This is one of the best places I have stayed in Santiago. It's close to everything and the customer service was excellent! I was there during hurican Irma and they took great care of me, they made sure that I was as comfortable as can be. My flight was cancelled twice so I had to stay a extra 7 days and the owner understood my situation and was willing to work with me on the price on the extra days. You can not beat this hotel for the money. I strongly recommend this hotel for business or pleasure.

It is a very acceptable hotel for the Location. But you have to understand there’s no inside parking. The breakfast in the morning is served on the top floor, which makes it really interesting. The food is local variety only. The Hotel is at less than 1 min walk to the Plaza International, which has nothing to envy a US mall.

The hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside, and the price is cheap, but the rooms are pretty nice. The beds are comfy and pretty. The only problem I saw was the that the hot water was not working. Would come again 4/5

No, the hotel did not meet expectations. Too pricey to the quality of service/hotel ...Here are the reasons: 1. Broken shower/shower head broken 2. No soap/shampoo, barely toilet paper 3. No night stand/lamp (had to walk to the Door Light Switch to turn of light) 4. No chair/desk 5. TV did not work (had to call front desk to fix) 6. Shower/toilet room very tiny. 7. Internet did not work 8. No parking; hotel only has three parking spaces on the street, have to find parking couple of blocks away from the hotel. Good luck with that. 9. Breakfast was ok.

Let’s start by saying you get what you pay for. This hotel is under $100 USD per night, it has decent and clean bedrooms & bathroom, nice bedding, great AC, good location, great staff, good breakfast, and overall good experience. What’s on the down side? Little to no parking, up to 5 floors walk-up (lobby in 2nd floor; bedrooms in 3rd and 4th floor; breakfast and terrace in 5th floor), and it may be noisy in the weekends. My advice is to pick a room located facing the other side of the street to prevent from noisy nights and mornings.

Our stay was good over all. The staff was nice and accommodating. We had great breakfast in the morning. Just make sure to get there on time. The bathroom was a bit on the tight side but we made it work since it was just for two adults. Nice balcony with our room but a little noisy since it’s on the side of a busy street. No elevators for convince with luggage which kinda sucked. No help with our luggage. Minimal parking available.

We had a really bad experience with this hotel. It seems like all the pictures are taken just in the right position to make it look the best. The hotel room smelled extreme of the toilet perfume block they put. They ran out of water and therefore also hot water in the evening (we waited 1 hour for it) and in the morning (waited about 45 minutes). We requested a cancel for day number two as we would not be able to stay another night in the bad smell and got the money back for the last night. There is no curtains or anything to make the toilet and shower private. There is only 4 or 5 parking spaces. The breakfast was ok. Omelette and juice.

The room was small, comfortable and affordable. However, there is no privacy as the windows don't have blinds and it is directly in front of the bathroom. The bathroom we were in overflowed into the bed area and was very slippery. Thankfully the staff relocated us to another room. There are only 5 parking spaces available. There is a salon on the second floor with the rooms on the third and fourth floor. No elevator, but not a big deal. EDIT: When we came back in the evening, they had put up the curtains in the rooms.

Bed was confy, decent room space bathroom gets messy when you shower and you can't get warm water. Either is boiling to peal your skin off or cold... Joan at the front desk was really helpful at all times... The parking lot is right off the street, and didn't see any security personnel...

Good to start adventures here as you can get your cellphone with local services and food court in mall gives you a variety of options. The hardware in the room is worn but serviceable, TV's don't have those annoying lock downs so can hookup a laptop or console easy. Staff knows enough English to check you in but definitely have native speaker or Google translate handy. Area is fairly safe, there a few road intersections that have room for improvement so be careful with potholes. Super close to a lot of services by car or walking. The breakfast is on the top floor but honestly there's better options. Good for an egg, coffee and potatoes if you're not leaving the hotel. No elevator so keep that in mind, but front desk was happy to help with bags. Good value, fairly private, cosy.

Excellent place to stay on a business trip, great customer service

Very small room. Clean and in a good location. A little bit of traffic noise at night but other than that it's fairly quiet they have money exchange at the front desk, which was very convenient. everything that you could want was close. Breakfast was included in the price. It was a good value for the price. I would stay here again

Outstanding and clean hotel. Also, conveniently located with walking distances to restaurant, shops and hospital.
