    Very nice and clean hotel, but customer service was horrible. I got there an hour before check in time so I was told to wait which I understood. When it was time to check in, it took them over an hour to check me in, and they gave me the wrong room so I had to wait for around 30 minutes more for the right room. It was a big challenge for me to communicate with the staff members because nobody speak English. I was very patient with them because I speak other languages. The hotel has a lot of potential, but they need better management. I feel sorry for them because us Americans when we spend our money, we expect great customer service.

    The grounds and pool are great. The service is the worst. 5 waitresses and not one came to our table. We had to get our own drinks from the bar. That's where you can find all the workers there chatting and not serving anyone. If this doesn't change I won't be back

    This place is good for kids pool day but not staying here, the pool is small so it's more for families that don't like water parks or big pools.

    This is the worst experience ever!!! The security guard refuse to let me up in my room and forcing me to pay $25 per person coming to my room. That being said if you have any family members coming to visit you have to pay $25 for each person showing up to the lobby on top of whatever you already paid the hotel.

    + Location is very good - close to National Museum (Three Eyes) and nice aquarium. To Zona Colonial ~8km. Free parking is available. Breakfast OK - eggs, toasts, fruits, caffee - normal in Dominican Republic (as buffet that you can eat more if you need). WiFi available in all hotel areas (different SSIDs that you need to log in in all if you want to have internet access in different places) - in room 60 (between road and hotel - at corner - WiFi poor. In reception you can speak in English. Swimming pool and jacuzzi available for free. Price very attractive. - Service in restaurant speak only in Spanish. WiFi in room poor. But biggest problem is noise - to midnight very noisy party in hotel (swimming pool) and till 5:30 a.m. party on the street (techno non stop). We were there in Friday to Saturday and we didn't sleep more than2 hours. Fatal situation and I adivise against this hotel for peoples who want the rest after all day sightseeing. If somebody like night live - this hotel is for you.

    There were gunshots and a club with people from the outside coming in. The front desk people would not help. I left after one night and I am fighting to get back my money!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

    The is a decent resort/hotel. The rooms have all the necessities but are quite dated and could use an upgrade. The pool area is beautiful and they also have a club insight that stays open very late and hosts a lot of locals. Breakfast buffet is available every morning for an all inclusive price of $6 (give or take based on the exchange rate). They also have a full service kitchen for your lunch and dinner needs. The staff was very accommodating and some staff speak English as well.

    Stayed here for “half a night” since I had a 6am flight and this hotel is only 15 minutes away from Las Americas. The location is pretty good and there’s a lot of activities in the area, like the National Aquarium as well as bars and restaurants. There’s also a club that’s owned by the hotel in the same vicinity. The rooms are very clean, especially the bathrooms, but the building itself just doesn’t seem very well-maintained. It has potential to be much better and more appealing from the outside. I did not sleep more than 3 hours from how uncomfortable the beds were and the AC does not release much cold air, no matter how much you adjust it. It has a nice pool and a jacuzzi with a lot of nice greenery for photos. They deliver your food to your room for only 200 DOP, but the food was a bit expensive and not so tasty. The staff was very nice though and was always there to answer questions. However, I don’t think I’d stay here again.

    It was nice. The internet did not work (On my visit, but may be repaired. If it is important to you, ask ahead of time). But the atmosphere inside the resort is very nice

    The best facility if you're an early riser like me, luckily my room was right my the directors office and by 7am cleaners and kitchen staff were already dropping things on the floor, I like to think of it as some sort of manual alarm. The security would also walk you to your door to ensure you get to your room safe and sound!

    They changed our room 3 time because air conditioner was not working in the 1st 2 rooms and in the 3rd room air conditioning worked but room was not secure, windows didn't close properly and room and bathroom just felt dirty. I must say one gentleman did try to accommodate us, but it's hard when the property is in such bad condition. I must say the 1st 2 rooms were in much better condition, but air conditioning didn't work properly. This place could have been great with better maintenance of property.

    I love everything about the hotel.. the rooms are very nice and clean, the pool is very refreshing and fun... they have great music by the pool side and great meal at that.. they even have a nite club in side the hotel, you dont even have to leave the hotel to enjoy yourself... i highly recommend and the price are every affordable and security all around at all times makes u feel safe..👍👍👍👍👍

    The experience was good. Their staff was very helpful, too. The premises were very clean and well kept. Their food was OK, not outstanding, (that's the reason for the 4 stars).

    Hotel is nice due to the location of it. It’s along the coast also very close to a lot of the tourist areas like el faro colon or los tres ojos. I don’t regret staying over here due to the convenience of it. I certainly enjoyed it. It also has a nice pool and the food is good. Has a club that is opened until very late even after the clubs everywhere else closes. So usually people come to this club after. There’s a bar outside the club as well which is where I spent most of my time, it’s small but the company was great. They also have hookah for those that enjoy that. I’m a travel photographer so some of these photos are from my camera and edited. But they’re from these locations in front of the hotel!

    My reservations were paid throug hotel.com after not being able to.pay via booking.com I got my conf#. At the hotel they inputted my conf.# it showed the canceled res with booking but did not show my paid receipt. I showed the frontdesk clerk and the on duty Mgr my paid receipt in my cellphone. I was told that nothing could be done. I am now appr $ 75.00 down and had to find another hotel. This is UNACCEPTABLR..When this happens no one can help. What a sad sad situation. Ramin.     Horrible experience. The night we checked in we felt somebody was trying to open our door and we informed this to administrators and they didn't do any inquiry and we felt totally insecure and the administrations didn't even care about the incident. So we checked out that night itself and they were not ready to repay the money. Worst hotel

    The food is not that great. But awesome dominican music, the pool size is ok and the employee's are cool.
