As always, an excellent experience buying all the things one might need for the house maintenance!!

Place is good, huge variety of products, however, about a year ago I commented and rated bad due to their customer service, it is awful. Every single member of the staff are not interested in helping you out. You enter the place and start looking for the stuff but, since this is a large place, most of the time you have questions... So... Good luck in finding someone able and pleased to help you... They seem to be hiding or pretending to be busy doing some other stuff instead to help you. Location and products great but unfortunately my rate is going down severely because of the exposed above and it keeps to be the same from all over the years. :(

If your hours are open until 7:30, don't shut the gate at 7:15 and then have a guard treat me like I'm trying to break in. Waste of an evening. Good thing EPA has longer hours. Because of this experience EPA has become my first stop.

A lot to choose from, anything from wiring to plants. It gets busy so expect a little wait if you're in need of assistance. Really nice place

Lot of parking space, and the store you can find anything from small projectos at home, to big jobs, very friendly and helpful staf

A little crowded on monday at 5:30pm, long line to the checkout counter, but I found everything I needed and the staff was able to answer all my questions.

Never go on sundays...clerks just dont care about what are you looking for in the store. I bought two metal tubes and they didnt even care to tide them up in my cars roof.

Just go to Vidri. Freund has less of a selection and more stuff behind glass.
