Great views, Great food…Great experience . You can’t go wrong here. Our food was served quickly and it was delish!!! More impressive…the restaurant was packed and in no time, we were seated with water and our waiter at our table.

Phenomenal Restaurant! Our waiter Jose was very knowledgeable about the food, and overall menu. All the food was really good, and the large variety of drinks made it even better! Perfect food to enjoy the sunset to. ☀️ Coming again soon!

Great chips and salsa! My Dad loved the 🦞 lobster! The patio was perfect. The entertainment was amazing. Overall nice place. Prices are in a tourist area, so expect to enjoy the prices.

Stopped by Maria Sol while visiting the Santa Monica Pier. Really good service, food & drinks were good as well. Bit on the pricey side but to be expected being on the pier. We enjoyed ourselves.

Meh. Not bad, but certainly not special. I ordered the chicken quesadilla. Lots of cheese, if you like that you’ll like that. The pier is, the pier. Dirty and overall pointless, to me. If you need to eat, you could do a lot worse.

Ordered burrito & the stuffed pepper dish and 2 cocktails on a sunday night. Food was not bad and the location is great, but it was too cold for the outdoor seat so we had to move indoor. Wish there are more fire near the outdoors seating. Cocktail was not bad. Overall reasonable place for its location

This Mexican restaurant is located right on the Santa Monica Pier. The food was amazing and the service was quick. We sat on the deck on the side facing the rest of the pier. I believe you can also sit inside and on the side facing the ocean. If you're in the area, I'd recommend checking this place out.

Restaurant is decent. Food is great and comes out a little quick. Definitely would come back. Chips and salsa are really good and have a nice spicy kick to them.

Maria Sol, the Mexican restaurant at the end of the Santa Monica Pier is excellent. There's an excellent ramp leading up to the restaurant from the Deck of the Pier. I needed it, and I used it. The park employees were fully professional. I enjoyed my stay. I recommend Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier.

We got the viva Mexico burrito and the seafood enchiladas. The filling was tasty in the enchiladas but the tortillas were hard like crunchy and not in the good way. The burrito needed more sauce. Overall it was good. Prices are not unreasonable for a Mexican restaurant and the chips and salsa was delicious.

Maria Sol is one of the better options for food on the pier in my opinion.. not just because you can sit down and relax but also they have outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset as you enjoy a cold beverage. Still very busy especially on the weekend, but nice and relaxing if you can get a seat outdoors.

Stopped by for late lunch and really enjoyed the food. Drinks and food were great. I feel that the drinks are a bit expensive but the food was reasonable. Only one small thing about the atmosphere, there was a performer outside near the patio where we were sitting and having music from the restaurant speaker and the performer at the same time was a bit uncomfortable to the ear. I would recommend for the restaurant to turn off it's music on the patio when a performer is present.

Mariasol Restaurant at Santa Monica Beach Peer was ok. I think the dishes are too small because I did not get full. Also the drinks are little pricey. The service was ok because I had to tell them about the sun and the sticky table corners. The music outside in the patio was not current neither classic. Overall I am sastified because this is like my 4rd time coming to eat there. Yeah I will come back in the future.

Moises was absolutely amazing. The best server. We had the Macho Mega margarita on the rocks and a frozen strawberry margarita and the tacos el carbon and everything was perfect. Oh wait. And you can’t forget the view and atmosphere here! The perfect location!

So let me start by saying my first night in CA I was hoping this would stand out. It did not but that being said let's get the ball rolling on this review. So we were sat down very quickly and we were greeted with chips and salsa before the waiter got to us. We munched on the chips and looked at the menu. The waiter came to us (Fernando O) and took our drink order and we managed to figure out what we wanted while waiting. So my wife ordered a strawberry daiquiri drink which was good and not too powerful. For dinner we ordered two apps. The quesadilla with chicken and beef taquitos. The quesadilla was good nothing too crazy and not overstuff with onions and peppers like most are. The taquitos were great the beef was nice and soft not to crazy on spices and what not. The quac was really good with the quesadilla. The service however was a different story. The waiter never came back except once after the food was dropped off. At this point I had asked him for a to go box. Which he came back with it and never saw him again for at least 15 mins when the hostess came over and asked what we needed. After that 5 mins later he was back with the check and took my card and ran it. I was a little disappointed with the staff here really. The food was good at best and the staff was poor. They didn't look short handed so can't blame it on that. Overall I expected better tbh but the Santa Monica pier is nice place to check out otherwise.

This is a great place for dinner and drinks while you watch the sun set. The servers were very attentive, and the food came out quick. Drinks and food were both great but a little pricey. Considering the location and atmosphere, I would consider the cost to be pretty on point.

This is definitely one of the best places for Mexican food right at the Santa Monica Pier! We were super happy with the service! The nachos with salsa that they served in the beginning were amazing with the nachos warmed to perfection and salsa some of the best we had! Their enchiladas was the winner for me, which was the cheese enchiladas I believe! Very delicious and absolutely worth the money! I would highly recommend this place!

This place doesn’t have anything you wouldn’t love! Food and drinks are so good!! I tried the lobster and let me tell you, it was so good!!!! The burrito was great and fish tacos were some of the best. Recommend this place anytime you want Mexican food near the pier.

Food was fine, had better. Margaritas were good, but lacking alcohol. Nice seating area.

Food and drinks were delicious, service was a little slow and it wasn't super busy. View was great. I would surely return if back in town!

Busy, busy place! We were able to be seated right away, but it took a long time to place our order, receive our drinks & food, and such. Chips and salsa were fairly quick, but no water to drink with the spicy salsa came. It was extremely loud and hard to hear and understand the server. Once we had our food, it was really good.

Walk in available We got seat outside. Service was average speed. We got two cocktail and one fajita. Food was great. Felt like liquor was less in cocktail.

Atmosphere was excellent, food was spectacular, and service was immaculate. Mega margaritas were very good as well as the food. Would recommend the nachos to share, and if you like ceviche you should try the shrimp cocktail as they don't have ceviche. Highly recommend!

We ate outside here on a Monday night at sunset. The views were beautiful! Service was a little slow but they were nice and I think understaffed. You are close to other tables (outside at least). The food was so great that I forgot to take photos!

Food is good is delivered rather quick. Was seated and like 3-5 minutes after I ordered I already got my food. After I was done it took them like 10 minutes to find out that I was done and would like to pay. But again, it wasn’t even a minute before I got my credit card back. It’s a tourist area so it’s a little bit more expensive than it would be usually.
