This has got to be the worst gym ever. The staff are complete hypocrites. They all slam the weights when they work out off-duty but they complain when I do it? They told me to use cushion pads when I do barbell workouts, so I did! I complied. But they complained to upper management about it and got my account membership suspended. I tried to go in the next day but the person I needed to talk to to reinstate my membership "wasn't there". Go figure. So now they owe me money because I'm not allowed to use their facility even though my membership is still active. So my question is why aren't their staff suspended for slamming the weight, too? Pure hypocrisy. "Rules for thee but not for me"

The YMCA has the best gym with new equipment, clean showers and bathrooms, plus basketball. I originally went to the YMCA for the child care, but ended all my other gym memberships because the treadmills, weights and workout equipment were a better quality and fit with clean machines, better than I experienced at the health clubs I was going to. Plus the swimming pool is inside. Great for hot sunny days. Less worry of sun burns and skin damaged skin leading to painful burns on my daughter. This YMCA thought of it all for families. Dad

Been going to this location since I was a kid and now I bring my kid here! Great staff, tons of programs to choose from, and they have daycare option!! More than just a gym, a community!

We were excited and honored to film the Sonoma County Y's first 3D virtual tour! In partnership with GO LOCAL. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming!! Michelle the COO here is a very sweet woman and is running this place beautifully! The facility is incredible - large pools, lots of workout equipment, classes, daycare, camps and so much more. One of the most amazing Y's!

Very nice people who run this facility. The staff and the members who join the Y community here is unlike any other gym or health club. The people are kind, down to Earth and supportive. The showers, pool, childcare and workout machines are clean. It's one of the nicest YMCA's I've been to. The pool is large and the aquatic classes I hear are awesome. Also, easy and safe parking in the back.

Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming!! The aqua classes are fantastic, and the pools are sparkling clean! I especially like the small pool, because I have had a lot of back surgery and to have the extra warmth to help with my muscle aches. The lifeguards are also friendly and and helpful to get you equipment if you need it. This is one of the best YMCAs I've ever been to!!!
