I was pleasantly surprised by the selection that they had in their store. I was looking for a sectional or just a couple couches to complete my living room. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The delivery process was amazing. They were supposed to get there from 3-5pm and they got there early and actually called when they were almost there. I thought that was really nice of them to call. They were extremely friendly upon arrival and set the couches up. This company really impressed me with their prices and excellent customer service. I definitely will recommend them from now on.

I was greeted by Eric who, after listening to my request to see everything in the store, left me alone. He checked on me once which was exactly what I preferred. After viewing all of the stock on the floor we went to the pieces I was interested in and the info he gave me helped narrow my selections. When I am ready to buy new furniture I will be asking for Eric. He is polite and very knowledgeable about all his stock.

We were treated very well when a recliner we purchased had a defect, they were very prompt to get it taken care of when I decided to exchange up to another recliner. Thanks to them it was no sweat.

This place has great deals on furniture and everyone is so helpful. They offer delivery at a flat rate if you don’t have access to a truck. The delivery staff was very professional and punctual. All in all a great experience! I definitely recommend checking this place out.

I came in to R&R Furniture and from the moment I was there. The staff were wonderful, especially Lydia in the front desk she was so wonderful and so good at her job. She was so nice and the furniture I bought was low price. I will definitely come here again and if anyone is looking to buy furniture that is the place to go.
