Don't go to this location i ordered some food through the drive thru & they didn't put the sour cream on the side like I asked not to mention the fact that the girl who took my order cut me off without letting me finish. I understand you guys have a rush but good customer service is key even if you have to take your time.

Chicken was so tasty, but the taste was hand soap from the restroom. So bad I had to leave half of my meal on the plate to be in the trash . NOT GOOD, PEOPLE!!!! WHATS WRONG WITH YOU???👎

Great place to get a quick meal. El Pollo Loco chicken seasoning is delicious. They are a consistent restaurant with quality and great service. There is something on the menu for all ages to enjoy.

We have been here many times and it is always good. First, going thru drive drive up is not a hassle because the person taking the order gets it right! Don't have to keep repeating the order!! The food is consistently good and fresh.

I used to LOVE El Pollo Loco, but not so much anymore.

My first visit to El Pollo Loco did not disappoint. I had the shredded beef avocado quesadilla, and it was great. The service was wonderful, food was great. And a large horchata to wash it down! 10/10

This store was very good, and everything was hot and fresh tasting.

Took 20 minutes for a 4 piece meal, I assumed because it was still cooking when I got there. It was cold, very dry and hard to chew. There were 8 cars behind me in line and they were hopping mad! Won't be back. Ever.

I usually order original pollo bowl but now i order the 3 piece meal because the original pollo bowl isnt a pollo bowl its more rice and beans bowl . Not much chicken on it like before picture below isnt even half way . And i dont even see anychicken it was more like a tablespoon of chicken

Decent service and food. I feel like when you order a burrito here the size changes every time. One of our chicken avocado burrito was almost the size of my kids BRC.

It was good fresh grilled chicken, the Familia combo came with two sides to choose from, salsa, and tortillas. I didn't like that I got it to go and they didn't put any plates, napkins or forks on the bag.

Staff was friendly courteous and professional ask for extra condiments they were given to me with no fuss food was prepared and a timely matter everything was fresh, would recommend this restaurant to family and friends.

I purchased two large coleslaws the other day and they were only about 70% full why am I not getting a large I paid for two large ones and I'm getting a medium.

Okay, really was craving a double chicken bowl but then I really wondered if there was really double chicken 🤔🤔🤨 & much to my surprise it really NOT I gathered all the chicken they put & it really doesn't have that much chicken in there bummer 😕 I took pictures & Wow such a disappointment 😞. See pictures. I don't agree with the amount but it's what it is....tortillas are bigger than the amount of chicken they serve in this bowl.....booooo...
