HORRIBLE. Screaming children running around until 10, 11 at night. Literally screaming at the top of their lungs. Playing and hiding in the bushes next to your bedroom window? Not cool. Congregating on your door step (whilst screaming). Parents dont discipline or say anything to their kids. There are signs that say No bicycling, scooters, roller blades, playing ball, etc. that obviously dont matter. 10 family members living each household so there are cars parked in front of the dumpsters, (they dont bother to put their trash IN the dumpster, just set it down. Disgusting and stinks.) parked behind your car. Upstairs neighbors are COMPLETELY RUDE and UNCOURTEOUS. Complete chaos. Horrible place to live day to day. If 0 stars were possible. That would be my rating. While living there... i forgot it WASNT low income housing. If you have other apartment choices, take it.

The most UNRESPONSIVE front office I've ever encountered. Completely ignorant to legitimate issues on site. Abusive neighbors. Management makes no effort to retain good tenants. Couldn't get out fast enough. POTENTIAL RENTERS BEWARE.

Never do any repairs like they say they will ever!!! Just keep giving you the run around from days to weeks to months to years!! The photos are not what you see online. Pool has been “ under repair” for years. All they care about is money not the tenants.

Mailboxes are falling apart and need replacing. As high as rent is, management can easily afford replacing them.

Management is great and maintenance crew works fast and efficiently. Located close to stores and malls which is very convenient. I had a great time while living there. :D
