The room is very good for it price. It is clean and very functional. The show is small...very small! But again, it was very clean and located in the main area where shops and bars are all located. The lift is small, so if you have lots of bags. Maybe one at a time. There are closets, so there is enough space for coats and bags. At night it is very quiet so you will get a good night sleep

I arrived 11:00 and they couldn't allow me to enter the room, they don't even have reception where you can set down and wait, I came from United Kingdom and I have to stay in the street up to 16::00 before they allow me inside the hotel, after entering the room , I found out I was very hot , no air-conditioned and no fan. Its not a good experience in Estudios Aranzazu.

This place was perfect. Check in so easy, staff very friendly. Room was so great for value for money-clean, spacious. Little hob, refrigerator in kitchenette. Great shower, toiletries. Location so ideal, it was so central. Definitely recommend.

My booking was cancelled by the provider; an 11-hour payment (08:59-20:00 BST) window was provided 1 week prior to the date booked. While the previous communications had advised that payment would be required 1 week in advance, there was no mention of this short timeframe. Due to working commitments, their request for payment was not read until after 8pm, by which time my booking had already been cancelled. This was very inconvenient and I would recommend a 24-hour payment window to accommodate bookings made by people with unsociable working hours.

We had a 1 night stay before catching a ferry, it is in the middle of town with plenty of shopping and access to food. The room was basic but clean and ok for 1 night. Parking is very difficult, we parked maybe 1/3 a mile away but it wasn't a problem for us. We we at the back of the hotel so it was quiet until the people in the other rooms start moving around.

Booked online, sent a link to pay within a very short window of a few hours. Great for those who work all day! Then agreed to extend the link but sent no link. Then cancelled my reservation with no communication. Avoid!

In a great location for exploring the city and good value for money. The sound insulation is poor so it isn't quiet. It was hot when we were there but there were no fans, even to rent. There was no cleaning during the week but the towels were changed. The bed was comfortable and the fridge, WiFi and hotplate worked. The bathroom is very compact.

The hotel staff is very sweet but the room was tiny. The walls were not soundproof. We could hear all the noises from the room above our room and from the rooms beside our room. Couldn't sleep because of all the disturbances.

Cheap and clean please to stay. Located in the center. Very nice and helpful personal. The room is nice but the shower is that small that it's even hard to take a shower. The kitchen lacks of a microwave and the Wi-Fi doesn't work properly.

Very nice apartments in the center of Santander. Highly recommended to explore Santander and the near towns. It is very close to the bus station.

On the east side of Santander about 15 minutes from the magnificent central tapas bars. The room had a few design faults, not least the shower curtain that soaked the floor and into the room. The trip hazard caught my big toe into a bathroom that was tiny. I was a bit disappointed as I'd paid quite a lot thinking I was treating myself. The local bars were alright but not in the same league as the ones by the arch. They seem to have fitted a lot of rooms either side of a very long corridor. I'd hoped for the price there would be a washing machine. I paid 1/3 of the price for a beautiful central place the next night
