The service was great even though our waitress was clearly handling a lot of tables. Came in on Father’s Day after a day a the zoo. Was with my 2 year old daughter who wanted to have mac and cheese. Drinks were always filled. Food was timed perfectly and box was ready to go when we were done. We will definitely be back in the future!

Holy smokes I knew there was a reason I avoided generic chain restaurants and while on vacation I had to get reacquainted with why. Sunday night, an empty restaurant, literally one table seated, and a couple people at the bar. I walk in, and proceed to get ignored for a full 5 minutes. Bartender decided that I guess listening to the old guys story was her priority. Okay, fine no big deal, as I'm waiting a server comes out to help another customer with their to-go order. I politely wait for them to finish their platitudes and such but before I can say anything, she's grabbed her purse, clocked out for the night. Well, all right I guess I am back to being ignored by the bartender, maybe if I stand here long enough she will notice me? Thankfully a third employee was kind and saved me from my goofy awkwardness and provided help. Which helped me a great deal because I wasn't entirely sure how to address my presence by that point. It was late and there was not a greeter or host. The food itself was fine no problems there but the awkwardness of being ignored was just a lot and really wait on my mind. I don't want to ever be rude with service people because I know their jobs aren't the easiest but it was to a point where I had to confront being ignored, So again thankfully the third lady was nice and bailed me out. Edit: had to drop this review from two stars to one because they didn't even get the full order right.

Visited the Ruby Tuesday on hwy 98 and was immediately intrigued by their brand new (released on May 1) TexMex Fajitas. To begin with, I asked my steak fajitas to have been cooked “medium” at most. They came well to well done. But I ate them because that’s what the reviews are all about. It was a one star lunch but I gave the experience here two stars because of good service. The seasoned black beans and cilantro lime rice was actually very good. Better than I expected them to be. But it is NOT TexMex. It had no real TEXMEX flavoring or spice to it….I’m not sure what spice was actually on my steak but it wasn’t TexMex. Just over cooked steak with a sautéed ball of soggy veggies to accompany it. I will try this again at another RT and see if it was just the cook or the “newness” of the dish. But it was not good. I will say our waitress/server Julie B was great, as always. We’ve gotten her several times. So the service is good here. But the food was slow to come out and was not what I felt like should have been served. We will go back. It’s a good RT but just missed on this dish. Sorry guys. Some days it’s a miss.

Last week I went to the Gulf Breeze location with my son, daughter in law and grandson. We waited over 45 minutes to get burgers, a chicken sandwich and a child's pasta dish. Trying to get a raspberry iced tea was another long wait. The pasta and sauce had a skin on it, probably due to it sitting on the heating table while we waited for the rest of our food. When I spoke to the female manager she was no help and didn't seem to care. This was the first time I walked out of a place and left no tip, we all said that we would never go back again. Well I made a big mistake and went back today by myself so I could use my birthday coupon. Arrived at 430pm, got seated and was the only person in the entire restaurant, ordered my iced tea, didn't want to wait for a raspberry tea again. Ordered my burger when the waiter brought my tea at 435pm and finally got it at 507pm. Then I had to wait 10 minutes to get the check after I finished eating. I could go to Culver's or What a burger and had a better meal in half the time. Was the birthday burger worth it, Absolutely not , my experience and my time is worth much more. Now I can honestly say that I will not be going back to Ruby Tuesday's. I will also unsubscribe from the Ruby Tuesday's promo site. This location has gone totally downhill, while the prices have gone up. Please if you want to eat in a reasonable time, your best bet will be somewhere else. Thanks for reading

Nice lunch using a BOGO COUPON via email, when you sign up the rewards program. Lunch was yummy. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with sweet potatoe fries! Our waiter's name was John, and he was great!

Clean dining room. Bathroom clean. Staff friendly. Hot and great tasting food.

We ate here on Christmas Eve and had a fantastic experience! Employees were all welcoming and friendly. Our food far exceeded my expectations. I had the Philly Cheesesteak and it was delicious. Everything on the salad bar was fresh and kept full. They also offered coupon deals so this meal was both tasty and inexpensive.

Took myself out to dinner and everything was excellent ❤️ The Queso is quite possibly the best around. The honey bourbon ribs so so melt in your mouth good!! Thanks so much ❤️

This place is great!... The food was absolutely delicious, and our server was an angel!.. the staff was super friendly and they treat you well!... The extensive menu is great and fairly priced. I totally recommend this place if you're in Gulf Breeze!

The host tonight was Nick. I asked if we could have a private booth. Most times, staff like to bunch everyone up together. I understand why. It wasn't busy, so Nick didn't seat anyone next to us. I appreciated that so much!

Really enjoyed the flavor of the bourbon glazed salmon! The zucchini and the rice pilaf that came with it were also delicious! Excellent flavor in the strawberry lemonade that I had! Our waitress was the absolute best! Super knowledgeable and attentive! She really made u feel like you were her special guest! Beyond my expectations for a chain restaurant!

Been here a couple of times and enjoyed our experience. We always get seated right away, and they're kid friendly, offering either booster seats or high chairs. The food is great with decent portion sizes and comes out within 20 minutes of ordering. This is a good place to come eat, especially after getting shopping done!

Placed an order online and was given an estimated wait time of 15 minutes. I’ve been to this Ruby Tuesday at least a dozen times and have never had my food come out that quickly, so I intentionally showed up 15 minutes late. Was advised by the hostess that my order wasn’t ready and I confirmed with her it would take a few more minutes. I left to get gas and in the time it took for me to return, they gave my order to a door dash driver. Requested a refund and the hostess made me write my name, phone number, and email down and advised me it would take up to a week to receive my refund. Overall disappointed at the level of incompetence.

Went to eat around 8:00 on Wednesday, place was not busy took them 45 min to get our food they were outta fish n chips so reordered a hamburger when it finally got there was raw. Will never eat there again worst place I've been to.

I opened this one when I was 18, nice to see it's still going strong! Their new specials are crazy, I got a yummy huge chicken sandwich for cheaper then McDonald's after after tip! Great service too

We found this restaurant on the way back home. Staff are very friendly and informative. Food is also great. Our Konig Aluminum team loved having lunch here

Went for the salad bar. I like that when I’m craving a big salad I can drop into Ruby Tuesday. It’s not perfect but has all the varieties. I also got the daily special of a spicy crispy chicken sandwich. The spicy factor is the red hot sauce over the chicken patty and it was just ok. Reminded me of cafeteria food. The jalapeño queso burger had no seasoning in the patty so ended up not eating it. I recommend the salad bar but the food is a hit of a miss as it is a chain restaurant. They do have good daily specials if you end up catching one of them. Our waitress Melissa was so nice though! She was great and attentive.

Place looked like a ghost town. Which is very unfortunate because the staff is top notch. I was waiting on an internet order and was greeted and asked if I had been helped by at least 6 employees. The food came up on time and came out great.

Ordered four simple meals and scheduled the pickup so they had plenty of time to make it. Still had to wait a while after getting there 15 minutes after my scheduled time for pickup. No worries. I’m patient. Finally got the food and was severely disappointed. Spent almost $100 bucks and the food looked like it had been sitting all day. The to-go plates look like someone had smeared food substance all over them. Another customer waiting said it’s always a problem at this location. I don’t mind waiting long for food but it at least needs to be worth the wait.

Food was inedible, so salty. I got steak taco/quesadilla. Steak tasted rotten and it was microwaved. The rest of my taco was some kind of cheese sauce overload. My son got mac and cheese topped with chicken. It was a bowl of the same cheese sauce with a few spiral noodles. The dogs wouldn't even eat what we brought home to them. We were the only people in the restaurant and it took 45 mins to get our food. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

We had dinner here tonight, local residents. The food was “good” but I especially appreciated Tracy, she checked on us a few times, even though she wasn’t our waitress. You could tell she had a team approach.

Best salad bar in town....always fresh products with gloves provided for extra germ free selection.... Food portions are very good and , along with the salad bar you could certainly share the entree for the lighter appetite. Very friendly staff to answer all questions about menu..

We had the Philly steak special. It was delicious. The waitress was sweet. She checked on us just the right amount of times to make sure we were okay.

Late dinner(approx 8pm)for 3. Service was good. Food was good. Cleanliness was good. Salad bar was neat and well stocked. Price was good. They did give a military discount. I would rate overall experience as average, nothing was bad, but nothing was great. Value was good.
