They should improve the parking.

Plaza Internacional lacks handicap parking spaces. Only about 2 or 3. The theater was ok, popcorn was not good at all (tasted like dirt). Supposedly there were no hot dogs although I could clearly see them on the burner (if they weren't good for consumption they shouldn't display it). The lady in charge of charging the parking was disrespectful. The ticket clearly states the first 15 minutes free, the first hour RD$25 and subsequent hours are RD$15; then she tried to overcharge me and when I requested she check the numbers again she called me stupid. The overcharge amount is not the issue. It's the principal, she didn't pull out a computer receipt; she just did the math in her head and when she got called out on it she called me stupid. I can only imagine the amount of people getting overcharged on a daily basis. Besides that, the popcorn fiasco and hot dog issue it was a nice evening. There is no email for administration in order to provide any complaints or proof. So had to display it here.

It's a good place to buy regular stuff like clothes, shoes some accessories, if you need that is your palce. I didn't find what I was looking for. I was looking for some Dominican souvenirs. Apparently they don't sell that there, at least I didn't see it anywhere in there.

Very interesting stores

Nice place to visit, nice food court with good selection of different restaurants including few coffee shops. Clean bathrooms.

Great place to shop, eat good food and watch a movie.

I'm giving it 5 stars because I like the plaza's food and drink stations. They have a variety of options to choose from and their service is relatively good. One of the things I would change is the type of stores they have. They don't interest me and the quality of their products is lacking. The other thing would be closing time. 5 pm is an odd time for a plaza to shut down especially one with a movie theatre. It would be nice if they extend closing at least on the weekends since that's when most people like to go out to movies, food, and drinks.

Everything in one place, including movie theater. The only store missing is a supermarket

This is a very good place for the family and the younger ones and makes a good shopping 🛒 journey for them too.

The plaza isn't what it use to be. The movie theater rarely offers movies only in English anymore...

One of my favorite places to go in Santiago Dominican Republic me and my wife enjoy lot of places to eat good movie lot of nice clothes salon banking when it's raining it's the perfect place to be.

Plaza international is a complete mall. Banks. Restaurants movie theater etc. Parking. And fair prices

I never liked that place. Every time I try to shop there I leave with absolutely nothing. Every year there’s less stores. I don’t recommend this plaza.

Nothing special. Needs some renovation and real business after COVID-19 criminal attack abate.

I recommend anyone who needs to buy nice clothes for any occasion, accessories, beauty products, beauty salon, + there's a bunch of different types of restaurants upstairs and delicious ice cream ect...

Nice selection of shops. Food court doesn't seem to have fully reopened.

It's ok for a small city mall, it has a small cinema which is very unorganzied and without covid19 protocols but the store variety compensates.
