    What a sorry excuse for a 3 piece chicken basket. These things are tiny, burnt, hard as a rock. We have had many bad experiences at this sonic. The customer service is awful. They don’t offer napkins, drink carriers, sauces. Drinks are always good but don’t waste your time with any food, even something as simple as tenders.

    The ice cream machine is broke more than McDonald's. Fries are almost always terrible. Order no pickles and you'll get extra pickles (had 7). My kids ask to go and I have given in, but tonight was the last straw. Oh and featured items on the app and website for that specific store when ordered will be met with "we don't carry that" or "we stopped carrying that". Sad because I was happy to be living close to a Sonic again.

    The young lady helping us was authentic, and sweet. It wasn't her fault the computer was giving her a hard time. Unfortunately none of our food was made correctly, just a few ingredients forgotten.. That was manageable.. But the really sad part was the hair in one of the burgers.. That was just a no from us..

    Went to sonic at 1230AM on a friday night. Seemed understaffed for as many customers that were there, but nonetheless the staff was extremely friendly, patient, and speedy. As someone who has worked in the fast food industry all my life, I know how difficult that can be to manage and yet the crew did an incredible job. Give them all a raise

    These guys/gals need HELP! Like whoaaaa!!!! I live nearby and my main treat is a Reese Blast....I get it pretty often!!! BUT not lately!!! "The ice cream machine is down" or "Our system is down" or there is one worker, not exactly excited to be there , with a line of cars so long that you'd think it's the best place in town!!!!! I hope they get things smoothed out!!!!! Come on SONIC! Hang in there🍨🍦🧋

    Cheddar peppers tasted like cleaning products, threw those away. Breakfast burrito had no cheese what so ever.. Can't be that hard

    I ordered chicken tenders for lunch and had them delivered. When I received them they were nothing like the picture. They were flat as a pancake, dried out and hard to chew through like beef jerky. It appeared to have no real chicken in them but all batter and probably left in the deep fryer way too long. Needless to say they went straight into the trash. Worse experience I ever had!

    I got there for a breakfast burrito a couple minutes after opening. Tortilla was hard with old hard onions and no meat. They turned the lights on after 6:04am. Sounds like someone was late and instead of doing what’s right sent out leftovers. The breakfast is better at 11:00pm. This sucks because I have a little bit of pride this establishment doesn’t. Does anyone have a good breakfast burrito spot?

    I recently tried the Frozen Strawberry Lemonade at Sonic on Highway 98, and let me tell you, it was absolutely delightful! The combination of sweet strawberries and tangy lemonade was a match made in frozen beverage heaven. The drink was refreshing and had the perfect balance of flavors. If you're looking for a cool and fruity treat on a hot day, I highly recommend giving the Frozen Strawberry Lemonade at Sonic a try. It's everything you could ask for!

    The cheesesticks were overcooked and tasted like rubber!! I also had an extra charge on my card for $10.10?!? I called my bank, because I didn't authorize ANY other charge for my order. I assume they charged me for a tip that I'm not going to pay! I'm not tipping anyone, if I'm at the actual store.

    Always have an issue with their slushing machine that is when I go yesterday. I sat there for 15 minutes before the attendant ever got back to me. Then I was told the slushy machine was out at the drive flew. When you told me to wait a minute he should have told me if I was ordering a slushy that the machine was out. He did not very disappointed every time I go to this sonic In gulfbreeze.

    Thank you Kevin and the tall young man working on Sunday May 28th early evening. Since Kevin has taken over, we’ve noticed that our Sonic has been better then ever with quality of food and attitude. The young man that was there was super awesome taking our order. Great job Sonic. Keep up the good work.

    You would think since they redid the outside of the building they would hire new people.. terrible service waiting 5 minutes at the window before anyone ever greater me,and when they did great me they said..have you paid!!??? Should of just said no,and got my pretzels for free for my wait..smh get it together..

    We have enjoyed both the great service and delicious hot fresh meals we have ordered from this location. Our order was taken promptly and accurately by Lexi and our carhop Braden brought it right out to us and he checked back to see if we needed anything and offered to take our trash away for us. The manager Kevin came out to welcome us and we enjoyed chatting with him as well. This location was clean and spotless. We have no complaints and we will definitely be back very soon! *Mr. And Mrs. Byrd *

    50 cent corn dogs, you can't beat that! Hot and always yummy! The service was fast and friendly! Only complaint is the 99 cent chili pie. It was so good, but a complete tease. The quantity made me sad. If i knew that it was that small i would have ordered a larger size. I have included pictures. Was seriously disappointed.

    MUCH better than the one in Milton, but Sonics food in general has gone downhill in the last few years. No matter where you go, the tots are always undercooked, lots of them don't service the slush machines right and you can taste it, (thankfully not this one.)

    Very long wait in the drive thru. But, realize it is very understaffed and the young girl that took our order was the only person we saw. Maybe she was also trying to prepare the drive thru orders. But, she certainly needed help.

    Post COVID things have been hard here. Food quality is hit or miss. Time to take an order can be lengthy. They seem to be understaffed and it can show at times. That said, the staff is friendly, and when they get the order right, it is delicious.

    I set at the stall waiting to order for 25 minutes with no one even acknowledging me. So I called the location and asked if my stall was working and some kid answered that it was but it populates stall drive thru stall and so on. I explained that I had been waiting with the order button pushed for at least 15 minutes and he stated we are very busy and you just need to wait for your turn! Then hung up on me. I called right back and the same kid answered so I asked for a manager and he stated I am the manager. At this point I left due to the customer service!

    This place has been going downhill for YEARS. It's sad because it used to be one of the best in the company. Whoever owns it now hasn't put a penny in the place since they bought it. I have NEVER seen anything like this place in my life. EVERYTHING is broken and they're understaffed like most places. Unfortunately, this place should be shut down because it absolutely cannot deliver the standard Sonic quality. Go here at your own risk. You will not be happy. There's only one side of the Sonic sign. Almost all of the ordering stalls are out of order. So, pretty much every single customer has to go through the drive thru. If you use the app to order, it requires you to use the stall to pick it up. But, when you get there, you have to play the awful game of Find a Working stall. There might be 5 that function. So, you'll have to either find one that works or get in the drive thru line with every other customer. After all of that, your food and drinks won't be good and will probably have an error or two. It's really unfortunate what the owners have done to this place.

    The last 3 times I've gone the ice cream machine was broken and waited there for 30 minutes only to be told its broken. Then it comes out and the carriers smell like cigarettes because the worker is standing there smoking waiting by the door to deliver food. Lol then you respond with sorry to keep you waiting. This place needs shut down and put under new management. It's a poor excuse of a restaurant and you wont catch me ever going back. You clearly need new equipment, new employees, and above all new management.

    Been here twice since moving here, won’t come back. First time got a toaster sandwich and they used the “but ends” of the loaf to make the sandwich… pretty gross. 2nd time got popcorn chicken and the chicken was burnt crisp and very old. Took it back and showed a different employee who didn’t serve us the first time and she made me aware that the other employee knew it was old but there were out. She also let me know she was new here as well and told me she wouldn’t personally eat here either because how they handle food.

    Went there at about 4 pm and was told by staff they wouldn’t take our order with no explanation and was completely ignored after.I understand if there’s a problem however as soon as we pressed the button a staff member immediately answered and said they wouldn’t take our order and disappeared. I’m very confused by this and I found it a little rude. Especially because my family and I saw other customers being helped. We love sonic but will not be returning to this location
