It
was
depressingly
ok.
There
was
nothing
explicitly
bad
about
it
-
the
facilities
were
decent,
it
was
clean,
and
the
staff
were
efficient
-
but
there
was
also
nothing
good.
In
addition,
there
were
a
few
annoyances
that
added
up.
There
was
very
little
space
between
the
top
and
bottom
bunk
beds.
I
had
a
bottom
bunk
and
it
was
even
a
struggle
to
make
my
bed.
The
room
itself
was
also
very
cramped,
making
the
whole
experience
a
bit
claustrophobic.
As
its
a
hostel
and
not
an
albergue,
there
was
no
policy
to
leave
your
shoes
downstairs.
With
the
lockers
next
to
the
door,
the
smell
of
moldy
cheese
assaults
you
the
moment
you
enter
the
room.
Not
something
the
hostel
is
responsible
for,
but
part
of
the
poor
experience.
Apart
from
the
rooms,
the
hostel
had
a
sterile
feel
to
it.
It
lacked
an
atmosphere
that
was
inviting
to
hang
around
and
meet
others,
which
is
usually
one
of
the
nice
things
of
hostels.
