We truly enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Milton Inn! The location was great! It was right between my niece's graduation and her home. The rooms were very clean and comfortable! The staff was helpful and friendly! Breakfast was great! We would highly recommend this Inn to anyone!

CLEAN - this was my most important criteria and they provided a clean stay. The room is a bit dated, but it was CLEAN. Compared to other local options this was clearly the best choice. My only feedback is that they don't require keycard to access with exterior doors - they are open so in theory anyone could walk into the hall. If this was fixed, I will give them 5 stars.

The rooms were clean , and nicely put together. The staff was very and I mean very helpful. The breakfast bar was amazing and my kids said they ate just about everything they had. Never had an issue with anyone. Only thing is being in close quarters the rooms opening and closing multiple times was very loud and especially at night. Also pet friendly they were very willing to work with me and my dogs being there.

My mom and I stayed for an extended weekend while visiting family. This location was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was included and was hot, stocked and ready. The front desk staff was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They also gave great suggestions for places to eat in the area. We will stay here again during our next trip to visit family.

I had a great stay checked in Friday left on Sunday morning. They had a Buffet breakfast continental every morning The staff was really nice. The rooms were very clean and smell great I recommend anyone that staying around the Milton Florida area. Best Western definitely 👍 they don’t owe me nothing had an awesome time.thank you again!!!!!

Our mini fridge didn’t work properly, but we didn’t realize until after we got back from the beach a couple hours later. Thankfully it didn’t ruin our food. And once we called, they got us another from a different room as quickly as they were able to.

Stayed one night. All the amenities worked, lamps, hairdryer, and appliances. The room was very clean, no trash on the floor, and the bath was clean with fresh linens and nice hot water. The two desk clerks were very sweet and helpful. Great stay!

The staff member at check in was very nice and helpful with recommendations for beaches in the area. Our only issue is that some plugs in the room didn’t work and we couldn’t charge our phones. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

I've stayed here three times so far. They stuck me in a pet room the second time. I mean. I'm ok with animals, but it smelled not so nice. The other two times were exceptional though. The staff is amazing and very welcoming.

Quiet, clean rooms. Parking lot could benefit from a little more nighttime security lighting. Location is a little far out from Milton and Pensacola, but a good place to stay if you are going canoeing. This Best Western is also very close to i-10 access, a gas station, and a Waffle House.

This hotel is a great place to stay! You’re miles from food and 25 miles to the beach! You don’t have to get into the town traffic of Milton, I would recommend Julie and Judy! They have been the best staff I’ve had! If there were 10 stars I would click it!

Stayed here for 6 days after a traumatic event in my life. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was professional and friendly. Turn down service on demand daily. The breakfast was really great. I would stay here again for that alone. I just wish they had bacon. The pancakes and apple juice were amazing. I may sneak in to grab some one day (just kidding... maybe 😂). Will stay here again in the future. Rooms are a little pricey. But they offer military discount.

This stay was very nice. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was clean and felt safe. The room was very comfortable though felt very humid with the AC running but it wasn't uncomfortable - just humid. The quality of this stay was better than some other "FOUR STAR" hotels I've stayed at in past travels. This was an excellent value and I would definitely stay again. Pet friendly, quiet, nice breakfast, nice room layout and furnishing.

Very clean hotel, appears to be quite new. The hotel is very easily accessible from I-10. The hotel is in a quiet area and even though it's right off the interstate, you're unable to hear any traffic noises. They have nice size rooms with comfortable beds. Our dog was allowed to stay in our room for a small surcharge. Woke up relaxed and rested, ready to continue our road trip.

Room had strong deodorizer smell. Front desk staff were good. Heard dog barking into the night and had police knock on door down the hall to question someone at 4 am. It is more of a 2.5 star hotel in my opinion.

Front desk at check in and check out were friendly and efficient. Hotel was clean and smelled good. Room was clean. Having worked for Best Western in the past, the BW Milton met or exceeded company standards. We will stay here again.

Staying for work close by. My room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. AC in room worked great. Easy access to Pensacola, Navarre and Ft. Walton areas. QUIET! Breakfast was great!

We asked only clean towels and fresh coffee daily. It was delivered to our room daily. Rooms quiet and clean. Breakfast was a plus, biscuits and gravy my favorite.

The staff was great!! Breakfast warm and wonderful. They even made decaf coffee for me when I asked about it!!!! Soft and supportive beds, and room well appointed and clean. Highly recommend!!

I would totally stay here again. Quaint and cozy. Was very clean. Another commentor mentioned the hallways smell. That was true, but they smell like a vacuum cleaner or some odd cleaning agent.. its not a bad smell, and I think I've started to like it Really friendly staff.

Great little spot for us and our fur babies. Lowest pet fees we could fine. Just passing through on a long road trip. Room was super clean, service very friendly the only complaint was we could hear the room next door. Overall excellent value. We would come back.

I was impressed. Our family stayed for 5 days. The hotel was clean, well stocked, staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast offered cold/hot cereal, fruit, potatoes, scrambled eggs and sausage. The beverages offered for breakfast included: Coffee, milk and juice. I would suggest arriving at the start of breakfast (offered until 9 a.m.) because by 8 a.m. the availability of items are very limited. This hotel is located directly off of Interstate 10. Directly across from two convenience stores and about 10 minutes from the beach or another town. The rates are very reasonable.

My daughter and I stayed at Best Western for the first time ever. The staff were friendly, the rooms super clean, it was quiet, and breakfast was great!! There were alot of breakfast choices. We will be staying at Best Westerns from now on.

The rooms here were very spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable. I can't say enough about the staff. Fully knowledgeable and friendly.

Mr. Thomas was extremely helpful. Came in on a Saturday, for a wedding. Allowed us to check in early so we could be ready for the wedding at 4 PM. He was courteous, helpful, and kind. Breakfast was great… Even had an automatic pancake maker. Definitely recommend it and will stay here again.

From the moment I checked in with Julie at the front desk. She was awesome, very nice with a warm welcome she answered all of my questions. I also spoke with Kenny and Jordan. Who also was Amazon staff. Very kind and helped me with checking out. My stay was great the room was very clean. The beds were great. Overall, I give this place 5 stars all around. This stay was comfortable. The beds and pillows were good The room and facility was clean. We did not eat the breakfast but it was provided.The workers at the front desk were helpful and friendly.

Super friendly staff, room was damp and hallway smelled strongly like weed. Spacious king suite. We stayed in room 131. Good breakfast. Pancake maker was out of order. Coffee was great! Price point was higher than I expected but we stayed during spring break time.

Staff was great - very personable, attentive and responsive. That's why I gave it four stars. Rooms are dated for work purposes - no USB ports or power bar by desk. Breakfast was this hotel's lowest point: sausages were awful and it's same menu every day. Coffee was great - strong and hot. Biscuits were great. Perfect location for travel: east-west or south to beaches. Good restaurants close by, in Milton.

Very clean rooms. The hostess was very nice and helpful. Breakfast the next morning was pretty decent for a hotel. The food tasted pretty good. We loved the bed and pillows. Although we just live up the road, I will recommend this Best Western to my family or friends coming into the area.
