Waited for 10mins with several follow ups but no one assisted the order. Note, the place is not full and many staff. One 3 to 4 groups including us are the only customers. Not good service. We left the store and find other pizza parlor. This is the 2nd time already.

Terrible pizza!! Greenwich is even better. We have ordered the specialty pizzas three times now and have beet disappointed each time. Very little sauce Only a few pieces of meat. Even on the meat protein special On the Hawaiian you don't even get pineapple on every slice As I stated before the pizzas are Dry because they don't even put any sauce except the very center. They demand a Premium Price for one of the worst pizzas around

Less likely to visit this branch again. Staffs who assisted us were friendly but the other staffs that are not busy were slow and not attentive to the guests' needs. Bread that is served with pasta wasn't served and had an item on the receipt that we didn't order. Small local restaurants have better menu design, and group meal inclusion should be enumerated.

Delicious first time average second time. Big party inside might be reason slow and not so good second time.

Discomfort Room was the reason for 3 stars. Upon entering you can tell that maintaining it was neglected.

There were not enough parking lots. Appreciate the guard and staff for removing some boundary ropes and providing space. Shakea were not available in Shakeys. That's not good. Thin crust pizza was good. Wish the beef chunks on pizza were smaller. The staffs are attentive and providing excellent service.

I don’t know if their operating time is still updated but we got there at around 9pm and they still let us dine in. The service was still bery nice even though it was already late, and I liked how accommdating everyone was. Also, the food was great and I was able to satisfy my cravings! Bunch of Lunch still the best! Will come back again hehe. (ps. was kinda disappointed with the chicken size but its taste is still good so I guess it’s fine)

We are less likely to visit this branch again. The staff though courteous are inattentive and not welcoming. They're slow and sloppy. We waited for more than 30mins for our order only to find out that it had been sitting in the counter for a while, of course it's already cold. Plus, the comfort room is unmaintained and dirty. This is the worst branch I've ever visited and I have always loved Shakey's. But this branch is 🤮. 𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿: Pizza Bianca, Caesar Salad 𝗗𝗶𝗱 𝗜 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆 𝗺𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆: No 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗜 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸: Definitely not!

Sufficient parking and food service is good.

Shakey's Balibago is a nice place to stop by to eat. They have good food, nice new variety to try like the truffle veggie and they have some friendly staffs particularly the male Security Guard. They have ample parking space and restroom was well maintained.

A nice place to dine in and have a children's party, has big parking spaces and a nice place to meet and chill with friends

This new Pizza parlor is cozy, spacious, and has a friendly staff. The place also offers a function room for special events and celebrations. The plave is not crowded. They also have wine on the house in case you would like to celebrate something romantic or eventful. It is a well recommended Shakey's branch here at Santa Rosa City. The plave is just a few walk near Waltermat Balibago and some distance from Enchanted Kingdom. 😊

Very new branch of Shakey’s Pizza Parlor in F Reyes street, Balibago Road, Santa Rosa Laguna located almost opposite Jollibee Brusmick Place. The best pizza 🍕 thin or thick crust, chicken and mojos, caesar’s salad, spaghetti, carbonara, and pitcher of iced tea good for 8-10 people for their 2019 pesos promotional offering is definitely a winner. Parking can be a challenge but staff are friendly and quick to customer’s needs and requirements. CR is clean, with ample supply of hand wash, toilet tissues and bidet for your comfort. Over-all customer service experience is above very good, not yet excellent but almost there.😊😊😊😊😊 highly recommended

Very good family bonding place - the new Shakey’s pizza parlor (located in the area used to be occupied by Nila’s Puto Biñan) and obliquely opposite Jollibee brusmick caltex area. Their best sellers are thin crust pizza, mojos and chicken and spaghetti. Simply amazing😊😊😊😊😊

The usual Shakey’s menu. With enough parking space, clean and good service. They offer promos from time to time. Staffs are courteous and friendly. There is a “park and order” space instead of drive through.
