Always wonderful staff and always good food. Quick ans fast. Just avoid around 4pm because they do tend to get back up a lot. Good pricing on food!

This place is the worst their customer service sucks! We arrive here 10 mins before closing and they refuse to serve us. Don’t put your closing time up if you aren’t going to honor it. The over weight lady told us no weee not serving anymore we asked why and she said “because we are closed!” There was 10 mins left!!! How about closing when you say you are closing and clean up after your hours of operation are done. Worst experience ever!! Management needs to focus on better training because this is completely unacceptable! Learn how to treat your customers!!!

Always a winner for family take-out night. They keep this location well stocked and clean. Plenyy of space to social-distance. We ALWAYS get take ouy, but I figired someone might find this info helpful. A lot more serene atmosphere thain most "chain" eateries.

Drive thru. Order a plate meal only got chow main and and rice. With very little 2 main dishes. Somebody forgot to give the main dishes. Been going here for over a year. I will start looking now at my food before driving away. And causing back ups.

Food is never fresh. There wasn’t any taste in any of them. We ordered four different varieties but none of them were taste good even chowmain. It happened to me multiple times. Since it’s close to my house I go there but always regretted. One from Mendocino Ave is so much better than this one. Is it your cook or don’t get fresh food items? NEVER going back to Stony Point location again.

The employees here are fantastic. They do a great job. 5 stars to the employees. I'm not that big a fan of the brand though. Overall their recipes aren't nearly as good as the food from say Lili Kai in Petaluma. Lili Kai is a 5+ star restaurant. Panda Express is a solid 4.

There's a reason this place has terrible reviews. They treat customers like crao and blame delivery drivers for them giving out the wrong food order to them. When I called to sort out how I had someone else's food they blamed the driver and said her grabbed a bag and left but when I asked about my food they first said they never got my order, then when I gave them the receipt number said they did and finally when I asked if my food was still there then they said it wasn't and again blamed the driver. So somehow my order wasn't there, but was and disappeared but not their fault.

Yesterday I went to Panda Express on stony point road I ask for 2 item honey seasoning and chicken breast and Instead of I got beef I don’t eat beef the employee instead of listening to my order she was talking to other employee . I have been to this place so many times it’s always the same thing, the employees instead of listening to the customers orders they’re always talking between them

Noticing smaller portions than the person ahead of me super rude staff. Food tasted old this place needs corporate help

They just stand around like I don't exist. When a manager asked are you going to help him...they still acted like I wasn't there. Horrible service from children behind the counter that had blood shot eye and acting STONE AS FFFFUUUK!

Excellent thrifty & timely choice for Chinese food! This particular Panda has a drive-thru as well!

If I could give a 0 I would this employee was so rude when ordering my food thru the dive thru . If you don’t want to work go home find another job . When paying she had an attitude and when I asked for chili sauce she literally threw it at me . Her customer service was horrible. No need to be rude . A fast food job is definitely not for her.

The lady serving the food was very gracious n helpful - all the staff - food was good - careful how much sodium goes in your body

Wow. This orange chicken tastes like it is from yesterday. And this may be Beijing beef jerky because I don’t know what’s going on.
