Nice hotel in the business district, spacious rooms, nice views. Air-condition could be stronger. Well equipped room and minibar. The pool is not inviting. Rooftop bar would be nice. Breakfast buffet is good, coffee not.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and did NOT have a good experience. Realistically, this is just an average 3 star hotel. Rooms are a little bit old, and you will hear a lot of street noise, so if you are a sensitive sleeper, this is not an ideal hotel. No complimentary water in the rooms. Internet is horrible. You can’t do any work with the internet connection. The free internet is almost unusable and for the paid internet, you get charged per device. Can easily stack up to an extra $100 per night if you have a couple of phones and a laptop. Bad thing is, even the paid internet is bad. I can’t even FaceTime with my family using the paid internet. Connection drops out every 10 second. 2/5 wifi bars in all of my devices in the room. Breakfast is pretty basic and average, they don’t even have eggs or omelettes yet it costs an additional $60 per day. Coffee is self served via a cheap auto coffee dispenser so no brewed coffee. Laundry doesn’t operate on weekends. Staff are very slow and don’t speak much English. Service is poor and service is extreme slow. If I come back here, I will defiantly stay elsewhere.

Really nice hotel. Great staff, great breakfast, nice rooftop pool. The only problem here is: why limit free WiFi to 1 mbit and charge extra for higher speeds? Seriously? This is 2019!!

Service was perfect all the staff are really amigable and nice. Rooms are really old and not well maintained feels really cheap. Restaurant is probably the worst food i had in sao Paulo. Luckily it is located near great places to eat and enjoy

Good for the price. My room didn't have smart TV though. The gym is less than okay.

Very nice and professional staff. Clean quiet hotel. Large comfortable rooms, bed, pillows. Love that there is an adapted electrical outlet by the bed! Not impressed with the breakfast buffet but to be fair I don't eat wheat/bread and that's pretty much all they serve. There were eggs and sausage tho and fruit.

Rooms were nice but a business-like hotel with little character. Service was good enough. The exercise room was small and cramped and 2 machines were out of order. Couldn't find one to exercise on at 630 in the morning. It was very convenient for my work though

Good value for money, and hotel was accommodating with our request to move to a lower floor

The hotel is nice and rooms are spacious, but a little but outdated and some furniture layout could be improved. Also elevators. The service was great at the reception but not good at room service (my fish was burned/tasted carbonized twice 🙄). Also Laundry claimed my clothes were ready but unwilling to deliver since May 1st was a holiday and I should pay 50% more for express delivery, which would have been fine if they informed by the time I left my laundry to get cleaned, and not when I needed to check out...

Really enjoyed my stay here the staff were very friendly and accommodating! The beds were extremely comfortable, really good shower pressure, ammenity kits were well stocked, the gyms were adequate, pool was great and had great views. There is also a spa as well but didn't get to check it out. I would recommend staying here as it is well located next to shops and restaurants!

Great! Very nice hotel with a good breakfast. Room service 24hs is great too. Location is ideal for business trips. It would be awesome to be able to use the Wi-Fi the whole day after checking out.

Good location, really nice bed and room overall. Not enough time for room service to take place (work event), but informative and polite service in the lobby. I would recommend it to a friend and would go there again in a leisure visit to São Paulo.

A central located hotel in the central business district of Sao Paulo. Pretty decent hotel with a supermarket round the corner. Only downside would be there isn't any washing machines within the compound to do your own washing if you are doing long stay but there are laundry services provided by the hotel

Clean business hotel in the business district of Sao Paulo. Breakfast is better than an average continental breakfast you would expect from a chain hotel. Rooms are clean, but bare: no coffee machine or tea kettle - you will need to order room service. Same goes for ironing board: they can bring it on request only. Staff went overboard in their desire to clean the room: they barged in without knocking at least twice during our four night stay.

Very nice hotel and location. Little expensive and poor breakfast.
