Worst Burger King I have ever been to. Took 30 minutes to get my food, which was cold when I got it. Feel a bit sorry for the staff who appear to have little or no training, with no management or leadership presence at all. Also pretty dirty and not a nice place to be.

Not the cleanest fastest or best unfortunately but everybody has an offday I suppose

The Whopper meal was consistent with global quality standards and taste. I still consider the Whopper as the king of fast food burgers for size, salad content and flavour. The chips were freshly made and suitably steaming hot.

The place is very clean, the staff are nice although they don’t speak other languages therefore it can bring some difficulty for some people. However you can use the machine to order and you can pay by card or cash - as you wish therefore you only need Spanish for you order number! The quality of the food is ok, I had better burgers before from Burger King, I do take into the account that there were not many clients at the time of my order. The toilet was super clean and had nice smell.

This is the first Burger King I've been to that does a Gluten Free bread bun. They've finally caught up with Mcdonalds in this respect. It would be even better if the packaging was a bit more convincing that it was a Gluten Free bun that I had been served. Good clean restaurant and the food is as you would expect from Burger King.

It was utter chaos. Tom over 45 minutes to complete our simple order. Same for everyone there. This was at 9pm on a Tuesday evening. Staff were totally overwhelmed, no evidence of help from management. Avoid.

Not recommend!! Super slow staff, unorganized and chaotic! It took them OVER 30 minutes to get our order done, in the meanwhile they served customers who came AFTER us! Ofc our food was almost cold when we finally got it. But do I want to wait ANOTHER 30 minutes for another cold burger?! No thanks! The bathrooms were dirty, no toilet paper! And they forgot our ice cream. Do NOT go there!

Der schmutzigste Burger King in ganz Spanien. Speisen schmecken schlechter als in anderen Filialen und es dauert ewig bis man sein Essen bekommt.

Die Nummern, die aufzeigen, wenn die eigene Bestellung abgeholt werden kann, wurden von der Mitarbeiterin nur auf spanisch ausgerufen. Der Bildschirm, der die aktuellen Nummern anzeigt, wurde nicht benutzt. Es gab niemanden, der Tische abgeräumt oder gesäubert hat. Sehr viele Tische waren vermüllt. Pommes waren ungesalzen und es gab keinen Ketchup dazu. Auch Strohhalme hat man nicht bekommen.

Best food you can get and reasonably prices. Was full after eating this

I was hungry and needed a quick energy boost. Full of friendly youngsters. Food was fine

Arrived late into Santiago Spain 🇪🇸 2300 kitchens closed needed something, cheeseburger did the job nothing great , no taste , nice bread 🥯

Long wait time and some of the facilities are falling apart

It was good just too bad that the Coca Cola machine was broken and they don't tell you that before you buy

Got the payment confirmation on the machine, the order never showed up and I never got what I ordered. Avoid the scam and get some proper food!

When traveling in Spain for 88 days this year, I frequently visit Burger King when available because you know exactly what you are getting. You know the food is prepared according to health standards. And you know that you are going to receive food that is tasteful and supplies your body with essential nutrients. Sometimes, traveling in foreign countries, it is difficult to find protein sources that are healthy and filling without being loaded with unhealthy fats. I am happy that I am able to order food at BK that meets my needs. Another huge benefit is the kiosks where you order food has the option of using languages other than Spanish. This is helpful for me because my Spanish language skills are limited.
