This is surprisingly a decent Carls Jr. the bathrooms are pretty clean when I go, and they the employees aren’t completely rude. I come here pretty often, so that says a lot 🥂

I love being here. The Drinks are good and cold. Food is hot and fresh. Service is on Fire. Did I hit all the keywords?

Primal Black Angus burger was AWESOME! Especially with extra lettuce, tomato, and onions, only $1.00 Extra! YESSSS!

I was so upset when Carl's Jr took away there veggie burgers🍔 so I stopped eating there well the other day me and my wife said let's try Carl's Jr we were in the area and said okay I wanted the zucchini fries🍟 anyways so we went and the place was super clean and the manger took our order was very poliet happy man we love that when we walk into a place and everyone's snileing even the crew was happy now that kind of happy good vibe is good to have he asked to take my order next and I Said that i wasn't Hungary cause they didn't have what I wanted he said what do you want I said a veggie burger he told me what he had was better than that so I tried it and feel in love with it that I bought another buger for later

I gave them another chance. Worst service. The girl had to be on drugs. Forgetting other people's orders. Had to go back to get the rest of my order after going through drive thru. Find another one to eat at.

Manager was awful. If you see him your food will be sour. Burger was completely unseasoned and the drinks machine was broken.

Food was tasty. This location is pretty good, not too crowded, service was fast, they got the order right. But, & I may sound like a tightwad, they're kind of pricey for fast food. $40+ for a chicken sandwich and a couple of hamburgers and a large root beer? Oh well I guess I could have slaughtered my own cow and made my own but still. Freaking inflation or whatever sucks.

“We’re out of milkshakes” What? You’re out of ice cream? You’re out of the particular flavor? The machinery isn’t working? According to your website, your milk shakes are hand scooped. How are you out of milk shakes. Your staff needs to be better, clearer, more informative.

It was close to closing time .we ordered. 2 meals to eat there and an extra hamburger to go .the young man offered to hold our to go burger so it would stay warm.He brought our meals to us and ketchup .he provided the best customer service ive ever had in all my 56 years on the planet in a fast food service environment. My sourdough burger was great!!!

Hot waffle fries served by a friendly employee from drive through window! Pretty much all you can hope for for fast food! ☺️

I normally get my burgers low carb with lettuce instead of a bun. Carl's junior is all about the same quality wise, but in this case, there was so much WATER in the lettuce I basically got handed a soup after asking them to put it in a container. Truly exercising "if it doesn't get all over the place, it doesn't belong in your face."

Service was good just not the friendliest to hellos but it is a fast food joint so I don't expect much past that only reason it's fast food Thank you Carl's Jr owner heads up tryed the link if you want I can even do 12 of them on either 101 and all of them on Highway 5 for Carl's Jr locations for stop-offs besides that first time leaving a review if you like my full review you might not like all the locations also the system is not accepting answers at all including locations on PC Mac Android and ISO from the Carl's Jr leave a review site

About 3 hours after eating a super Star, criss cross fries and a medium coke. I became extremely ill for 2 days. I had the runs at first, then vomiting. I do not think I can go back there again.

Ordered 5 items and got home to realize one sandwich was wrong. Drove the 10 minutes back to show them they gave me the wrong sandwich. The manager got me the correct sandwich with a “here you go”. No acknowledgment they made a mistake, no mention of sorry of the inconvenience, no “let me make this up to you”. The kicker was the bottom of my receipt it was printed “Thank you, we appreciate your business!” I don’t think so with the type of response I received tonight.

No hello, no order total, no thank you. Western bacon cheeseburger meat was cold. I won't eat there again.

This location has always been amazing. They are attentive to customer preferences and requests. Any issues arise, they take care of them as efficiently as possible.

Okay food, nothing to write home about, but they still have the best burgers of a nationwide fast food joint. Their spicy chicken sandwich is still a decent deal 👌

Everything at this location is wheelchair accessible and the dining area is wheelchair friendly. To my surprise there was no wait to order and my order came quickly. Nothing specific caught my attention except the salt amount was at stroke level on the fries. So, with that being said this was a very average fast food place to eat. Maybe I should have used their drive thru at least then I could have my soda handed to me and not get it myself.lol
