We got there in the middle of a storm but they still took us to our site and made sure we were good. They had a nice little dog run that was lit with motion sensors! They had a great pool and a really nice kids pool. Deluxe sites had concrete and a nice picnic area. They have a nice little store. Wash rooms and showers are nice. The only knock I could give them is they are close to the highway and if you along the fence it is a little loud. Great camp for the kids with putt putt golf and a really nice game room!! I try and be stingy with a five stars so when I give one it's a really really nice place this camp is a solid 4.5 we would stay there again if we are back by there!! Thanks for a great stay.

This KOA was clean and the staff was very friendly, however there a few reasons we won't stay here again. We specifically came to FL so our kids could swim and the pool was closed due to maintenance, which would have been nice to know ahead of time. It is right next to the freeway so if you're at least 3 rows in, you can still hear all the cars and construction (if that's happening during your stay) and the lights from the freeway are pretty bright. It's also not super convenient to get to places because of the median on the main road.

It was a nice and clean park. The RV slots were well spaced, it was easy to navigate. The cabins are well maintained. The tent camping was nice and quiet and located along the woods. They have fun activities and a great playground for kids. Don't miss out on the hidden walking trail they have along the back of the property. Overall I'd go back again.

Very nice campground convenient to I-10. Big campsites with plenty of room for a motorhome towing a car or a truck towing a big fifth wheel.

We stayed in cabin 1 for two nights. It was clean, quiet, and well-kept. The restrooms were immaculate and everyone seemed friendly. I will definitely consider this site in the future. My only "complaint" is that the microwave and coffee pot listed as amenities are not actually in the cabin or available during most of the day. These were only available from 8 to 11 am in a common area. No way to heat up the dinner I had prepared ahead of time to save us some cash meals. Overall, it wasn't a huge deal and we enjoyed the stay anyway.

Depending what your idea of camping should be this place will either be a big disappointment or acceptable as you can see by other reviews. However, as stated the road noise from the interstate is overwhelming. If you are driving a rig that you take a great deal of pride in be aware that when it rains your rig will covered with dirt. The gravel sites are surrounded by dirt. the sites are spacious. Be aware that access to this facility is easy coming off the interstate from the east or west. However, departing the campground is another issue. You cannot make a left turn on exiting. So, to get back onto the interstate you must make a u-turn in the Exxon station across the road. This is a remote location. shopping and restaurants are 10 miles away. The staff is very friendly.

We spent a family vacation here over 8 days. I love the location it was close to many beaches. We went to a different beach every day. The staff was so friendly and the kids just really loved it. Some of our group had not been to a KOA before and said they really enjoyed it. We liked it so much we're coming back down this weekend.

Love the long driveway into the property. The park was peaceful with light highway noise. The rv parking spots were large. It was nice to have the concrete patio. My girls enjoyed the playground and pool. The pool is super kid friendly and only 4 ft deep. The hosts were really friendly. They guided me to the parking spot and helped me set up! Fantastic experience! The piggly wiggly down the road has the best hot buffet with fried catfish!!

Hosts were very welcoming and had amazing hospitality! Locked bathrooms with hot showers. Cabins are super cozy and a convenient camping option.

We spent two nights at this KOA right off of I10. We did not really notice the road noise but we did run our heat at night! The campground is clean, well taken care of and full of friendly staff! The sites are big and well maintained. We are 75 feet long all together and had no issue in this park. The laundry room was clean and updated. We did not use the bath houses. This was a great spot for us to stop and we would highly recommend this KOA!

Spoke to Mary today about a long term rental. I got the feeling she just didn’t want us to stay there for whatever reason. We spend thousands and thousands of dollars with KOA every year. We’re even a KOA member. She did everything she could to make us not want to stay. When I ask about their pool she says yes we just have that little tiny one. Clearly as we left we saw a very big pool that was in operation. The other gal in the office seemed more customer service oriented and actually made us feel like we were home at a KOA. I think the attitude came because we were a foster family with many kids. This might not be the placeTo bring a family! We will stay at the much nicer park more inexpensive park just down the road. Be advised.

We only stayed one night on the way home but it was great. Everyone so friendly, the place was so clean, beautiful pool, great bathrooms and showers. Love the pull thrus. So much room for each camper. We will not hesitate to stay again. Thank you KOA.

Great service, and great people. We enjoyed our 2 day stay here with the clean bathrooms, and laundromat. Fun mini golf and game room.

We paid extra for an executive site. I was told these sites are in the back and you don't hear the road noise so bad. Still could hear it. Our table was metal and rusty. No propane in the grill. Red ants all around.

Edit: We didn't ask to be upgraded to a "8" person cabin (it's wasn't big enough for 3 people) We needed the ADA cabin but they forgot they had a "VIP" person in that cabin for one night and moved us into a normal for our stay. It was hard to get up and down the stairs being mobility disabled. And if you have such high standards for cleanliness, then why were the towels and sheets not clean, so much dust on the ceiling beams and we were killing bugs every day. Right off the highway convenience but that's about it. Most of the staff looked unfriendly and looked at me like I had the plagued. There were a few nice staff members in between but not enough to make me feel welcomed. Stayed in a cabin that was already dusty and dirty. Had someone's long hair all over the sheets and towels. Dust webs all over the ceiling beams. Didn't say anything. But they charged a $50 cleaning fee for dirty dishes, towels on the floor, a bag of garabge and I accidentally left some personal items behind. What a joke! I've never been charged staying anywhere that offer a kitchenette. Let alone they charged like a normal hotel / motel rate. Lesson learned. We will not be returning.

My family and I spent 4 nights between two of the cabins there at KOA. The first night we were there Karaoke with Derrick was an absolute blast for both kids and adults. Dennis for maintenance was so helpful at showing me how to work the tv and bringing us a charcoal grill to use for our meals. No charge for that. Chrystal also friendly and helpful. The staff on site went above and beyond our expectations to help us in anyway we needed. Pool was clean and comfortable a lot of fun for all the kids, plus the game room & golf course a big hit with the kids. We will be back. Thanks for everything KOA!

Great staff. Will saved us from a night of solid rain storms and we were upgraded to a rustic cabin . The Staff goes out of their way for you and the whole campground feels patriotic and charming. Great gem of a KOA … I only wish they were a few miles further south of the interstate and closer to the beaches in Navarre .

We stayed one night at a cabin here. First I have to say WOW! This was such a wonderful experience. The staff in the office were helpful and just as pleasant as could be. Our cabin was awesome! Super clean and so comfortable. It had everything we needed. Can’t say enough good things. My husband and I travel a LOT and this was one of those places that we will remember for a long time. Thank y’all so much

Very convenient off of I-10 but that being said, the road noise is hideous. Sounds like 747's taking off and landing! Thought we would be able to enjoy their big heated pool but found out it was not heated (as advertised) and too cold for swimming. Campsite pad is gravel and very small concrete patio. We were in full sun. Nothing here to justify the overnight rate of $84.00.

Overall, it's a decent KOA. Friendly staff. It could use some updating, especially with the recreational activities like mini golf, etc. It felt a little more like a KOA Journey instead of a KOA Holiday. Kind of annoying that they did really loud karaoke until quiet hours. I would recommend that they congregate all the long-term permanent Campers to a less visible area of the campground. They give a more run-down feel to the campground. There were maybe 15-20 of what looked like people who used the sites as residential/permanent spots and looked pretty rough. The "executive patio" spots aren't all equal. We got a spot that has rusty patio furniture with a broken umbrella. There were other spots that appeared newer/nicer that were available in the same classification.

We stayed for the month of December so we could visit family. From Check in to departure felt like we were part of a big family. Staff was exceptional and very friendly.

This is one of the best KOA's on the road! Long, spacious sites, very friendly and CARING staff, very well maintained grounds. Superb! We will remember this Campground when we are traveling on I-10 and need a site for the night, or if we stay lo get as its very close to beaches and other Florida panhandle places to see.

Friendly staff and a gorgeous facility with so many amenities. Our favorite was the nature trail and fenced dog park. Super low key camp. It was our first KOA/RV Camping experience and we couldn’t have chosen a better first stop. Would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

This place prefers RVs and and bans pets. No tent camping and no pets are allowed they even refuse to make a dog walk if pets are on a leash and owners pick up after them and deposit in a refuge container. If you have pets and don't own a rv avoid this place.

Had to call the office due to the website glitches, we were unable to make a reservation online. The office rep quoted higher rate for the exact cabin/dates. Sent the screen shots of the rate stated online. She confirmed the discrepancy with the manager/team and tried to argue that the published rate on their official KOA website was simply an "up to and averaged per night (it wasn't)" and "you don't need a big cabin because your kid is small blah blah blah." In fact, we just wanted them to tell us if they could honor the stated rate or not. At least own up to the mistake if they could not honor it. Unfortunately, they demonstrated that the staff/manager from the business were rather focusing their efforts and time on arguing with potential customers. We will enjoy our holidays/vacation elsewhere!

Came up to the area to get away from the hurricane ravaged town I live in. Stayed a night but wanted to extend because the park is so peaceful and site was so good. The guys in the office made some arrangements so we could keep our spot two more nights. Everyone was super helpful and professional. Love this place and the people!

This place deserves 10 stars. We was only suppose to stay 1 night but due to a Reservation issue at our other resort on the beach we ended up staying 2 nights and we are so glad we did. We enjoyed it. The staff was amazing the cabins were cozy and clean. Also they treated us like we was family and did everything to make our stay great. We arrived after hours and the worker was still happy to bring us a bundle of firewood and even stacked it for us. An employee there named Will was awesome to our kids and made our stay a little easier considering the issue with our resort reservation at our other location. Tha k you so much Milton KOA we will be back!
