I
ordered
some
parts
online.
The
email
told
me
they
had
arrived.
I
showed
up
and
the
customer
service
person
acted
like
she
didn't
want
to
serve
me
and
I
wasn't
important
enough
and
sent
me
to
someone
else.
He
told
me
my
order
hadn't
arrived
and
provided
no
sympathy
for
the
fact
I
had
been
told
via
email
it
did
arrive.
I
decided
just
to
cancel
my
order
via
not
picking
it
up
again.
The
online
system
wouldn't
let
me
do
that
without
an
account
and
frankly
I
don't
want
an
account
if
that
is
how
it's
going
to
go.
I'm
not
from
here
and
generally
I
find
the
workers
in
California
to
think
it's
the
customer's
job
to
service
them
rather
than
vica
versa.
Get
an
education
and
a
real
job
if
you
want
to
be
a
processional.
If
you
work
in
the
service
industry
that
is
what
you're
supposed
to
do.
Service.
You
earn
double
what
others
earn
elsewhere
and
I
think
it's
the
socialism
that
is
taught
here.
They
are
frustrated
they
don't
make
$200,000
a
year
to
afford
to
purchase
a
house
working
at
Home
Depot
and
since
they
don't
earn
that
they
do
the
bare
minimum
not
to
get
fired
just
about
everywhere.
In
their
defense
it's
not
just
Home
Depot,
it's
pretty
much
everywhere
here.
