Quentin
is
the
head
chef.
This
review
will
begin
and
end
with
him
because
he
contributed
so
much
to
the
experience.
Read
my
reviews
and
you
will
see
I
rarely
mention
food
when
traveling.
I'm
not
a
foody
and
generally
just
don't
focus
much
on
that
piece
of
my
trips.
Quentin's
dishes
were
too
fantastic
to
not
feature
in
this
review.
The
flavor,
variety,
and
presentation
were
spectacular.
Chicken,
fish,
seafood,
vegetarian.
Colombian,
Asian,
and
Spanish
cuisines.
The
best
kimchi
we've
ever
had.
In
addition
to
the
food,
he
was
wonderful
to
discuss
the
dishes
with.
The
resort
has
so
much
going
for
it
and
is
well
laid
out.
There's
an
abundance
of
private
areas
to
lounge,
a
well
positioned
yoga
studio,
a
beautiful
pool
and
common
area.
Lots
of
hammocks
and
a
massive
common
area
out
by
the
beach
provide
plenty
of
options
for
lounging.
The
only
things
I
would
suggest
you
prepare
for,
that
are
beyond
the
resorts
control,
are
the
humidity
and
mosquitos.
The
humidity
is
next
level
leaving
towels
and
clothing
damp
until
you
leave
the
region.
They
never
dry
while
there
by
just
hanging
unless
you
can
get
them
into
direct
sunlight.
I
live
in
FL
and
the
mosquitos
there
were
still
next
level.
They
are
especially
bad
in
the
dining
area
where
your
legs
end
up
below
the
table
leaving
them
out
of
the
air
from
the
fans.
You
get
lit
up
while
eating.
My
biggest
suggestion
to
the
owner
would
be
to
mount
a
few
fans
on
the
floor
in
addition
to
those
mounted
above
to
help
with
this.
My
only
other
suggestion
would
be
to
add
more
variety
to
the
music
in
the
dining
area.
I
had
"Yo
Quiero
Mas"
dozens
of
times
since
they
are
playing
the
same
short
playlist
nightly.
Both
of
these
would
go
a
long
way
to
improving
the
experience
while
dining
on
Quentin's
delicious
creations.
The
staff
is
super
and
I
wish
I
recalled
the
front
desk
mgr
who
was
working
during
most
of
our
time
there
because
she
was
exceptional.
I
left
my
cell
phone
in
the
car
of
the
driver
who
brought
us
from
the
airport
and
she
had
it
back
to
me
before
noon
the
next
day.
When
she
heard
a
few
of
us
were
interested
in
yoga
on
the
instructor's
day
off
she
quickly
arranged
to
have
another
instructor
come
lead
those
3
classes.
You
name
it,
she
made
it
happen
with
an
easy
smile.
Quentin
is
not
only
the
head
chef,
but
as
an
Englishman
also
the
best
English
speaker
at
the
resort
of
course.
He
helped
several
of
us
out
with
issues
and
was
always
available,
usually
proactively
asking
if
he
could
be
of
assistance,
it
seemed
morning
noon,
or
night.
On
that
note
I'll
end
this
review,
as
promised,
beginning
and
ending
with
Quentin.
