I have experienced tours throughout America because my wife and I love to travel. This is our sixth time to Los Angeles, and we have not enjoyed this city more than when we went on this tour. John, our guide, told us the history and culture of this city in vivid details. He took us to points of interest which would take us days to visit. My favorite was the Griffith Observatory, where my wife and I could enjoy the vastness and beauty of this city of angels. My wife loved the Farmers Market, with the shops and restaurants. A Day in LA tours cared for us this trip...I think I am spoiled. Thanks to all for making out trip special!

The tour was excellent!! A close friend recommended A Day in L.A. and they were nothing short of spectacular. Our tour guide (John)was prompt and on time for starters! Tour bus was clean, air conditioned and even had USB chargers under the seats. John was informative about L.A. history including the surrounding areas. We hit all the top sites every visitor should experience. I would recommend this tour everyday of the week and twice on Sunday!!!

We had limited time to see LA and this was the perfect solution! Everything ran EXACTLY on time and our driver was AMAZING! She was super knowledgeable and made an effort to show us things that we weren't even expecting to see! I would absolutely 100 percent suggest that you book this day tour!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Great value! I think it was great value considering the pick up drop off in Santa Monica since the day before I got Ubers too and from Hollywood boulevard for a short bus tour which cost me more than half of this all day one. Our guide was so friendly too and I loved the spots we went to. I could never have navigated myself to so many places in that time with no stress.

We were visiting from Virginia and decided to take the tour provided by Full Day Iconic Sights of LA. Booking our tour was quick and easy and our tour guide Mr Roger was on time at the hotel waiting for us when we came down. He was the sweetest and nicest tour guide I have ever come across. He was very detail oriented and had a great sense of humor. He explained everything and showed us everything. He answered all our question without trying to make us look like idiots. We had plenty of time to walk around and shop around. At no time were we rushed. He showed us where the good shopping places were and the best places to grab a bite. And at the end of the tour dropped us back at the hotel safe and sound. Thank you Full Day Iconic Sights of LA for a very memorable day. I highly recommend this company and would give them 10 stars on there ratings.

This tour is definitely a great way to spend the day! Our bus was clean and Colin was great! He was welcoming, was on time and was a great driver. I would recommend visiting some of these places before you go on the tour since you don’t get as much time at every stop and then that way, this tour is a perfect way to go back and grab those last minute items!! It really is a full day but so worth it to sit back and relax and not worry about driving and being able to take in the beautiful views.. oh and not worrying about parking! Definitely worth it!! Be ready with your camera! My 11 year old enjoyed the tour more than I thought!

The tour was great! We went to the best tourist sites and had plenty of time to also see the beaches. We stopped for lunch as well at the farmers market and were able to take many photos. I would definitely recommend if you are ever in LA to take this tour. The tour bus is very comfy and nice. Our tour guide Alicia was amazing ! She was so informative and even translated Spanish as well for my dad that doesn’t speak much English. It was a very fun time I’ll always remember.

We took the all day LA tour. Our tour guide was knowledgeable, funny and kind. She interacted with everyone on the tour in a way that invited all of us to engage with each other. The tour itself was a taste of LA’s history, and it’s many attractions and attributes. From “muscle beach” to the Chinese Theater, Alisha made the tour memorable. As we were headed back to the hotel, the sun had set and an old song came on the radio. Everyone left on the tour bus broke into song. It was the best day ever😄.

This tour is a must do for LA. If you only have one day you will hit all the important stops. If you are in LA for several days take this tour first so you can decide where you want to spend the rest of your time. We loved Venice beach and hearing the history of how the city came to be. Raul was very knowledgeable and entertaining.

I did A Day in LA Tours on August 24th. I had a great time. The bus was clean and had chargers. It was great to see all of the cool sites. Enjoyed my lunch at the Farmers Market. I highly recommend as the cost is doable.

My husband and I booked this tour and enjoyed every second of it! Our driver, Joe Spence, was so knowledgeable as he drove us all around the city of LA. We enjoyed learning about Los Angeles, taking amazing pictures, enjoyed the stops and the perfect times he played to match entering and exciting different parts of the city. We had just enough time to explore and enjoy at each stop. I would recommend any new LA tourists to take this tour!!!

My family and I had a great day with John on the Day in LA Tours!!! We had a group of 6 which included folks ranging in age from 14 - 56 and we had a blast!!! Loved seeing the iconic spots and really enjoyed the insights John shared as we went along that added meaning to the experience. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you are short on time in the LA area, and want to catch the highlights of what the County has to offer.

My family and I took this tour right before Christmas, in the rain! We all thought it would be terrible, however, it was one of our FAVORITE days of our trip! The tour guide Joe was amazing and very knowledgeable. The places that we toured were great. The stops were freaking awesome, very picture worthy. Because of the rain there weren't too many people out except the celebrities, I believe that day we saw 5. I highly recommend this tour. 10 out of 10.

I have spent the most amazing day with LA tours. The bus was clean and air-conditioned with water bottles WiFi and phone chargers. Colin was informative funny and very kind. It is the best day you can spend in LA to know everything about this amazing city and fall in love with it ❤️

This tour was the more efficient way to see the most sights in Los Angeles with limited time. The tour was on time and the office was response to all of the questions I had. Our tour guide Steven was a local and gave a wonderful tour. His love for the region really showed. Stops included Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, Rodeo Drive, Farmers Market (lunch), Griffith Observatory and Hollywood. Would definitely recommend as an excellent option without having to fight the traffic in LA. The bus was air conditioned and they provided water which was a nice touch.

I got the unique chance to experience 3 drivers because my silly mind missed the time lol! But my oh my, all the drivers are WONDERFUL, buses comfortable, on time and Joe was very kind, funny and knowledgeable and Joseph told us a story about the Griffin Observatory so well that I might just listen to him all day 😁. I don’t remember the name of the 3rd driver he was also awesomely kind, he ran to find me Joseph’s bus. Bless his heart ❤️ I loved it, good job!

We had an excellent time with our tour guide KEY. She was knowledgeable, funny, and a great driver. The tour is very well organized. They give you time at every stop to explore the area. We got to see alot of Los Angeles in one day. They provided water which was appreciated, especially being 30 degrees Celsius. I highly recommend this tour.

This tour cost more than the others I looked at, but was worth every penny! Would you rather ride in an open top bus, or a nice air-conditioned one?!?! The tour took all day and we seen so many places, I loved not having to do the driving and worry about parking!

What an amazing day we had, our tour guide Jeff was awesome with so much knowledge about our different spots we got to visit. I was told this was the best tour company for LA and they were absolutely correct. Well done!!!!!

Great way to see LA in a day, literally. Joey was very kind, funny, Knowledgeable, gives great recommendations and ideas. I was late two times and he called and made sure I knew where to go and meet them and waited for me each time. He made sure we all got in the bus before leaving, plus at the end made sure we each had a ride home. Joey you’re awesome, thank you! See you next trip

Everything you want in a city tour and more. Friendly tour-guide who knew his stuff, punctual, and respectful to everyone (even the stragglers that take a bit too long to come back to the bus). We were picked up (and could have been dropped off if we wanted) from our hotel onto a comfortable coach with AC and seatbelts. We all know that LA is a huge place, so this niche tour covered the ones that mattered: Beverly Hills/Rodeo Drive, Santa Monica/Venice, The Grove/Farmers market for lunch, the Griffith observatory and Hollywood Boulevarde. Highly recommended!

Our group had a wonderful time and our host/driver made sure we were well accommodated, his patience with the entire group, several small groups to pack an entire bus, was awesome! He was very informative and amicable in presenting the iconic information about the history of Los Angeles. Bryant and Ludmilla Scott

The tour in general is such a wonderful experience. Our tour guide is prompt/always on time, cheerful, narrative on helpful information of the places we went. She is happy to answer all questions and fun to be with. We were kept safe. Janet is a superb guide. The service transportation is clean and very presentable. A very pleasant experience.

We are so glad we booked this private tour with A Day in LA Tours. We loved Ali, our guide and our tour! We got to see so much of the city and feel like there wasn't a wasted minute! Thanks so much!

Me and my daughter (11) had an amazing experience, it was first class treatment to all the greatest sites around LA.. I would recommend for everyone interested! Ps. It's better than fighting traffic ourselves and they drop and pick you up at prime locations!!!

I typically do the full day excursions when I travel. My excursion with LA tours was absolutely wonderful. Every stop was an interesting stop with enough time to explore. My tour guide was courteous and informative. The tour bus itself was comfortable with charging ports, which is always an added plus.

Excellent service, we did the 1-day tour to see the main places in LA and we found it very organized, on time and they were kind to us by allowing us to take the stroller that can be folded for our 24-month-old baby because there are stops at that you need to walk and the stroller was a help to take children, the guide was very calm without stress, he explained very professional way and knew the history of each place, however he was really strict with the times and that was good to comply the itinerary, in general we recommend it 100%.

  • 5/5 Cindy C. 11 months ago on Google
This was a fantastic tour. Covered all the important stops. The route was good and everything was well executed. Our driver Joe was really informative and knowledgeable without being annoying. I would definitely recommend this tour if you want to pack a lot in in one day.

We LOVED our tour guide, Joe! He was fun, professional and gave a wonderful tour. We saw so many amazing sights that I doubt we would've made it to on our own. I truly don't believe we could've picked a better way to spend a day sight seeing!

I think this is a great tour to take if it’s your first time to LA. They go to all the main attractions and the tour guide was thorough. The Griffith Observatory was my favorite stop and I wish we would have stayed longer. The day goes by really quickly. Depending on the time you go, it was chilly in the morning so pack a sweater but it definitely warms up during the day. Would definitely recommend the tour.

I loved it! It was my first tip in Los Angeles, and this was perfect for a solo traveler. I like that they made sure to pair me with someone who was solo too! I got so many pictures and learned so much. The weather was perfect and the bus was clean. I love that they picked us up from our hotels as well! I definitely agree with one of the reviews below. For most of the places we visited the time limit was perfect, but some places I probably could have gotten lost in if given the time. But this trip is great to see as much as you can in day and getting a feel for what you want to explore deeper on your own. I definitely would recommend this one. FYI: Because we all showed up on time for our pick up at each spot, we had extra time to see other things closer and got more interesting facts from our guide!

genuinely a must have if you want to get a look around LA. our tour guide was very sweet and gave us SO much information (was a little strict on masks if you care but the LA laws have mandated them inside just so you know) we stopped at some really interesting spots like Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, Hollywood Walk of Fame and many more. our tour guide also pointed out so many things while driving that i found super interesting. just overall loved the experience definitely recommend!!

This was by far the best part of our vacation. We have never had a tour like this. John our tour guide was amazing!! The trip was perfect it last about 8 hrs. I know it sounds like a lot but trust me it’s not. We got to see and do so much!! We stayed at the tourist attraction rooms just enough time. Had we did this trip ourselves we would’ve overstayed and not have gotten to see all we wanted to see. I highly recommend the tour for anyone visiting LA. We had a new shuttle, very clean, seats comfortable, and outlets to charge your phone. I have no negatives. It’s a 5 plus for me!!!

An amazing tour. A lot packed into the day with plenty of landmarks and fun facts. Super convenient pick up and drop off from the hotels in Anaheim. Our tour guide was entertaining!!! A fun bonus was seeing the Barbie movie being filmed on Venice beach!

This was one of the best tours I've experienced anywhere in the United States! Our guide Raúl, an aspiring actor, went well above and beyond his normal duties. And even though the weather didn't cooperate, Raúl ensured our experience was top notch. This tour is perfect for someone trying to experience a large city to get a sampling of which sights to return to and spend hours or even days exploring. Very highly recommend to anyone visiting Los Angeles! The price is totally worth it!!

Oh my gosh! What fun! Raoul is a wonderful tour guide who clearly loves LA. He enthusiastically & entertainingly described the sites, history, & stories that make LA a great place to live & visit. He patiently described where & when to return to the shuttle after we completed our short excursions. A really knowledgeable & engaging tour guide—a great way to start a vacation. Thanks, Raoul!

If you have only one day to see as much of Los Angeles as possible, pick this tour. It did not disappoint. Our tour guide Raul was the absolute best. So knowledgeable and entertaining. We covered so many sites including Venice Beach, Santa Monica Beach, the iconic Hollywood sign, Beverly Hills, Rodeo Dr and so much more. We were never rushed from one site to another. Spent time at each one. One of the best tours we’ve ever taken.

George was awesome. He took time to explain to us significant details about each location we visited. He gave us ample time to explore the area and take pictures. This bus tour did not disappoint. It was more than expected. Thanks George! Loved the tour.

Our guide Raul was very knowledgeable, he made you feel at ease from the start. The bus itself was very comfortable and we had plenty times for pictures and roaming around at each stop. My husband and I enjoyed this tour, our best so far. I would recommend this

My family LOVED our tour with Raul! We got to see so many cool places in one day that we would have never gotten to see on our own. Raul was phenomenal! He was very knowledgeable and so much fun! I would definitely recommend this tour to see tons in one day. Lots of fun!

The Best way to see LA in a day! I've been to LA many times but I was introducing it to a first-time guest so I researched guidebooks, listed all the must-see sights, and this tour was the only one I found that hit them all-- and it had excellent reviews. The tour was very well-planned and executed. The tour picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel, the minibus was comfortable, we had just the right amount of time at every stop, the LA-native guide/driver Raul was upbeat and informative, and the day was truly a Perfect day in LA. It's totally worth doing the tour to maximize efficiency and enjoyment, get the most out of the day, and avoid the stress of navigating LA and its traffic. I highly recommend it and would do this again!

  • 5/5 Amy V. 1 year ago on Google
A-MAZ-ING your! SO worth it and our guide was so friendly and knowledgeable! This is such a great way to see lots of things in one day! You can do as little or as much walking as you want to do very accessible for those that have trouble walking around but also allows plenty of time at stops to allow you to explore. I highly recommend this tour! You will not be disappointed!

We have a very pleasant day with John. He was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information. Very clear instructions about our meeting time, eateries, restrooms. We were traveling with our two sons 14 and 15. We would like to commend John for a job well done. PS. We were picked up from our hotel on time, and dropped off.

I recently took the “A Day in LA Full Day Tour,” and it exceeded all expectations! The tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable, showcasing the best of LA’s landmarks. The itinerary was well-planned, allowing us to explore iconic attractions while learning about the city’s rich history. The comfortable transportation made the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to make the most of their day in Los Angeles!
