Estando de vacaciones en Galicia asistí a la clínica a hacerme un chequeo porque no me encontraba bien. El trato recibido tanto por Ana como por la doctora Susana desde que entré por la puerta de la consulta fue muy profesional y cercano. La doctora hizo su trabajo sin prisa para asegurarse de que todo estaba bien y me explicó todo dejándome mucho más tranquila. Ojalá muchos ginecólogos fueran tan profesionales y te dieran esa confianza cuando vas a sus consultas. No vivo aquí, pero si lo hiciera sin duda volvería. Muchas gracias a las dos.

The problem is that I had told the receptionist both on the phone and there when I arrived that it was a revision, that is, €70. They decided to do a Pap smear without me asking for it or having talked about it before and when it came time to pay they told me it was €120... my face turned pale because from 70 to 120 there is a difference, huh. The girl told me that it was for the cytology (something that €50 more for a cytology seems extremely expensive to me) and she told me that I had asked her for a cytology check-up and it wasn't like that, only the word “check-up” came out of my mouth. And now... I didn't like this detail at all, if I don't say anything they charge me €120 like that for the face when many people can't afford to pay that money for a check-up... I left with the idea of ​​giving it 5 stars because the doctor is great , but I didn't like that detail of if it's a strain.

Volveré sin dudarlo... trato inmejorable tanto por la ginecóloga como por la auxiliar... en esta última revisión apareció algo que se solucionó de forma rápida y eficaz y con todas las explicaciones a dudas o miedos muy bien expresadas de forma fácil de entender y tranquilizadoras... se toman su tiempo en atenderte y explicarte todo de forma concienzuda... trato muy cercano... Es mi ginecóloga de referencia después de tantos años deseando encontrar a alguien así. Muy recomendable... gracias por todo😃

Tras un mes esperando, llamé para saber los resultados. En ese momento me dieron la opción de enviármelos por email. Creo que podrían hacerlo directamente porque tampoco me dieron mucha más información. Igual fue un despiste, pero si me dicen que me llamarán, asumo que lo harán... En cualquier caso, la consulta en sí fue bien, no hay queja, pero este detalle me parece que deberían mejorarlo.
