I came to Hygge at a very low moment (mentally and physically) in life. From the day David gave me the diagnostic test, I felt more motivated and eager to get back to my life. All instructors are professionals and take their jobs seriously. In addition to that, they demonstrate empathy and true concern for the well-being of their clients. In each exercise, they ensure correct form and posture for all participants, stopping by one by one to give advice and correct small things that have important consequences. Also worry about varying the class. I love the challenges in each exercise. It's been 4 months since the first day I walked through the door. I am more motivated than ever, fitter, more comfortable with myself, more positive, and more eager than ever to take care of myself. Thanks to David, Verónica, Diego, and Antonio for all the moments in class and those you dedicate to me inside and outside of the sessions. In Hygge, the individual does matter. And the facilities are cozy and clean. You couldn't ask for more.

Ya sea si quieres practicar Pilates, tienes algún problema médico (como mi pareja que tenía problemas de cervicales), o simplemente quieres mantenerte en forma y saludable, seguro que en Hygge Pilates te podrán ayudar. Tienen dos centros en Santiago de Compostela además de éste en Santa Marta y los profesores son gente muy amable y atenta, puedes configurar las clases a través de su app, ver un montón de material online... Por cierto, dan la posibilidad de hacer una clase completamente gratuita. Recomendables 100%

The treatment is very friendly and professional. The center and equipment clean, updated and new. The class schedule is also flexible, mornings and afternoons. I am delighted in this center!!
