It wasn't busy at all when I walked in here around 5:30pm on a Tuesday. Glad we made it before closing. We got a 12 pack of 24 oz 805 cans that should last us the entire time we're here, as well as Mind Haze Double IPA 6 pack. I really enjoy both.

The poke nachos were to die for!!! We also ordered a tri tip sandwich with a side salad. Of course their beer is delicious too!! Finding a brewery that has great beer AND excellent food is not easy. Don’t think twice, go here!!!!

We did the tour there, and it was interesting learning the history of Firestone Walker. It's a nice facility, and I recommend it to those going to Paso Robles Ca

#1. For me I did not like the ordering process. I get it's a packed place 24/7 so I'm sure it helps but I like the personal experience. #2. I was not happy about my salad. It's was nothing but the hard ice burg parts. VERY VERY VERY disappointed considering in 2010 I attempted to eat this salad but was too sick and pregnant. I dreamed of this salad for 12 years. Just to get one full of all the hard parts I throw away when making a salad. Highly dissapppointed. The dressing was so delicious tho I will add that and so was the croutons. I left more than half the salad.

Love everything about this place. Only draw back was beer fridge not fully stocked and minimal selection. Employees were helpful and recommended some places in SLO to hit!

Great selection of bottles, growlers and on tap. I had a beer as I shopped for beer, pint glasses, and a tshirt. Cool stuff to see inside the store too.

Delicious beers, great food. Try the Brussels sprouts and pretzel. But watch out for that mustard! It’s delicious and VERY horseradish-forward.

Had the most delicious outdoor lunch ever. Beer wasn’t bad either! No, it was great. We did the samples to find out if there was any new brews that we loved and we did. Great place to go.

The tour was just the right amount of walking time as well as being very informative. Everyone was ready to answer questions about the brewery process. The beer tastings were great. Everyone was kind and the place was clean. I loved the relaxed feeling everyone had. I definitely would recommend this as a stop.

I've been wanting to go for a while... I work at Top Golf in Roseville CA and have sold the brewery's products for a while now....I grew up in San Luis Obispo, 805 is near and dear to me...I was literally treated like part of the team on my visit....got some memorabilia for home!! Very cool visit. ... I almost skipped it again ( I was visiting family for Thanksgiving and was heading home) So happy I stopped!!

First time here and I would go again. Drove 2 hours and it did not disappoint. Got the big bear burger, the trip tip sandwich, and the chicken bbq pizza. Beer was the chelada special and I'm not sure the other beer but it was good and did not disappoint. Yes planning to go again in the near future.

Great service very friendly. Great selection of clothing in all sizes. You can purchase beer, key chains, many other souvenirs. Don't forget to pick up free coasters and sometimes they even have free stickers.

Awful shopping experience! Be aware and keen on the final translation when visiting firestone and walker emporium. They are not transparent and they will bundle up merchandise with service for the final transaction. They will unapologetically turn the monitor with it's tip percentage to compound the final purchases, starting at 20%. On June 12th, I visited the emporium to have a draft beer, and six pack along with merchandise. I spent $210 on merchandise and approximately $20 worth of beer. When it was time to settle the tab I added 20%, thinking it was for the hospitality service only. Nope! They fully know that their system is misleading and rigged. I caught the mistake when I reviewed my receipts and bank account for the week. When I called firestone to correct this outrages added tally of 20% to the merchandise, the manager was dismissive and unaccomodating. Her reasoning was two folds: i had the choice to not tip and the workers work very hard. Instead of addressing the real issue of bundling final transaction of merchandise and beer service and not being transparent about it. She further insist that they work hard. Clearly that was not the argument nor issue. I do not go to the gap and paid a 20% gratitude added to the final merchandise. All in all the manager didn't correct the problem or offer any compensation to their shady practice. Be aware and go out not feeling fraudulent taken.

👍 Great tastings. Plan to do the tour if you have time. The tour about an hour and includes tastings which will pay for the cost of the tour. You may end up spending more money on the limited releases only available at the brewery.
