Terrible customer service. First their gardener cut the grass with a weed wacker right behind our table, throwing grass and weed clippings on our food and on us. Then when we approached the staff about it they claim they couldn't do anything, then they forgot an order for one of us, then finally when our Spanish speaking friend went to pay for the meal, they were insulting our table in Spanish, thinking he couldn't understand. Do not come to this restaurant if you want to enjoy your meal.

Recommend this Italian restaurant strongly. Nice staff, beautiful fancyish restaurant with outdoor area (non-smoking). The pizza was outstanding in a neapolitan style, the pasta dish was very flavourful too (salmon farfalle).

They just moved to a new place and the new restaurant is far better than the previous one. The place is clean with a sober decoration. The food is amazing and if I have to recommend something, I would say the Cochinillo and the Piadina. In terms of desert, the Pistachio ice cream is delicious and I highly recommend it. To finish, I have to mention the staff. They are welcoming, friendly, attentive and well trained. The service provided by Domenic and Damian was outstanding.

Absolutely amazing place! The food is top notch! I cannot recommend it enough. The staff are fantastic, the restaurant itself is airy, welcoming, comfortable. There was a group of 8 of us an we all went home with full happy bellies!!

The best pizza I’ve had on my travels since Italy !! Incredible food and service

I lam a big fan of this Italian restaurant! My friend and I ate a pizza and pasta as a lunch, but the both dishes were amazing. Also, I ordered the pizza for delivery a few days ago. Although they are opened from 8 p.m. for the dinner, I wrote down that I wanted them to deliver the pizza as soon as possible when I ordered by internet. They delived us the pizza fresh out from the oven around 8:20 p.m. Obviously they are thinking about the customers and have a wonderful service.

Excellent place. Food and service were top notch. Highly recommend. Just wish they had a way to make a reservation online for us non- Spanish speaking folks.

The first waiter who greeted us was rude. If you are a tourist avoid this place. Apart from that the 2 pizzas we ordered were okay but definitely not worth the price. The desert was okay too. However the interior is nice.

Great food! The pizzas here are very tasty and good value for money. Staff are very friendly and extremely attentive. Will certainly return again next time I'm in Santiago.

We were very impressed by the good service of this restaurant, as we can not speak Spanish, this was one of the few places being able to help us in English and they were so friendly about it!! Really felt welcome and the food was exceptional. Good portions for the prices!

Great and quite place in middle of Santiago. Big and delicious fresh made pizzas. They have a nice and quite part in their garden.

We loved this place! Great staff (friendly and attentive), delicious food and a nice relaxed atmosphere. I liked the wood tables, stone walls, and Sicilian decor, as well as the shaded tables in the back garden area. We spent a month traveling in Sicily this spring and tried a lot of pizza there, but I liked this pizza much better! The crust is outstanding: nicely browned, excellent flavour, kind of dense and chewy on the outside edges but nicely thin in the middle. The diavola pizza is perfect: top quality meat and a really fresh, slightly spicy tomato sauce.

Small door on the way in but we were AMAZED of the inside and wonderful terrace. GALLEGO staff are at their best with attention and service. Food to die for we staryed eith buffala cheese with aubergen, followed by few tastie pizzas and anglio pasta. Truly best food and night out in santiago. Highly recommend

This is a fantastic restaurant. I had one of the best seafood spaghetti I have ever had. My wife had the pizza- it was delicious. It was so good we went back the next night again. Desert was very good too

Yummy! We finished the Camino trail and craved carbs. We chose the right place! Our meal was excellent. We even ordered a pizza to go! Service was very good and the wait staff understood a lot of English.

I ate here two times, first was a pizza to go, and it was great After the good experience we decided to return for dinner. We ordered pasta and it was delicious. Service is very friendly and efficient.

I ordered via Glovo.They took more than an hour to deliver. The pizza was cold and had no taste. It didn't seem fresh at all. It tasted like a stale pizza.It had no cheese and sauce. Would definitely like a refund for my money. Not at all worth!

Place with a quite modern, yet a little rustic vibe. Very spacious, great for families and large groups. Very kind staff, proper Italian pizza, great tap beer. Tried cannoli as a dessert, and wasn't disappointed!
