Worst place on this earth for sure. Can’t even put a simple order together correctly. Staff is just a bunch of kids managed by a Mandy methhead. Terrible establishment. Photo is of a 4 pc nugget. Of course you are risking my child’s health not knowing history of what’s in the box. Imma take this all the way up the chain.

Every time we come to this location we get poor service. The food is usually cold. My wife is allergic to onions and even though we tell them, 9 times out of 10 the still put onions. The chicken at the window was on her phone and didn't notice that we hadn't drove off yet because they forgot the sauce for our chicken nuggets. And I guess today the ketchup and mustard was extra. Plus the burger is falling apart. Definitely not going back to this location.

Ordered a 20 piece nugget and got half refried and they mixed them together like we wouldn't notice. The darker ones were so hard you coulda knocked someone out with them if you threw them. About broke a tooth trying to bite into 1.

Went to the drive-through and ordered the big Mac bundle that was advertised on their digital screen to be told that they don’t have that bundle I’ve been here previous times they can’t make a smoothie or ice cream ever.

About three weeks ago my wife and kids went here for happy meals. Luckily they ate inside. It is a kiosk so they where able to order their own food. To bad they didn't bag it though cause they had no cheeseburgers in the boxes. Took 10-15 minutes to resolve that while the fries got cold and didn't even offer new fries. Now today I go through the drive thru and get two cheeseburger happy meals. What do I get? One cheeseburger.

Went today against my better judgment but was running between jobs. Ordered a crispy chicken deluxe with extra pickles through drive through. Bottom bun was soaked!🤬 no pickles and the chicken was tough. Basically I ate the lettuce and mini tomato slice. I live off Avalon. Will never go back! Every time its something. Once I picked up 2 cheeseburgers, had to turn around and go back. They forgot the meat!!☹

Absolutely disgusting! From slow food turn around to staff that are all playing around in the kitchen. Finally the kicker! A sausage, egg and cheese that looked like it had rotted and then sat in a warmer for multiple days. They tried to argue with me about how their sandwiches look like that now. 🤮🤮🤮 It took over 15 minutes for them to make a fresh sandwich so I ended up late.

Sandwich was a mess with less than half the lettuce even on the sandwich. Tasted pretty good i guess, fries werent as good as i remember, this being my first visit to a mcdonalds in years...overall not bad but geez learn how to put veggies on a sandwich😅

I put in a curbside pickup order at 12:34, had my toddler so I waited until 1 to go in when they claimed they had set the order on the counter and had to then make the food fresh because someone else had taken it. My CURBSIDE order. I don’t understand. Not busy, cars through the drive thru on record time behind me.

Doesn’t know how a two lane drive thru works! This is the 3rd time I’ve come to this location and the same thing happens EVERY time. 5 cars in the primary lane, 2 cars in the secondary lane and no one gets picked up in the secondary lane at all. It’s supposed to alternate! I had to call and ask about it. They blamed it on their headset but then their headsets must never work. If you have the patience to drive around and switch lanes, the order typically is missing something. We’ve gotten happy meals with no apple slices, no chocolate milk, and we’ve had special order sandwiches that were incorrect. It’s not hard to add pickles or only have ketchup. Frustrating beyond belief.

Ordered a sausage McGriddle with a hash brown long before breakfast was over. The order never made it to the back and after numerous other orders were taken and filled the announcement that breakfast is over was made. I never received my order. Instead I was told to order from the lunch menu. If I could give zero stars I would. Total incompetence at the front counter

Worst excuse for customer service I’ve dealt with in my life. Management didn’t ask me what my complaint was just do you want a refund. Only ordered a cone and felt like the McDonald’s team there hates people. Highly recommend to stay away from this location manager with neck tattoos is the worst

After talking to get the order in through the kiosk, the service was great! Order not quite right. Nugget count wasn't 20 pieces and I received waaay to many condiments.

Ordered a #7 morning of 16Nov23. Gotta give credit where credit is due. Best McDonald’s sausage burritos I’ve ever had.

It's McDonald's. You know what you're getting. This place at least gets your order right. However I have come to realize that McDonalds and many fast food chains aren't really any less expensive than most sit down restaurants.

The fries are always hot and fresh! And their ice cream machine is always working which is rare for most McDonald's. Very clean and prompt employees. There are 2 women that I just love up there. One is a manager & the other is a cashier I can remember their names but the cashier has really long strawberry blonde hair & is kinda tall. She's super sweet & always had a smile on her face.

My friend ordered a large online order and when we went to pick it up the order was short by a cookie, as well as our request to have the cookies lightly cooked was not honored as the majority of them were hard and crunchy. My friend went in to have the issue resolved and was met with an extremely adversarial manager who not only refused to fix the order either by refund or remake, but also called the sherif to have my friend tress passed. Obviously this led to an extremely unpleasant visit which easily could have had different outcome in which all parties were satisfied. We have contacted corporate and are still hopeful that this problem will be resolved. But as of now they get this negative review.

Fairly new remodel done and the location is generally clean. Not the best or worst McDonald's I have been to. Usually come here for chicken biscuit in the morning before my long drive to work.

This McDonald's needs people friendly employees. They took forever to attend us and messed up my order. manager needs to do something about this.

When this place is run by kids, it’s always a pleasure. Throw in an adult that’s making a career of it…not so much. Even still, the KIDS that keep this place going rarely get it wrong and never get the appreciation they deserve. I just waited 15 minutes for a mobile order because of the chaos of impatient adults and the kids still got my order right. Good on you kids, keep up the hard work, get the experience and move on to better things ✌🏻

I live close to Avalon store so we go here a lot due to the convenience. 85% of the time my order is wrong. They always forget something and the food usually cold or stale. Every once and a while mistakes happen, but this place is constantly bad. Worst yet, they know it and do not care. The customer service is horrific. They actually mock the customers. My family will never eat here again. They only rip you off and mock you knowing there is nothing you can do about it.

The staff that worked on the night of June 1st was absolutely fantastic. I live less than a block away and I never go. I don’t eat fast food if I can help it, but we wanted some nuggets lol. All of the staff was above and beyond funny, kind, great service, and told me how I could save some $. We need more young workers with amazing attitudes.

Do you like you money thrown at you? Do you like it when you’re treated as a nuisance? Or even you love it when the employees act like you’re bothering them because rather forgot to include the food you paid for. If this sounds like a good time, then this is the place for you!!! It was 10:18pm on Tuesday, December the 13th of my visit and let me tell you, if the above information sounds appealing to you then this is the place for you. I personally found it very awkward. But who cares? It’s McDonald’s. The managers never hire people who are. It’s just people riding the clock (which there’s nothing wrong with that) just be nice to the customers. Don’t throw money at them or not say a word when handing food and drinks. It’s so awkward.

Strawberry milkshake sucked not mixed right. They offered me a straw to mix it myself said that is how the machine mixes it. Order #781 and they didn't even give me a receipt. Had to use kiosk only

I purchased two spicy crispy chicken with fries and med coke, paid by CC and ordered at kiosk. Wait time was excessive, we were called to the front for pick up for 8 that was set on the table for dining in. It was freezing cold inside and with the order being handed to us in a bag, decided to eat in the car. Got in the car and no Diet Coke and fries cold. We went in for the coke and I asked for hot fries. The young man brought me medium fries that were still cold and did not apologiz. I know it is hard to get good people to work but a manager on duty would have prevented my dissatisfaction.

This McDonalds is on my home from work so I stop a couple times a week. The service is always good, quick and friendly employees. The one time I did get a wrong order the were very eager to make it right. Good service in fast food is hard to come by. I appreciate the employees here for always being nice.

Very nice staff for being so early in the morning. We were served quickly and our order was correct. But come on McDonald's. Over 2 dollars for 1 freaking hashbrown? That's just ridiculous. The bathroom was very clean though
