    Usually all the Home Depot stores I go to are great. This one sucked, I usually look for stuff on the app on my phone and find out what aisle it is in. This Home depot was terrible none of the items I was looking for were in the correct aisles. I was looking for multiple items and non were where the app said they were. One example I was looking for rebar wire and where it was supposed to be there was cement bags.

    Terrible customer service. Employees completely ignore you. You have to approach them and pretty much shout for assistance because they walk away as soon as they see you. Ridiculous. They definitely need a lot of training.

    Do not expect on time delivery of your orders through this store. I placed an order in store, and they gave me a next week delivery. On the day of delivery, they called and said they have to postponed the delivery for another week! And it is not because the item is out of stock or things like that. It is just because they are very unorganized and can not manage all the orders they get in their store! Imagine, contractor ripped out the filed assuming that stones will be delivered on time, they got another job scheduled for the next week and not sure if they can work on my project, dirts everywhere, and home depot response is just sorry..we will waive the delivery fee! Really!??

    Very poor customer service. Ashley seemed very on edge and not polite at all,I love coming to home depot but the attitude is really not appreciated.

    This home depot stands out from the other home depot. It should be a training store because everyone single employee goes above and beyond. I visit home depots in the area from perris,temecula, but this is my favorite store to visit. All employees are always asking if I need assistance or need help loading. The pro desk I would like to give a big thank you to Christina in pro and congratulations to Illiana for making 1 million in sales and the Pro department. keep up the good work the whole store. The whole Pro team service rocks.

    This location has excellent customer service. Fully stocked. The garden area has beautiful healthy plants. Staff is always helpful even if they are from a different department.

    Why do you allow these solar and water softener sales people to wander the store and bother your customers. I mean I know why, you take a cut of their sales. But man do those people make me want to shop literally anywhere else.

    Disappointed that I now have to have Home Depot app on a smart phone in order to get my military discount! I know many, many active/ret mbrs who do not have smart phones. I'll be shopping at Lowe's!

    Danette at the Murrieta store was awesome and SUPER helpful. She was friendly and professional and able to answer all of my questions and made very helpful suggestions as well. First time ever I didn't have to hunt someone down for help...she actually saw me and asked me if I needed help. I will go back to this Home Depot just because of her. She is definitely a customer service oriented employee and Home Depot is lucky to have her.

    Disappointed in the parking went in with a trailer and had to drive around 15 minutes to find parking even though they furnish two parking spaces for trailers. Unfortunately, they were occupied by a motorcycle a car and two pick ups, I think Home Depot should look into it.

    This place is awesome. I can walk around in the tool section all day. But I don’t because I”ll looking suspicious. I think I’ll apply for a part time job. Have two jobs u know. Nothing wrong with that. Anyhow 5 stars for me.

    I thought this review was going to be for the Perris store. I've had to use this store 2x's. Neither time left a good feeling with me afterward. So, the 1st time u rented a vehicle, it smelled. It was really dirty. The guy behind the counter obviously had better things to do than customer service. 2nd time, we had to get our delivery of bricks here. My wife forgot this was the place I didn't l like. Several of the bricks we broken, they didn't have the right amount. No one helped us at all. My wife w made the mistake of going again but out of necessity only. No would help her (she walks with a cane) & she shouldn't carry or lift heavy items. So no, we're not going to this store again.

    costumer service over the phone is the worse. every time i called the store for any question. they have the worse attitude. treat you like you are dumb. I have called 3 times this week and it was the same. rude answers, no helpful at all.

    I ordered some parts online. The email told me they had arrived. I showed up and the customer service person acted like she didn't want to serve me and I wasn't important enough and sent me to someone else. He told me my order hadn't arrived and provided no sympathy for the fact I had been told via email it did arrive. I decided just to cancel my order via not picking it up again. The online system wouldn't let me do that without an account and frankly I don't want an account if that is how it's going to go. I'm not from here and generally I find the workers in California to think it's the customer's job to service them rather than vica versa. Get an education and a real job if you want to be a processional. If you work in the service industry that is what you're supposed to do. Service. You earn double what others earn elsewhere and I think it's the socialism that is taught here. They are frustrated they don't make $200,000 a year to afford to purchase a house working at Home Depot and since they don't earn that they do the bare minimum not to get fired just about everywhere. In their defense it's not just Home Depot, it's pretty much everywhere here.

    Hi, I rented a van from Home Depot store #0668 — a couple weeks ago and had it a few days longer than I should’ve. When I returned it. The price ended up being more than what I expected. I thought I was in trouble, but Brooke from the rental department truly came through for me and went out of the way to contact corporate about the situation. Corporate understood my situation and gave Brooke the greenlight to discount me. I was very thankful for Brook helping me and I would totally recommend anyone to Home Depot in Murrieta’s rental department. Thank you Brooke for your awesome customer service.

    Needed to buy Sika Pro Self leveling underlayment fixing the joints in my sidewalk. This stuff works beautifully. Have a amazing help from one of the associates because that bag was heavy. Thanks my background look good

    Years ago I hated Home Depot. I worked in construction and was expected to get materials & supplies from their stores. It was a nightmare of lazy employees hiding rather than helping. But after going to the Lake Elsinore store for the last 4 years... my feelings have completely reversed about that. This store is my preferred shopping spot for all my project needs. The staff is amazing and things are laid out so well.

    Staff hard to find. Sent me in direction for house plants and they were not there. Followed staff and they went to bathroom, so I followed in a wheelchair the entire length of the store for nothing. They could have said, don't follow me.

    There’s a lady with black glasses who was working in lighting today around 3 pm, and went above and beyond in terms of her customer service. She was the only person in that department and still helped me until my problem was resolved. She deserves recognition, as her effort was truly a diamond in the rough. I only wish I got her name so I could mention it here.

    I am planning on moving soon so I reserved a rental truck on their website. Everything seemed to work out great until I received a message that my reservation was canceled the night before I was going to move. This Home depot screwed me over. What is the point of allowing people to order a reservation if Home depot doesn't even hold the reservation for you.

    Clean store, could use a organizer in a few of the sections but nothing much to out of control. The lines moved fairly fast the day I was there. They seemed to have most items in stock only a few empty spaces on the shelves through out the store

    My boyfriend and I were shopping for a new refrigerator for our new home and had been to several stores trying to find the right fridge for our family. After several nights of shopping and speaking to different associates, we found Mike, here at this Home Depot. Mike was amazing!!! He was patient, understanding and truly tried to help us find a fridge that would not only meet our needs, but that we were happy with. Mike really loves working with people and it shows with the exceptional customer service he provides. Thanks Mike for making things so easy and for being such a great person!
