Estuve este verano en Santiago y compré un regalo en esta joyería. El trato fue exquisito, y me ayudaron a encontrar lo que buscaba. La pieza que compre es de gran calidad. Y acerté con el regalo de pleno. Por un descuido hace unos días la pieza se nos rompió, me puse en contacto con ellos para encargar otra, y el servicio ha sido realmente inmejorable, de un día para otro teníamos la pieza en casa. Me and my fiancé got our wedding rings here. The service was really good and the staff helped us picking out the perfect rings for us. We got a certificate of authenticity for the rings and they only deal with natural diamonds. They shipped it to our home in Sweden. Everything was easy and we felt really good buying our rings there. What a beautiful little jewelry store in the heart of Santiago de Compostela! I would have loved some jewelry but instead, bought a Lladro. She’s beautiful and they shipped her to the USA safely and in one piece!! The lady who helped me was so kind. I highly recommend this little gem of a place if you are in the area!

We were able to travel to Santiago de Compostela this year and on our adventures we discovered this wonderful store full of pieces I had yet to see anywhere else. I made my purchases and they were gracious enough to have them mailed to my home back in the states. Everything arrived quickly (even before my return) in excellent condition. The sales crew were wonderful, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would recommend them highly and look forward to a return visit.

We had visited this lovely jewellery/watch shop couple months back during our short stay and the service was wonderful. Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable on their products. We bought a lovely limited edition ceramic then. My son had seen a watch he liked and lucky us the watch was still available, so I contacted the shop and they set it aside, organised the transport and we received it in time for Xmas. The communication was flawless and they stayed in touch with me throughout. Brilliant service I seriously recommend this shop and I am sure we will be in touch with them again. Beautiful and unique jewelry, the cute store is really worth a visit. I bought a ring and had an issue with it, the staff members were very friendly and really put a lot of effort into fixing the problem. I was not in Spain anymore but I was able to send the ring and I received it back in perfect condition by mail. Communication was great, very fast responses through whatsapp and an extra bonus is that they speak English which I appreciated very much. Los conocemos desde hace cinco años cuando terminamos el Camino Primitivo: compramos varios colgantes porque nos parecieron muy bonitos y a buen precio. Este año, al terminar el Camino Francés, volvimos a entrar y nos pasó lo mismo, nos pareció la mejor oferta para unos detalles. Además, les comentamos un problema que tuvimos con un colgante comprado hace cinco años y lo solventaron sin coste, ni siquiera por gastos de envío de la pieza. ¡Bravo! Ya quedan pocos establecimientos así…

We were in Santiago a few weeks ago and visited this Jewellers. We wanted 2 of a particular item, only one was in stock. After checking we were told a 2nd would be in stock within a few days. We paid a small deposit to have both items forwarded to us in Ireland. We paid the balance when the pieces arrived in stock. Within 10 day our delivery arrived. The overall service we got was excellent and friendly.
